Super lieve mensen! Wij zijn helaas door de regen een dag eerder weggegaan, maar alles was top! Kregen zelfs een pakketje met snacks voor de bus

Tout etait impeccable, propre et fonctionnel, mais surtout les hôtes ont été extrêmement gentils prévenants et serviables. Si je reviens à Hoi An sans doute que j’essaierai de retourner dans cet endroit

My and her family were super welcoming and kind! We especially enjoyed the clean, spacious room, the pool after a long, hot day, and the bikes to cycle to the beach (15 mins only!). The location is fantastic - close to, but a bit outside the old town hot spots, so it feels much calmer and more local (some traffic and rooster noise is to be expected - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper ;)). Perfect base for an authentic Hoi An experience!

Ogni servizio disponibile: scooter, cena, lavanderia, trasporti, tours. Consigliatissimo! Scrivetegli prima di arrivare da da Nang offrono il servizio taxi a poco più di 5 euro.

Well-equipped, spacious room with very comfortable beds. We made good use of the pool and bikes and enjoyed the location - close to everything, yet in a quite residential area. Our hosts were helpful and kind, making it all in all a very pleasant stay.

Nous sommes restés 6 jours à Tue Tam Garden Villa. C’était très propre, les lits étaient faits chaque jour, l’emplacement est super! Tout se fait à vélo! La propriétaire est très agréable. Nous sommes ravis 😀

Es un lugar cómodo, tranquilo y muy bien llevado. Los dueños no son serviles, son profesionales y atienden honestamente. El lugar está limpio, la cama es cómoda y la habitación es amplia y con balcón. Merece la pena contratar con ellos servicios de transporte y comprarles a ellos el agua o hacer la colada. Ofrecen precios comparables o mejores que Grab. También ofrecen buenas recomendaciones: nosotros les dijimos que queríamos ir a My Son y que quizá las 8:30 era buena hora. My (creo que se escribe así, lo siento si no) nos insistió en salir mucho antes para evitar gente y calor y fue un gran consejo, hicimos la mayor parte del recorrido solos y con la luz perfecta. No hemos probado los tours porque nos gusta ir por libre. Para nosotros ha sido el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en Vietnam, así que solo podemos recomendarlo. Muchas gracias a ambos

Des propriétaires chaleureux et attentifs vous accueillent dans un établissement bien situé dans une rue au calme. Propreté de la chambre irréprochable, isolation phonique des chambres au top (une première en Asie pour nous 😅), piscine bienvenue après des balades sous la chaleur. Petit déjeuner excellent. Vélo prêté. Le coup de coeur de ce voyage d'un mois au Vietnam.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour aller visiter la vieille ville à pied. Il se trouve dans un quartier très authentique qui permet de voir la vie locale. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir après les visites. Les chambres sont très propres et très confortables. Et les gérants sont toujours disponibles !

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti. Pongono molta attenzione ai bisogni degli ospiti e hanno molti servizi a disposizione. Colazione, bici da poter prendere gratuitamente, piscina, possibilità di fare lavatrici, servizio di pulizia quotidiano. Inoltre i proprietari sono disponibili sempre.

A really lovely homestay, and definitely good value for the price. The hosts are extremely hospitable; they clearly work very hard and seem proud of what they’ve built. The ‘garden’ in the name is apropos - there was a star fruit tree right outside our room and a frangipane over the pool. The rooms are spotless there is daily housekeeping. The beds are very comfortable (a bit on the firm side; but I like that). Excellent water pressure, good air conditioning, even in the summer heat. The pool area is small, but well laid-out. Our kids loved it and they used it every day. The breakfast is extra, but worth what you pay. I liked that it was optional, since some days we were leaving very early and it would have been too much to sit down for a full meal.

I admittedly chose the location to be out of the old town because I was told it would be quiet, and it was! But in the heat, by the time you walk the 15-20 mins to old town, you are very hot. We should have probably taken grabs more often (around 33k one way for a car). We booked one excursion and a couple of rides through the hosts. The prices were comparable, but technically a bit more than we could have arranged on our own (10-15%). I know it’s easy commissions for them, so I didn’t mind, but other people might feel pressure. We did try to use their rec for a tailor (very central and well-reviewed) but they didn’t have the fabric we needed for our projects.

Very clean and comfortable homestay. The family is very sweet and makes sure you have everything you need. Good location outside of the center to have some quiet and rest but it’s still at a walking distance from the city center.

Super séjour de 6 nuits à Tue Tam Garden Villa. Notre long voyage en famille à la découverte du Viet Nam du Nord au Sud, l’étape à Hoi An restera parmi nos favoris. Notre hôte ( Ms Mỹ ) était très attentionné, avenante. Nous nous sommes senti comme en famille. Les vélos étaient mis en prêts à notre disposition au quotidien, très pratique pour découvrir Hoi An et ses environs. Sur place nous avons pu également louer des scooters pour visiter les villes voisinantes. L’espace piscine pour se détendre après une longue journée fut très agréable.

Very friendly staff, perfect location and really good and clean bedroom and bathroom. The hosts were very helpful and kind, going even above and beyond by providing free drinking water and banana and cookies for our busride. Also bikes are available to go to the beach, very handy!

I loved the location, and if like me you dont like being in the busy area but still very close by then this is THE best spot. Such a quiet area yet it has all what you need at the doorstep and only need to walk 10min to be in the main area. The owner boss looked really well after me, she even gave me snacks for the airport when I left! The pool is a nice bonus, the rooms are amazing.

Very comfortable homestay in a quiet area a short walk from the Old City. The room was very comfortable and the hosts very kind. The pool is well maintained and kept very clean and there are lots of bikes for guests to use for free (including one with a baby seat). Would stay here again :)

Le homestay est très bien placé, à deux pas de la vieille ville dans une ruelle au calme. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Nous sommes arrivés avant le Check-in mais un thé et des fruits nous ont été offerts. On a pu laisser nos valises. Nous avons pris un taxi via le homestay pour Da Nang.

My nous a très bien accueilli, elle a été aux petits soins du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. L’emplacement était idéal entre la vielle ville et la plage (15min en vélo qui nous ont gracieusement été prêtés).

Guest house tres sympa a 700m du centre de Hoi An. Chambre confortable avec 2 grands lits et une petite terrasse. Sdb tres bien aussi. Petite piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Mr. Me est un homme charmant, il a organisé notre transfer de l’hôtel, il nous a organisé le voyage vers My Son en voiture privé et pour un prix moins cher que si on avait réservé un voyage en groupe.

I absolutely loved it here and one of my stand-out accommodation experiences on a six month trip across Southeast Asia. The people were generous, friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, it had a fridge already stocked with cold drinks, which you could buy, and it had a shower with hot water, which I really appreciate! It was well appointed in terms of storage space. I loved the location which was far enough from the madness of the Centre and filled with local flavour and interest. It’s also a close Grab ride to the beach. I think staying here made my trip, quite honestly! It was also modestly priced!

The villa is lovely, about a 15-20min walk to Hoi An old town. Very easy route. The room was beautiful, very clean and facilities were excellent! The balcony with the flowers was also very pretty. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I was sad to leave! Also, the lady’s nephew has a tattoo studio not far from the property and he did the most beautiful work on mine - would also recommend if you want a tattoo! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Other places during our trip in Vietnam have been very hit or miss with mold, unpleasant smells or unwanted critters but this place was actually impeccable. Compared to the places we stayed at before and after, this one felt like a blessing and if I knew in advance I would have booked more days here. Hosts were available to answer any questions and help with everything. It's a little bit out of the city center but that actually makes the neighbourhood much more chill and they provide free bikes so it's still really easy to get to the touristy part. The best food we had in Hoi An was also at a restaurant just around the corner.

Not really a negative but the temple close by was celebrating the new year so there was a loooot of karaoke

Bij aankomst kregen we thee en fruit aangeboden door de super hartelijke en lieve gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze waren super behulpzaam en konden er alles aan vragen!! De kamer en badkamer waren proper en we hebben ook kunnen genieten van het zwembadje. Bij vertrek kregen we nog water, koekjes en bananen mee. We werden echt verwend!

Bien équipé propre et calme (à part des voisins qui font du karaoké mais pas trop tard) Situé un peu à l'écart de la vieille ville mais à seulement 15 min à pieds. Permet d'être à l'écart de la zone touristique. Prêt de vélo. Petit déjeuner et repas abordable sur place, à proximité du marché local.

L’emplacement est Top, proche de la vieille ville et des rizières. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute, ambiance familiale.

Wir hatten die beste Zeit in Hoi An und dieser Unterkunft! My und alle waren super gastfreundlich, haben uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und weitergeholfen. Da es sich zufällig angeboten hatte, durften wir auch früher einchecken und wurden mit einem Tee und einem kleinen Frühstück begrüßt. Nach dem Check-Out bis abends durften wir die sanitären Anlagen und den Fahrradverleih mitbenutzen! Es war eine schöne familiäre Atmosphäre und würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder kommen!

Room was nice, I especially liked that you can rent bike or motorbike at their place very easily. But the best part are the people who manage the property. All of them are very kind and helpful.

Appena arrivate ci hanno offerto della frutta e ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere e cosa fare. Ottimo il servizio lavanderia e la colazione. Quando siamo ripartite hanno pensato loro all'organizzazione dei trasporti per arrivare ad Huè, molto apprezzato!

The location is great — quiet and peaceful, slightly outside the city center but still within walking distance. The owners are incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also had my best sleep score ever while staying here 🫠 — the bed and overall atmosphere were perfect for rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Rustige plek

From the moment we booked, the communication from My was friendly and welcoming. This is a gem of a place to stay when visiting Hoi An, it’s a short walk into the town centre and riverfront but in a completely peaceful setting. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and we had a balcony too. They are able to book tours for you, we did the cooking class which was good fun. The owner drove us to his family’s tailor shop in town where my son had two suits made in less than 48 hours. My daughter had stayed here a few years ago and said how lovely it was, I’m so pleased we followed her advice and stayed too.
