Also the host was super friendly and nice! Even we requested last minute for transportation from airport to Torres del Paine she responded immediately and reserved us a driver!

A velocidade da Internet era bem ruim. Caso alguém dependa de boa velocidade para trabalhar pode ter problemas, não era o meu caso, mas é importante falar.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed here the night before and after hiking the W trek and the hosts were lovely to work with - held our luggage while we hiked, etc. Great experience, apartment was clean and beds were comfortable.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Bed was so comfortable, obviously a beautiful view. Lovely and well equipped space. Had lots of small details like USB outlets on each side of the bed and a towel warmer. Had shampoo and conditioner! Kitchen great. Ideal for a couple, but I stayed with a friend and the bed was very spacious. Very nice and communicative host.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025La cama era muy cómoda, el edificio muy nuevo, tenía muy buena calefacción, piscina climatizada y bonitas vistas y acceso a la costanera. La comunicación con Macarena fue muy fácil, me dió buenas recomendaciones y solucionó cualquier tema que tuviese durante la estadía. Había de todo para cocinar, y un supermercado de conveniencia en la esquina. Además me dejaron soltar mis maletas un poco antes del check in, para poder irme a la ciudad tranquila mientras limpiaban.
La limpieza inicial no fue la mejor, pero lo solucionaron bien ese mismo día cuando les dije. Realmente tras esto todo fue muy bien y volvería a alojarme allí.

- slightly difficult to gain entry via the staff at the locked gate as my Spanish is limited but we got there and they were very friendly overall

Reviewed Apr 13, 2025Modern clean comfortable apartment in a new gated development with security guards. Macarena was very helpful, and let us store our luggage while we did the W trek. It is 5 mins drive from the bus station, but very easy to organise a taxi.
There is one communal laundry room onsite, but you need coins/ laundry tokens to use it. It was occupied most the time so we didn’t get a chance to use it
