Al buscar en google maps,nos envió a otra ubicación, a media cuadra, con un Apart hotel similar e intentamos entrar a la habitación, pero la clave no iba a funcionar porque era otro lugar. Amablemente el huésped de esa habitación nos indicó que había un edificio de la misma empresa media cuadra mas arriba y esa era la correcta. nos dejamos guiar por la primera indicación de Google Maps, mas no por la dirección exacta y eso nos llevó a la confusión.

Nous devions camper dans le parc de Torres del Paine mais la pluie nous en a chassé. Nous sommes revenus à Puerto Natales et le gite nous a parfaitement convenu. Très propre, très confortable, bien équipé, literie confortable, salle de bain parfaite, couverture en cas de fraicheur, chauffage qui fonctionne très vite et très bien. Au calme mais non loin du centre, et un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Es amplio y cómodo en general el espacio, el lugar es tranquilo

Viajamos con un bebé, avisamos que íbamos de camino por Rubens, llegamos y recién estaban haciendo aseo, pese a confirmarnos la hora de entrega. No responden los mensajes, la cama matrimonia incómoda, el colchón en pésimas condiciones, se veía el hueco. Nos quedamos 2 noches, donde en la última se apagó la caldera de la calefacción central, por ende nos quedamos sin calefacción en la noche. Nos fuimos al otro día temprano, pese a avisar al wsp nadie nos contestó, ni siquiera por respeto. No lo recomiendo, menos con un bebé.

Lovely modern apartment with 2 bedrooms in a great location. Safe parking. Host was most helpful. It is much nicer than any of the hotels we looked at in Puerto Natales. Thoroughly recommend it. Very good value.

Pretty much everything- easy check in, quiet location but easy walk to town, great cleaner (sorry we didn’t leave a bigger tip - we ran out of Chilean money!)

Slight grumbles were insufficient cutlery / bowls etc, for example no wine bottle opener. It was fine - but not great like everything else here

El lugar es identico a las fotos. La ubicacion cerca de la estacion de buses era exactamente lo que necesitabamos. La zona es tranquila y todo queda cerca. Recibimos un email con la informacion de la clave de acceso un par de horas antes de llegar y el anfitrion fue muy amable.

Está limpio, el personal es amable y están al pendiente de la estancia. Hay lavadora, lo que es muy bueno cuando llevas varios días viajando. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y hay todo para que puedas cocinar. El lugar tiene calefacción y es agradable.

Un televisor dentro de la habitación sería excelente.

The small apartment has a sitting area with a couch, where we can relax after completing the W trek in the park. The washing machine was a sweet surprise. It was very useful after our hike.

Clean, safe and close to the bus terminal. Having a washing machine with a laundry rack was a great bonus. Self check‑in was simple and hassle‑free.

The apartment was a bit expensive, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay. It was fully equipped with all the necessary comforts, very warm, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. We were also pleasantly surprised that daily cleaning was included, even though it is an apartment — this made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

The only point that could be improved is the communication with the owner, as responses were very slow and often took a long time. If this were improved, the experience would have been perfect.

Facilities in the house were very well equipped. Hot water in the shower room is super good.

Muy cómodo y confortable. Excelente relación calidad -precio. Totalmente equipado y muy acogedor. Las camas muy cómodas. Con lavadora que pudimos lavar toda la ropa.

El espacio es más amplio de lo que se percibe en las fotos, me sorprendió que funcionara como hotel con aseo y tuviera lavadora fue muy útil.

Tranquilidad, seguridad. Ambiente grato y temperado, cómodo.

Difícil acceso para maletas si la cabaña es 2°piso. Almohadas muy altas.

For the arrival, there were no physical host nor sign that told us how to get our key upon arrival. We then found out it was on a separate email which arrived much later than the confirmation. Since we had problem with internet, we did not get it in time to know what to do when we arrived. It was figured out later with the help of another guest. In terms of facilities, the toilet smells a lot of unventilated humidity. The towel rack was not screwed so a few times the towel fell with the metal bar, pretty unsafe.

Hubo algunos problemas con el wifi que dejo de funcionar. El checkout tempranero y que me cobraran por dejar bultos en la tarde del checkout.

Check-in rápido con código en la puerta, la calefacción en la habitación es regulable y se puede ajustar para hacerla más cálida. Hay lavadora y todo lo necesario para estancias prolongadas.

La vajilla para cocinar está en muy mal estado (el recubrimiento está completamente desgastado), es imposible cocinar con ella. Las almohadas son de baja calidad, aunque hay varias y se puede elegir alguna aceptable.

El apartamento es amplio y tiene lo necesario para una buena estadía. La cama es cómoda y se encuentra cerca de la estación de buses.

No tiene la mejor ubicación si lo que quieres es estar en el centro de la ciudad.

the blinds are this striped pattern whereby only every alternating layer is opaque, so in some rooms, it cant line up properly and hence the sun comes in in the morning, not an issue if you have a eye mask

Departamentos muy cómodos y acogedores. un lugar bastante tranquilo. esta muy bien aislado de clima exterior. El personal de aseo fue muy amable y cordial

falta algo de manutención, la cerradura de la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar. la ducha tiene esa media mampara de vidrio que queda todo mojado afuera al ducharse. Aparecieron unos pequeños insectos en la noche, como escarabajos o baratas pequeñitas, en el living y baño.

Segunda vez que me alojo aquí (la primera vez fue hace casi 4 años con amigas), y esta vez en familia, y de nuevo todo excelente. El departamento muy cómodo, bonito, con todos los detalles necesarios (toallas, loza, hervidor, tostador, lavaloza, jabón, shampoo, frazadas extra, hasta una cápsula de detergente para lavar ropa había!). Completamente equipado, y muy cerca del centro y del terminal de buses también. Me enviaron todos los detalles de cómo entrar por mensaje en booking y por whatsapp y no tuvimos ningún problema para entrar o salir. 100% recomendado.

Tot i estar apartat del centre, s’hi arriba ràpid. Accés a rentadora. Molt bé disposar de doble cortina per a dormir amb major foscor.

Tot i semblar un apartament net, ens varem trobar cabells de diferents persones dins dels llits. És un apartament cuidat però els estris de cuina estan ratllats i despren el tefló de les olles i les paelles.

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, camas cómodas, calefacción, zona para aparcar. Bien ubicado en Puerto Natales, cerca del centro, tiendas, cafeterías, gasolinera. Salida rápida hacia Torres del Paine.

Es un apartamento sin finalizar, los techos no estaban cerrados, y encontramos arañas varios días que se colaban por los agujeros del techo. La ubicación es lejana al centro y al tener la fachada de metal, cuando hace mucho viento, el ruido hace imposible dormir.

Clean and nice apartment with cleaning service which was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped and washing machine and laundry rack were nice. Location is nice and host was very responsive

We stayed here twice, once before and once after visiting TdP. I really liked the space, though our first stay was better than the second. Our first stay was in room 5, which is on the second floor and had more kitchen items than the second space. The second space (room 4) was on the main floor, so the foot traffic in front sucks since you don't get much privacy. The heaters in room 4 were also much less sensitive to the thermostat then room 5, and there were a bunch of little beetles walking around, which weren't present in room 5. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook the basics though, and they provide you with little oils and salt which is fantastic! There is also a washing machine and they give you a little pod to be able to do your laundry, plus a drying rack which was excellent. Overall we really liked staying here and highly recommend!

Het is een leuk appartement maar veel dingen werketen niet waardoor je je erg gaat ergeren en ontevreden gaat worden. Iets wat bij een vakantie niet moet. - verwarming werkte soms niet. In de kou zitten - internet doet het niet. Na meermalen aanvragen doet het het even - Stopcontacten werken niet overal - Toilet staat los op de vloer - Douche werkt slecht. Soms veel te heet, soms veel te warm - servies niet op orde
