Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I fell asleep. Good bed, good pillows. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Its called a B&B but there is zero human contact. Its all distance. Its a product. This time it worked. Good for short stay.
The big dogs were very sweet. They needed a lot of attention.. I wished they did not barked at every movement a person passed by. Bit noisy all around inside the building. Very far away from the center.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Gastfreundschaft, sehr zuvorkommend! Sehr schönes grosses und komfortabel ausgestattetes Zimmer mit grossem Bad. Das Guesthouse ist liegt in einem schönen und ruhigen Wohnquartier etwas ausserhalb aber tipptopp für den Transfer vom bzw. zum Flughafen. In ca. 15 Minuten Gehdistanz gibt es diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Nichts, wir sind vollumfänglich zufrieden!

The owners were very friendly and helpful with our needs. The location was good. Not walkable to the nearest places of interest but still centrally located.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Clean, spacious master bedroom (plus smaller separate single bedroom) were reserved, comfortable beds, good water temperature and pressure in the shower, easy parking with car visibility at night.
No AC or temp controls in the room that I could find. Dark at night coming back, both inside and outside. It felt like someone’s house and we were just renting two bedrooms for the night - I felt like I was intruding. I didn’t want to disturb anyone so we tiptoed around - wooden creaky stairs inside seemed very loud in the quiet night. I also wouldn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen (not sure if that is even allowed)? So there was no fridge in the room. Maybe these things were in the details but I don’t remember. Not too big a deal as we were just staying for one night while passing through. The rooms did have coded access. Free WiFi.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig – nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist perfekt, unser Uber-Fahrer fand die Adresse direkt über Google Maps, und von dort aus waren alle wichtigen Ziele in Vancouver gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine unkomplizierte und angenehme erste Nacht in Vancouver suchen!

No flat screen TV as advertised. Property manager refused to call back with solution to TV issue. Separate bathroom that was unlocked and not private as adveritsed despite a note on the door saying for our room use only. Garden view was of a junk filled back yard 3 large dogs loose on property when we came home at 9pm barking and growling at us forcing us inside. We were instructed to remove our shoes throughout the whole place and offered communal slippers that did not appear clean. Communal kitchen facilities unsafe and cluttered Thin walls and poor fitting doors were less than sound proof. More of a hostel than a hotel. Staff we could find spoke little English.

We're a group of 7 friends from different places and we all love the place. The host, Stanley, is very accommodating and friendly. This is our 3rd time.
Since Im a short girl, I find the comforter at room 8 to be quite heavy 😁

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Muy cómoda la habitación y muy equipado todo. Los anfitriones muy buenos y dispuestos. La ubicación excelente si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto, ferry a Victoria y Steveston Village. Un poco alejado del centro pero vale la pena si tienes automóvil para manejarte.
El día que llegamos las habitaciones no estaban terminadas de asear. Trabajan los dueños y se ve que por ahí no llegan bien con los tiempos. Las sábanas tienen un poco de olor a humedad porque no las secan al sol. Usan una secadora y por ahí quedan en la máquina un tiempo. Pero son limpias. La limpieza es buena.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The guest house was well located and comfortable. Information provided by the host was detailed and timely, and the room was well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay again in the future.
The parking was limited on a fully booked long weekend, so we chose to return our rental car a night earlier and opt for an uber on the morning of our flight. That said, the hosts were very helpful and accommodating to help find appropriate parking options.

The location is convenient, especially for travelers going to or from the airport, and the Skytrain is easily accessible by bus 404 to the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout my stay. I enjoyed staying here for 5 night. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Die Größe des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Es war ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt von Vancouver innerhalb von 45 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Gästeküche wird aktiv von den Gastgebern mitgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank wird mit Ihnen geteilt. Während unseres Besuches lagerten dort große Mengen geschälter Knoblauch, Ingwer etc.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026It appeared that this property had been very recently renovated; many things in our room appeared brand new and barely used, which was very nice. The property was quiet with comfortable beds, and a lovely shower and bathroom. We were VERY appreciative that the owners let us check in early as we didn't have a vehicle and our flight arrived in Vancouver at 11:30 am.
It seemed like the property's shuttle service wasn't available as we were told to just use an airport shuttle, which actually worked fine and was about the same price.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026I paid for a room with a garden view, private bathroom, it was listed as soundproof and slippers included. It also listed microwave, fridge, kettle etc. When I arrived the room I paid for was given to someone else who decided to stay longer. I walked into the front/side door and all I could smell was old cooking oil - it was a kitchen for the owners and guests and had shoes on the kitchen bench (picture taken), it was dirty, a notice saying to remove your shoes on entering - which we did - there were plastic/rubber slide on shoes to put on that everyone used - not hygienic (no thanks that is gross), we proceeded upstairs to find our room ... No ensuite .. we paid for a private bathroom! All the other rooms had private bathrooms but with ours you had to leave the room and go across a shared hallway to an unlocked bathroom. Anybody could access this room, even though it was only for us to use it was not secure albeit lockable from the inside for when in use. We couldn't leave our things in there because it was not secure. If we needed to go to the bathroom in the night we had to get dressed first as it was a shared hallway ... And then after using the bathroom you had to use your pin code to get back into your room. Bed was uncomfortable - hard. Room was no way soundproof as we could hear people talking in the room next door talking and even hear them on the toilet doing a poo - just great! The owner said the rooms didn't have tv because guests complained of the noise ... Obviously not soundproof rooms then. No kettle in room, had to go downstairs to use that ... this time my husband wanted to make a cup of tea and the owner was there and my husband went to fill the kettle and there were chicken legs with feet in the sink .. this was beyond disgusting. The bedroom was a decent sized room and was clean enough and the bathroom looked nice and was clean. No garden view from my room (pics included).

I paid extra for a 50 sqm room in the main house because we had two 28-inch suitcases. The initial check-in instructions confirmed the main house. However, right before arrival, the host secretly changed the instructions and directed us to an unlisted, converted garage in the backyard. The garage was divided into two tiny rooms and a shared space. It was so incredibly cramped that we couldn't even open ONE 28-inch suitcase. It was absolutely not the 50 sqm room we paid for. When confronted about the fake listing and size discrepancy, the host dismissively replied, "I think this is our best room," and then completely ignored all subsequent messages. Furthermore, there is not enough parking (as other reviews have also mentioned). When I asked where to park, I was met with total silence. It is obvious they overbook the main house to maximize profit, shove the extra guests into a tiny garage, and pocket the premium room rate difference. Their attitude is appalling—if you ask a question they don't want to answer, they will simply ignore you. Do NOT book this place; it is a complete scam run by highly irresponsible hosts! 為了有足夠空間放兩個 28 吋行李箱，我特地加價預訂了主屋內標示為「50 平方公尺」的大房型。剛預訂時收到的指示確實是前往主屋，但在入住前一刻，屋主竟惡意更改指示，把我們騙到後院一個「完全未刊登在網頁上」的車庫改建房。 這個車庫被硬生生隔成兩間房和一個共用區，空間極度狹小，連一個 28 吋行李箱都無法攤開，絕對不可能是網頁上標榜的 50 平方公尺。當下看到房間非常傻眼，馬上向屋主反應坪數嚴重不符，對方竟只敷衍一句「這是我們最好的房間」，隨後對所有問題徹底「不讀不回」。 此外，現場根本沒有提供足夠的停車位（就如其他評論所述）。當我傳訊詢問車位在哪，屋主同樣裝死不回，讓住客自己想辦法。 這顯然是為了多賺錢而超賣房間，把多出來的住客塞進劣質小車庫，還能白賺大房型差價的惡劣詐騙手法。這家民宿遇到問題只會徹底無視，絕對不會出面處理。這是一場徹頭徹尾的騙局，極度不負責任，請大家千萬別踩雷！

The bed! We sleep on a firm mattress but that was something else. Even with the provided mattress topper it certainly was not what I was expecting from a guest house. We doubled up the duvet cover to lie on just to get some extra softness.

Looks like cleaning was rushed, the extra pillows didn’t have pillowcases. Tried to connect to the management if it’s possible to get two pillowcases, but never got a response.
