Excellent location for tube station and ally pally rooms very clean and comfortable

I was given a different property as my apartment had faulty electrics. The room had AC and full mini kitchen and was clean

The hallway smelled and housekeeping staff were making a lot of staff cleaning in the hall outside my door and in the room above from 8-15 am I was charged same price for the cheaper accommodation as my more expensive apartment

The communication was first class. A problem came up with the apartment I had originally booked at the very last minute, but an alternative was offered quickly which was above and beyond what I expected. Great location and fantastic facilities.

We were moved to a separate property close by (High Road) due to an electrical fault which was well located, building entry felt secure and during the heatwave we had air con. It was clean and the shower was great. The hosts were good at communicating and answering questions too, very appreciated

The separate property wasn’t sound proofed at all, we could hear people in the corridor, and neighbours to the side and especially above very clearly. The blinds also didn’t block the light so some found sleeping conditions hard. There was a few things missing like tea towel for kitchen unit, extra pillows etc but for a studio we get that there limited space for it.

Hałasy z korytarza, brakowało drobnych udogodnień typu półeczka na rzeczy osobiste w łazience (np. szczoteczka do zębów, nie miałam gdzie odłozyc okularów) oraz wieszaków na ręczniki, stojaka na naczynia przy zlewie w kuchni, przydałoby się też duże lustro

El personal de limpieza hacía su trabajo a la perfección. Daba gusto llegar a la habitación después de haber estado todo el día fuera y que todo estuviera en perfectas condiciones cuidando cualquier tipo de detalle. Muy buena ubicación en un barrio lleno de vida y de facilidades.

Se escuchaban conversaciones que provenían desde el pasillo comunitario como si estuvieran en la propia habitación.

The property itself was lovely but the pillows were terrible, thinner than an envelope with zero support

Está muy cerca del metro. Está totalmente nuevo, por lo que está muy limpio. Te hacen la limpieza y cambian las toallas diariamente.

Nos cambiaron a última hora a otro apartamento y para 3 personas es un poco pequeño. No hay espacio para poner las mochilas de 3 personas, menos aún si viajas con maletas. El lavabo no hay ningún espacio para poder dejar tus cosas personales.

Bardzo czysto, łatwy dojazd do centrum, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Très satisfait de cette location qui est bien équipée possibilité de faite à manger (plaques de cuisson, frigo, micro-ondes) bonne literie. L' ensemble des prestations est très correct. De plus le ménage peut-être fait tous les jours, changement quotidien de serviettes de bains. Bons contacts avec le personnel de service. Très bon emplacement avec lignes de bus en bas de l' immeuble et proximité du métro (Turnpike Lane) proche des gares de King' s Cross et de Saint Pancras et ligne directe ( Picadilly Lane ) pour le centre de Londres.

Un peu dérouté par le message reçu au dernier moment indiquant une nouvelle location à une nouvelle adresse en raison de travaux d' électricité à effectuer dans le studio initialement réservé ! Pour finir nous avons vu le côté positif de ce changement en raison de la plus grande proximité des transports en commun.

Fantastic location, very clean and lovely staff, very modern kitchen and bathroom.

Mattress was quite hard but definitely still comfortable.

C'est très bien organisé et on peut échanger avec la personne via WhatsApp de 10h à 21h. C'est très rassurant. Le logement était propre et avec des petites dosettes de café, thé et lait c'est appréciable. Le logement est très bien équipé.

The location was walking distance to the Alexander Palace (less than 30 mins) where we were attending an event.

There was an oven in the kitchenette area but a microwave would be a better option.

A 3-as zonaban metrotol 6-8 percre lévő nagyon tiszta apartman egy Viktoria korabeli haz elso emeletén. A bejutas 2 kodos ajton keresztul tortenik. Minden van, mosogep is. A belvaros kb 20p metroval.

Nem egyszerű megtalálni, legalabb az ajtora ki lehetne irni az apartman nevét, utcatábla sincs sehol. A kodokat csak a legutolso pillanatban kaptuk meg, mar aggodtam. Sajnos a falak papirbol vannak ami egeszen addig nem gond, amig a kedves szomszedok normalisan viselkednek.

La stanza (con bagno) è molto piccola ma per 3/4 giorni va bene, anche il bagno era piccolo ma aveva una doccia veramente "wellness". Vicinissima alla fermata metro turnpike lane della Piccadilly lane, linea blu, un po' lontano dal centro ma Londra è immensa quindi... A soli 150 metri a piedi una infinità di negozi di tutti tipi ottimo se si vuole mangiare in stanza.

Solo un po' rumorosi quelli sopra ma pochissima roba e con i pavimenti in legno è normale

The front door handle stopped working. Host didn’t visit property to fix it until the next day. We got locked out in the middle of the night.

La stanza è spaziosa e ha tutto ciò che occorre per una breve vacanza: frigo, fornelli, lavandino, stoviglie. Il letto è comodo, il quartiere tranquillo. Vicino alla metro

Si sentono i rumori che provengono dalle altre stanze. I cuscini andrebbero sostituiti

La posizione ottima vicina alla metro e bus. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. In zona metro ci sono caffettiere e vari servizi. Stanza molto pulita e con tutto quello che serve per un pernottamento di qualche giorno. Facilità di accesso e check-in rapido.

Consiglio di aggiungere dei cuscini in più per maggiore confort. Quelli forniti sono stati per noi troppo bassi

Very bad experience overall.. We could not shower in our own room as the shower was broken for the cold water and it was only running boiling hot water. The biggest problem though was the host who we repeatedly try to contact about the problem and was repeatedly ignoring us giving us cheap excuses trying to underestimate our intelligence and stating that we do not know how to use a simple shower.. The first day they "provided" us another room in another floor only to shower without any heating and promised to fix it the second day and provide us a video. Not only did they fail to fix anything but also not video or a simple message came the whole day from them. We reached out again to ask for an update as we would return late at night at the apartment and they replied with "it is OK". Regardless to say nothing was fixed and they never answered our calls or messages that evening so we could not shower at all that day. In the morning we saw the cleaning lady outside of the apartment and called her asking for her help. The cleaning lady could not use the shower as well and contacted the host about it. Only after we had already contacted customer's service the host sent us a message stating again that it is our fault we cannot use the shower properly and that they will change it completely that day. In the end they changed it that night which was the last night of our stay and on our third night we were able to have a proper shower in an apartment that we pay only to sleep and shower in... Not a simple apology or another solution came from the host nor did they ever admit it was not functional as even their own staff could not use it and they had to change it completely in the end. Also the the towels were dirty with yellow stains..

Nice place to stay in north London. Very clean, with all facilities needed for a short stay. Convenient location for Alexandra Palace, easy to access by bus/tube. I would stay there again if needed :)

La camera era ampia e pulita, e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo. L’unico aspetto migliorabile è la temperatura dell’alloggio, un po’ troppo alta, e i cuscini che non erano molto comodi. La comunicazione con il gestore è stata ottima: risposta immediata e supporto efficace quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Buona esperienza complessiva.

J'ai passé 3 jours dans cet hébergement et je pars aujourd'hui enchanté. Je tiens à souligner l'accueil de la personne qui est vraiment exceptionnel, d'une grande hygiène et propreté. ​L'emplacement est super : l'endroit est très bien placé, très calme et, point très important, tout près de la station de métro et des transports (etc.). ​De plus, la nourriture est excellente ! C'est vraiment un lieu super que je recommande vivement." ​Titre possible : "Séjour parfait : Hospitalité, Propreté et Proximité du Métro !"

The only little criticism I had is the sink tap was wobbly and it could do with a little paint, plus the pillows were very thin.

Gostei muito da localização deste estúdio. Fica perto de várias estações de ônibus e metrô, além de ter um shopping próximo com diversas opções, como Five Guys, Primark, H&M e muitas outras lojas — tanto grandes marcas quanto comércios locais de roupas, sapatos e maquiagens. A limpeza estava excelente, e a cozinha era muito bem equipada. Fiquei hospedada no primeiro andar.

A cama estava bastante desgastada, com buracos no colchão, e o travesseiro também não era confortável — a espuma já estava bem velha e difícil de dormir usando apenas um. Pedi travesseiros extras e, no dia seguinte, eles já estavam disponíveis, o que foi um ponto muito positivo pela rapidez no atendimento. Outro ponto foi o aquecimento: nem o do quarto nem o do banheiro funcionavam. Entrei em contato com o anfitrião logo no primeiro dia; ele foi sempre muito atencioso e respondeu rapidamente, tentando resolver o problema. No entanto, só consegui usar o aquecedor na última noite, pois houve alguns imprevistos até a visita de manutenção. Apesar disso, valorizo muito a disponibilidade e a prontidão dele em ajudar. Por estar no primeiro andar, a isolação acústica não é das melhores — dava para ouvir claramente as pessoas subindo as escadas e os passos do quarto de cima, que pareciam bem altos. Não considero isso culpa do anfitrião, mas é algo importante a ter em conta para quem tem sono leve.

Quite and nice clean all perfect

It was 🤫, spacious, comfortable and very quiet and peaceful. It was also very warm. The cleaners are excellent and very discreet.

There were insects around that looked like mini moths which eat clothes. They were a little concerning.

Location was perfect for our trip to Alexander Palace for a gig. Short walk from the tube (Picadilly line/Turnpike Lane) had everything we needed for our stay

Great location for what we needed, very close to the station and the high street but in a nice quiet road. Simple, clean with everything we needed.

We loved the location. It's close to a metro line, and the area is nice with shops and restaurants.

There was no heating in the room.

Unfortunately, I got sick, so I had to stay home in the Czech Republic, so only my colleague traveled to the accommodation without me /we were supposed to travel together/. He described to me that he had never seen such clean accommodation, everything was perfectly clean, floors, kitchen, fridge, kettle... He also liked the walking distance to the metro and the quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. Communication with the accommodation was also fine.
