It was “fine”.

The room was clean and nicely decorated for a small space. Lina was very helpful and gave us a great suggestion for dinner and transport to the Aldwych theatre, as we were only there for one night.

As expected the bathroom was tiny, with the small basin in the bedroom, which was manageable, but awkward. There was noise during the night from people in the park opposite.

Very small - so tiny. Also, the cleaning staff were annoying. This morning (morning of check-out) I was getting dressed (it was 9:30 - check-out is only at 11:00) when a staff member just started unlocking my door to come in.

Das Zimmer im Keller ist dunkel und stickig. Keine Klimaanlage und Lüften war schwierig, da sonst andere Gäste durchs Fenster hätten einsteigen können. Nachts würde ich den Park gegenüber meiden.

The hotel is perfectly located within a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross train station and underground networks. Ideal for exploring the city. Free luggage storage is also a bonus when you have a full day to fill before check in and after checking out. 24 hour reception is ideal too so you don't have to carry your key around all day!

La location proche de la gare fait qu’il y a une très mauvaise fréquentation au tour de l’hôtel, beaucoup des jeunes drogues.

The staff were all lovey and very helpful. They provided water at reception which we could take to our room. the bed was comfortable and the room small but clean.

I booked this hotel because I liked the look of it from the pictures and i had read the reviews. when I arrived the hotel was covered in scaffolding so you couldn't easily see it and we were put into a room below ground level with only a small window and a sky light. I was very disappointed in being allocated this room it was also a very noisy room a you could hear all the comings and going from early morning to late at night including any going on in the toilet upstairs when in use.

Convenient location close to Kings Cross but in a quite street. It was decently sized for its price range in London, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

It‘s an old building and bathroom ceiling was quite low. As a 1,90m tall person I could not stand up straight in the shower. Maybe this is only a challenge on the upper floors rooms.

Location was ideal for transport around London. Kings Cross has evolved into real hub for food as well. Plenty of interesting places to suit all tastes. Plenty of supermarkets around for provisions also.

Die Lage kaum 100 m von King's Cross ist perfekt für Eurostarreisende. Bus und Tube bringen Dich bewuem überall hin.

Das Hotelzimmer im Souterrain war extrem hellhörig, d.h. während der gesamten Nacht waren Schritte auf dem Holzboden zu hören. Dazu kommt die U-BAhn, die man ab 4.30 morgens hört. Selten so schlecht geschlafen

I found it the perfect place to stay on the eve of an early departure from kings cross

Location was brilliant, a short walk from station. A lovely welcome from the receptionist. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel on day of departure so could enjoy rest of day luggage free until our return home that evening.

Das Hotel ist relativ ruhig gelegen, sauber und nahe der Bahnhöfe St. Pancras und Kings Cross. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, aber eben erwartungsgemäß sehr kleine Raumfläche. Das Bett war bequem, aber für große Menschen etwas klein, da das Bett an beiden Enden an der Wand endet und man so die Beine/ Füße nicht ganz ausstrecken kann. Das größte Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage im Hitzesommer 2026. Allerdings gab es einen erstaunlich leisen Ventilator, der in der Nacht etwas Abhilfe schaffte. Zusammengefasst ist die Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu Jahreszeiten mit angenehmen Außentemperaturen.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact, it was so clean that I initially assumed it had been recently refurbished, although the owner/manager confirmed that this was not the case. The location is excellent for access to both King’s Cross and St Pancras stations. Despite being so close to the stations, the area was surprisingly quiet throughout the night. It was also very convenient to be able to leave our luggage at the property on the day of check-in, before our room was ready, and again the following day after check-out.

We love this place for its proximity to Kings Cross and ease it offers us to get to and from Wembley Stadium for the gigs we go to.

Das Zimmer war viel zu warm (mehr als 25°C Raumtemperatur bei 20°C Außentemperatur Anfang September). Die Federkernmatratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen. Wir fanden das Zimmer hellhörig.

We got a tiny room in the basement with barely any space for our luggages. It was hot and the only way to cool off was open the basement window, which allowed all the street noise. To make matters worse, drunk guys were standing around and talking near our window. It was also sketchy because someone could've easily came in through the window from the street in middle of the night. Will never stay here again.

We were on top floor so not too noisy however there is no lift so large luggage up and down very narrow corridors and stairways a bit of a struggle.

Freundliches Personal, von Rezeption bis Reinigungskraft. saubere Zimmer, Top Lage, genau richtig für einen Städtetrip. Stilvoll dekoriert.

Zimmer im 4. Stock im Sommer zu warm, da kann das Hotel aber nichts für, es wurde aber ein Ventilator im Zummer zur Verfügung gestellt. Bettwäsche unbequem da nicht sehr atmungsaktiv

The hotel was in a convenient location for us and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the 4th floor up a steep narrow staircase. The room was really small and the beds appeared narrower than standard single beds. We were unable to open the window more than a fraction and it was very warm. There was a bright constant 'standby' light on the mirror which I found disturbing to sleep but I could not switch off or hide in any way. I was dissapointed and would not choose to stay there again.

Honestly, I didn't expect the room (nr C105) to be that small. It felt more like a sleeping compartment in a night train than a hotel room. The rest was fine

Wat een fijn hotel op een fantastische locatie dichtbij Kings Cross Station en St. Pancras Station (wij kwamen met de Eurostar, dus te voet naar het hotel). Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, elke dag opgemaakte bedden. Wat wil een mens nog meer!

Fijn hotel, goed ligging (vlakbij druk station, maar in rustige zijstraat), fijne, compacte kamer (1 persoonskamer) maar heel comfortabel waar alles is wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs slippers en koffie- + theefaciliteiten. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Geen lift. Voor mij geen probleem maar kan voor sommige mensen lastig zijn. Ook geen airco maar wel een goede ventilator.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in unmittelbarer Näher der Bahnhöfe King’s Cross/ St. Pancras. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Rezeption ist immer besetzt. Das Vierbettzimmer war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr klein, aber exakt so war es bei der Buchung auch beschrieben. Für uns war die Zimmergröße daher keine Überraschung und absolut ausreichend. Wer aber bei seinem Besuch in London (insbesondere als Familie mit Kindern) plant viel Zeit im Hotelzimmer zu verbringen sollte sich ggf. vorher Überlegen ob die Zimmergröße dafür ausreicht).
