Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Hotel is very nice, very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking was secured which was nice not to worry about gear in bed of truck getting stolen. Front desk is staffed 24 hours a day which was nice as we left at 4am to head to border.
All though parking is secured, very tight and tough to get in & out of vehicle because of such small space between vehicles. $20 a room cash deposit was required at check in. Deposit was returned when checking out just not convenient for travelers that don't carry cash with them.

Room cleanliness, shower head was clogged and I had to reach up to unclog each rubber piece in shower head. Only 1 coffee packet in room. One of the cabinets had trash from a previous guest.

Disappointed that there was no elevator. Stairs are a problem for us. Probably will not choose this hotel when we return, although we liked it a lot.

Reviewed May 12, 2026La habitación es enorme, y todas las instalaciones estaban limpias. El hecho de tener una cocina es muy útil, y los alrededores son muy tranquilos y calmos. La playa está muy cerca, y tener una tienda de conveniencia y una farmacia a unos pasos es un plus muy valorado. Cómo extra, una cervecería está a unas calles, y a unos pasos están unos tacos muy bueno
La lista de cobros por cosas que "pueden dañarse" es algo intimidante, pero se entiende que si existe es porque ya pasó algo negativo.

Todo estuvo excelente, pero siento que dan mucho énfasis sobre por ejemplo si alguien rompe algo pues te cuentan en recepcion sobre asuntos que no te importany cono otros clientes se van sin pagar cuando pasa eso, creo que hay formas más amigables de decirlo.

The staff was extremely rude and not pleasant. We were being checked in by one woman and then another came in and took over and she clearly had a problem with my wife who is Latina and I'm white. The woman put us in a room that she knew was broken, the AC didn't work the room never cooled down past 23C. How do I know you ask yourself. Pretty simple when we went to check out the first thing she asked was if you didn't like the room with a nice little smile. We said no she said she could change our room. Now mind you there were only two cars in the entire garage of the hotel when we checked in and she specifically put us in room 103. Hmmmmmmm. Why that one? We left a day early even though we paid for 2 nights. I would like to be reimbursed for the other night. We did check out at 1030am. Before the normal check out of 11am.

En esta ocasión el colchón estaba muy rigido, se sentían demasiado los resortes, en mi visita anterior la cama había sido de lo mejor.
