Reviewed Jul 28, 2025La persona que atiende en la oficina fue grosera y con una actitud amargada, no tiene manera de tratar a los clientes, parece como si ella estuviera haciéndonos el favor de atendernos a los clientes, no podías hacerle una pregunta porque contestaba de mala manera. Una de las camas estaba defectuosa, no pudimos dormir ahí porque se iba para abajo uno y se movía mucho el colchón se salía de su lugar con facilidad. La TV no quería prender y cuando por fin prendió, se trababa y después se apagaba así que no pudimos ver TV en nuestra estancia. Dejaron sartenes para el uso pero no había con que lavarlos. Faltaron ganchos para colgar la ropa que decían que había y no estaban. Había mucho ruido incluso a las 6 am como si estuvieran dejando caer tubos o algo muy pesado

Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Te cobran anticipo, si llevas mascota aún que sea de apoyo, si quieres que limpien las habitaciones también costo extra, Párking también costó extra, no hay servicio a la habitación, a y nunca tienen cambio, como las viejas prácticas para quedarse con el dinero. Malísimo servicio aparte no parece hotel más bien motel, agrego que el personal de recepción pésima atención llegamos a las 10 pm tal vez por que la despertamos, bueno el peor servicio de hotel que me ha tocado.

The hotel has 12 parking spots and if you're able to get one then you have secure parking overnight. It is located close to the ocean only a few blocks away

Had a kitchen and everything you need for your stay, we had a peaceful rest. A block away from the Beach and plenty of restaurants to have dinner or breakfast in, very safe area, will definitely stay here again

It's modern with high ceilings, in great condition, quiet and the beach is a short walk away. The rooms have a kitchenette and a counter with bar stool seating. There's even a small couch. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower. It really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Reviewed Mar 23, 2024Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. Which I loved especially traveling with a toddler it made it easier for me to put snacks and food away. It is located within walking distance to the beach 🌊 I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I know on our next trip back to Ensenada we know exactly where we will be staying!! Thank you Stay Home Hotel for everything!!
