Ahogy belép az ember az utcáról, nagyon finom illat fogad, gyönyörű és tiszta a recepció, pont jól be volt hűtve az egész hely, a szoba is, nem kellett megpusztulnom ebben a nagy melegben. A tetőn található kis medence is nagyon hangulatosan meg van csinálva. Imádtam ott azt a két éjszakát

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to local shops and cafes and still close to the city centre. Really friendly staff who were happy to help with any issues. Lovely rooftop pool!

The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and was evident from the moment we entered the hotel. Our early check in request and late check out request was accommodated. the ladies at reception were so helpful and very responsive to the communication requests on WhatsApp. the roof top pool and sun loungers were very welcome as the temperature was very hot during our stay. We stayed for 11 days in July. The location of the hotel was excellent with the bus stops within a short walk to the hotel along with a little supermarket.

Really nice appartment with lovely terrace. Rooftop pool was lovely. Small and not very deep but great for lazy swimming and dipping when too hot Decent size bathroom with toiletries. Microwave that did say could be used as a grill and oven but i tried to do toast in it and it took ages Walk to marina and the restaurants and pubs was about 20 mins Plenty of convenience stores and take aways close by Would book again

There was a dog in the building opposite which barked through the night. We were just underneath the pool and was woken up a few times early by the scraping of the furniture in aa morning Although i wouldnt say it was a long walk into the town centre when it was 35 degrees it felt like it sometimes! Lol

El cuarto era muy espacioso, la cama era muy cómoda, perfecta para descansar en vacaciones, el aire acondicionado estaba excelente, algo que se agradece en verano, era todo igual como aparece en las fotos, las chicas de recepcion eran muy amables, y algo más, podias dejar las maletas despues del checkout, sin duda nosotros lo volveriamos a escoger.

La struttura si trova in un quartiere non dei piu belli. Alla sera al rientro a piedi c'è da fare attenzione. L aria condizionata al nostro arrivo emetteva un odore molto sgradevole. E stato comunicato e lo staff ha fatto fare la disinfestazione dell impianto.

Le camere sono pulite, curate nei minimi dettagli, sia dal punto di vista della pulizia che da un punto di vista estetico. La posizione è comoda, anche se il contesto circostante non è dei più gradevoli, infatti noi di sera ci spostavamo con Uber. Nel raggio di 1km si trovano tutte le attrazioni principali da visitare ad Alicante. Hotel moderno dotato di attico con piscina e sdraia comode, da lì è possibile ammirare il Castello di Santa Barbara.

L'emplacement est idéal pour le tourisme a Alicante. Le personnel est agréable et les locaux sont très propres.

La limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. Todo en perfectas condiciones y muy nuevo. El trato en recepción también muy positivo. La zona de la piscina, en la azotea, muy bonita y acogedora. Teníamos contratada una habitación de inferior categoría y supongo que por ocupación del resto de habitaciones del hotel, nos ubicaron en una de superior categoría más amplia y con terraza.

The hotel is very new, close to lots bares and restaurantes and it’s not too far from the city centre.

The room it’s very small. I booked the hotel because it looked a big place with a big balcony so I thought I could have my breakfast in the room but it’s the case. There is only one chair, when we were in 2, there is not hob so I could have an egg or cook something else. The room was so small that I almost didn’t have space to put my suitcase. I was very disappointed with the size of the room. It’s nothing similar, in terms of size, with what it’s on the website. No space at all for breakfast. I had breakfast sitting on the bed.

Lo que más nos sorprende es que no tuviera sitio donde aparcar 5m el coche para bajar maletas,lo haces entorpeciendo el tráfico. A 8 m andando hay aparcamiento gratis y las calles de alrededor no cuadran mucho con el hotel...

Muy cómodo y limpio

A reasonably good location about 15-20 minutes walk from Alicante old town. Parking was available at €15 per day in a very convenient secure facility. The room was a good size and the kitchenette had what you’d need. Having a pool was a bonus.

Walking distance and public transport near by, staff very friendly , key cards on phone very easy to use and worked well as we had a late arrival and reception was closed , good pool facilities , room was perfect

I was upset and worried because I received a message from the hotel with a link for me to pay the hotel otherwise they would cancel my booking, when I had informed my card details through booking.com. I never had to go online and pay for the hotel as usually it’s debited my card on the day of my arrival.

I felt under pressure to pay for the hotel. I was travelling and it could have happened that I wouldn’t have checked my emails. I contacted the hotel and I was told that if I don’t pay before my arrival due to the high season they would cancel my booking. Apart from that the hotel was lovely and in a very good location.

Todo muy nuevo, limpio y la mini-cocina perfecta.

Estábamos en la habitación 207 que no tenemos habitación alrededor. Pues, parece ser, que los conductos del aire o algo están conectados que a las 1:30 de la madrugada empezaron a fumar en la habitación de abajo y en mi habitación empezó a oler muchísimo a tabaco, incluso a llegar a despertarnos. A la mañana siguiente volvió a pasar lo mismo y nos dimos cuenta que la peste a tabaco salía por el baño. No es culpa del hotel para nada, es culpa de los impresentable de la habitación de abajo que nos molestó bastante la estancia.

Las habitaciones tenían buen aire acondicionado y la cama es cómoda. La piscina es pequeña pero está muy bien y el ambiente bueno. El personal excelente.

Lovely small hotel with rooftop pool in a quiet area. Everything was spotlessly clean.

There was nothing to dislike other than I would have liked a softer mattress but that is just my preference.

Byliśmy tylko jedną noc i było super wszystko, dzieci zadowolone też były z basenu na dachu, do głównej promenady 20min spacerkiem. Hotel jest w miarę nowy, bardzo czysto było, lodówka mały aneks kuchenny wszystko na wyposażeniu, dobrze działała klimatyzacja. Kto będzie autem to ciężko z parkingiem. Hotel wyposażony we winde. Super nice staff, always considerate, friendly, quick in dealing with requests. The little kitchen was very convenient, the air conditioner quier and effective. At night it was very quiet. The pool on the roof is very nice!

The location is in a not so nice neighbourhood, approx.20min walk to the city centre, 30min to the beach. If you are a light sensitive sleeper: there are a few lights at night ( air con, microwave, emergency exit, mirror lightbutton,...)

Obiekt nowy i czysty , lokalizacja w której był położony prawie jak slumsy . Daleko od centrum . Karaluchy wszędzie , pomimo ,iż obiekt był nowy już można było napotkać małe osobniki . Myślę że to kwestia czasu . Hiszpania cierpi na ten problem więc jak to powiedziały Panie z recepcji „ trzeba się przyzwyczaić to normalne w tym regionie „ Reszta była ok . Ale nie wybiorę tego hotelu ponownie .

The location is great, i didnt use any transport till stay. only when arrive from station and going back. even there u can go by walk(30min). the hotel is quiet, clean, and has good staff. Water in bath is great, pool is nice, i liked this hotel, will stay here again exactly. Having kitchen in room made my stay much more better, i didnt use any my breakfast in room, and thats cool idea to have ekitchen in room😍

Limpio y cerca de donde queríamos ir.

Nos alojaron en la planta baja con lo que no podíamos ni abrir cortinas ni la ventana ya q daba a la calle directamente con ventanales que se ventana todo. Y te pueden entrar. No teníamos el dato de que había habitaciones en la planta baja. Y en las condiciones ponía piscina solo adultos, cosa que aunq no me molesten los niños ( tengo uno) no se cumplió. En la habitación era para dos y solo había un taburete.

Подушки ортопедические особенная любовь❤ Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания с возможностью готовить: посуда, техника, капсульная кофемашина, холодильник. Возможно постирать (платно) и самостоятельно (соответственно, бесплатно) погладить вещи на гладильной доске с нормальным утюгом. Актуально для приехавших на длительное время. Безупречная работа кондиционера. Кондиционер+ортопедические подушки+удобная кровать=отличный сон. Бассейн на крыше заслуживает отдельных похвал, открыт с 9 до 22. Иногда не хватало места, но как раз при мне привезли новые лежаки и проблема исчерпалась. Так же два стола в зоне бассейна, если вы решите позавтракать или поужинать на крыше. Зонты от солнца на крыше есть (чего не было на промо фото и я поэтому купила свой. Покупать не надо, всё есть) Есть так же зонты для пляжа, которые вы можете бесплатно одолжить идя на море. Бесплатное хранение вещей до чекина. Это тоже стало приятным сюрпризом. Гибкое время чекина, то есть не ровно 16-00, а по возможности уборки персонала. Давно не встречала такого человеческого отношения к туристам. От этого было очень по-домашнему уютно.

Не смогли посмотреть второй футбольный матч по телевизору, хотя первый посмотрели и это было бесплатно. Может закончилась как раз подписка или просто вылетел телевизор из аккаунта. Но на фоне плюсов этот минус близиться к нулю. Отель потрясающий во всех смыслах. Спасибо всем причастным.

Die Unterkunft wirkte sauber und gepflegt.

Wir sind 8 Minuten nach den Check-In Zeiten angekommen. Nachdem wir 30 Minuten verzweifelt nach einen Parkplatz gesucht haben. Standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen. Ohne Möglichkeit in das Gebäude zu kommen. Die angegebene Terrasse ist eher eine Logia in Innenhof. Warm und stickig, konnte leider kaum genutzt werden.

The hotel is walking distances to buses and tram to go to Playa San Juan.

Me gustó todo, empezando por el personal de Recepción, super amables . El Apartamento Espectacular, no solo en el mobiliario, sino además en detalles como ..la plancha, el microondas, maquina de café y un montón de pequeños detalles que parezca que este en tu casa. Sin dejar atrás, la excelente LIMPIEZA. Les doy las gracias por acogernos en este precioso lugar. Por supuesto tengo, previsto volver en breve.

habíamos reservado plaza de garaje y pagado previamente. Cuando llegamos de un concierto a las 12:00 de la noche todas las plazas estaban ocupadas, de forma que nos quedamos tiradas sin aparcamiento, porque habían vendido plazas que no tenían. Poca profesionalidad.

Dommage le quartier, les alentours de l’hôtel sont très sombres, sales et mal fréquentés.

Appart hôtel neuf, très bien équipé avec une chambre grande, propre et fonctionnel. Il se situe à une vingtaine de minutes des activités du bord de mer. Le quartier est calme et l'hôtel est facile à trouver.

The staff is very welcome and friendly. And the room was clean and well equipped, including coffee expressor. A swimming pool is available on the roof and it is very clean.

I didn’t expect the room to be so small. In the pictures, look more spacious.

Las instalaciones eran nuevas, modernas y muy limpias. La cama muy cómoda, dormimos genial. La piscina en la azotea muy tranquila. El hotel tuvo un detalle de una botella de vino con nosotros por nuestro aniversario, lo cual fue de agradecer.

La ubicación. El barrio no es muy allá y tuvimos que caminar más de 25 minutos hasta el puerto.

Schönes, stylisches, relativ neues Hotel mit schönem, kleinen Dachpool inkl. Liegen. 1,5 km vom etwas lautem Zentrum, 2 km vom Strand mit relativ teuren, zumeist ausgebuchten Liegen. Lage in altem Wohngebiet nicht schön.

Struttura pulita, ambiente moderno e spazi ben organizzati. Apprezzati gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti.

È in una zona abbastanza lontana dal centro e da tutte le attrazioni principali (escluso il MARQ). È stato necessario muoversi con i mezzi pubblici (in base alla destinazione non tutte le fermate sono vicine) oppure in taxi. La piscina (motivo per cui abbiamo scelto questa struttura) non è risultata sempre agibile perché le camere sono in sovrannumero rispetto ai lettini e non è possibile prenotare il posto.
