I liked the view , and how spacious the place was. And the beds were so comfy

When I stepped into the washroom there were sand on the floor , and when i opened the room it had a bad odour , because of not fully dried carpets.

Clean rooms, good food.

They charged us for food (room service around (9:45pm) that we didn't get. When we went to the restaurant to remedy it they were closed (since they close at 10:00pm). When we spoke to the owners about it, they said that they will look into it and never came back. Very disappointed in that. It looks like the same staff who work in the reception desk, also works in the restaurant and cash counter - so sometimes there is a delay in paying for food and other services. There is a school in front of the building so morning/afternoon there is a lot of traffic and noise.

Apartment style room and proximity to the city.

Staff were very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Having the restaurant made our stay enjoyable as we had a couple of busy days and not having to find somewhere to eat was perfect.

Rooms were comfortable with good space.

The location is a bit away from downtown but at more height than downtown. So you get a nice view from balcony. The manager is great at hospitality and recommendations.

Overall great experience..

Stayed there for 02 nights and loved the place. Apartment was equipped with the basic needs for a comfortable stay. Loved the view from the room and from the rooftop. It's about 05 minutes drive from the city area, located in a very peaceful and easy accessible location. Special thanks to Navodhya and Heshan for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Wish both of them a bright future!! Will definitely go back!!

Good sized suite, anodyne interior, kitchen had nice view, Chef and wait service poor, decided not to eat there, food served or prepared night before for breakfast as it came withered to the table, gave up and ate out. Evening meal was an empty restaurant, should, pricey, didn't do it as morning experience was off putting, would have been a risky decision. Food and kitchen needs to be thought. Location is a big draw back, remote, noisy as VB it is opposite a school which kicks off from us 7am to 8am, lots of bugs being cried off. Overall forgetting for to kitchen and chef, and location

Very Clean and staff were very helpful And friendly

Spotlessly clean, fresh smelling, modern and comfortable accommodation. The view from the balcony is stunning. The linen and towels again, are spotless and changed every other day. The shower was hot enough and the free Wi-Fi and A/C were also great during my stay. The management were exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. That can be said for the staff also. Set on the hillside above Kandy itself, it’s a great option to get away from the noise and chaos of the city. Getting around is easy, even if you don’t drive. A tuk tuk to Kandy costs peanuts for the 10-15 minute drive. I used the ‘PickMe’ and ‘Uber’ apps during my stay. There was a restaurant on site with stunning views which I didn’t use.

On arrival I was charged a much higher price, plus taxes and VAT than what was on my invoice. I think this was more of a problem with Booking.com. However, this was rectified after a little time thanks to management intervention. Although the young staff were really friendly and tried to be helpful, communication was very difficult. This is not a criticism of them. I used a translator app which was fine. It seems that they maybe training and are slightly timid and shy. I’m sure with more time and experience they will become more confident in their roles. Also my room (401) was situated directly below the restaurant and kitchen so I was aware of chairs and tables being moved about a lot and work being done in kitchen. However, it didn’t stop me from sleeping or spoil my stay too much. The only thing I didn’t understand was why the room had no plates, bowls or cutlery. It has a microwave so how are you supposed to eat? I also had to ask twice for the items as they were taken away during room cleaning. So that was my only gripe. So, no major issues just small glitches. Overall, a very peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. Met the owner who could not have been more helpful to us throughout our stay, organising transport and breakfast for us. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay.

If you would like to be closer / within walking distance to town this would not be for you.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Kandy so far. The rooms are super clean and new. Since the rooms are more like apartments, each room has its own kitchen, including a microwave oven and mini-fridge, as well as a living and dining area with dining table. The hotel has a calm environment, away from the noisy Kandy city. They also have a nice restaurant that offers a decent menu. The owner and staff are super friendly, making it totally worth staying here.

1. TV had Dialog viu and most the time we couldnt watch tv due to bad connection. Better to change the system to Peo TV 2. If you use public transport, you will have to face little problem to find pickme from the hotel. Better to visit with your own vehicle.

Some of the staff were a bit confused about all our questions. There is not a lot of communication between the staff. Example: we mentioned our breakfast options in the morning as we knew we were going to be out the whole day. The staff confirmed, but we got a call at 22:30 at night, while sleeping, to ask about breakfast. Three nights in a row, there were banging noises in the middle of the night (like someone was fixing something). This was forwarded to the staff, but nothing changed.

The rooms were excellent- the largest and cleanest we experienced in Sri Lanka. The rooftop cafe was nice, and the biggest plus was how quiet it was. After seeing hotels downtown near the lake, we were glad to have stayed farther out, and a tuktuk ride with pickMe only cost one or two dollars.

The staff couldn't help with local guides, and room service food was a bit slow.

Great value for the price! The apartment is conveniently located not far from Kandy city, making it easy to access local attractions. All the listed facilities were available and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

While the apartment was great overall, the view wasn't very impressive/very limited, and the parking inside the property was quite limited, which could be a bit inconvenient since you have to park near the road.

Breakfast was excellent. Super delicious and beyond expectation.

Very spacious apartment with good beds, ac & van, fridge, tv. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast on 5th floor with an astonishing view!

Probably the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The hotel is very modern, superbly equipped and the staff make every effort to fulfill the guest's wishes. The food on offer is individually prepared, very tasty and the guest has a wide choice. The price-performance ratio of the hotel and the food is excellent. You can get to the city quickly by tuk-tuk. The hotel is not quite central and is slightly up a hill, but the view from the roof terrace makes up for everything. I can recommend this hotel to any traveler, it made my stay in Kandy special. Many thanks to the owners Imthiyaz and Ayesha for the great time and your hospitality, I will come back.

The room is spacious and clean, located 2km away from Kandy City. Staff are friendly and helpful, the owner husband and wife were nice and we feel welcomed. It's a great moment to start our First trip in Sri Lanka.

Food can be improved.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed, high class linen. It had a good shower with hot water. AC in bedroom works well. Comfortable armchairs, TV, and good wifi. All personnel were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was not quite how shown in the photo. The fridge was small, but I managed, as I ate out a lot. There are no cooking facilities but there is a microwave for reheating. I felt it was a little overpriced for the facilities, but enjoyed my stay.

The property located near to the city. The cleanliness, comfort and hospitality was excellent. The food represented the local taste.
