Kalender Pansiyon Fethiye

The appartment had everything we needed to relax for 2 days. The pool area was so clean and calm. The staff were so friendly. It was close to a supermarket. We did have a car which I think you would need if you stayed here.

The place was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were the broken clothes drying rack, which kept collapsing, and the damaged handheld shower head, which sprayed water everywhere and was difficult to use. Apart from these small issues, everything was great.

Het was een relaxte plek met een rustige en fijne sfeer. Er is een overkapping waar je gezellig spelletjes kunt spelen en er is voldoende schaduw te vinden. Vooral de schaduw boven het zwembad vonden wij erg prettig. Het water van het zwembad was lekker koel, wat met het warme weer erg fijn was. Het zwembad werd daarnaast regelmatig in de avond schoongemaakt. Er waren voldoende ligbedden aanwezig; we hebben nooit meegemaakt dat er te weinig waren. Ook is er een leuke schommel waar je lekker kunt zitten. Bij het zwembad is ook een keuken aanwezig, waardoor je niet steeds terug naar je kamer hoeft om iets te drinken te halen. Je kunt er gewoon koud water pakken en koffie drinken, wat erg handig is. Verder is Ferhat een heel vriendelijke man die met je meedenkt en zijn best doet om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Ohja en er is een wasmachine en koelkast die supergoed koelt aanwezig wat super is! Volgend zomer zullen wij weer komen:)

Niet zozeer iets wat ons niet beviel, maar wel goed om vooraf te weten: het appartement wordt schoon opgeleverd, maar tijdens het verblijf doe je de schoonmaak zelf. Tegen betaling kan dit ook voor je worden gedaan. Wij waren dit niet gewend, maar uiteindelijk was het prima te doen. Op iedere verdieping staan een stofzuiger en een dweil klaar, waardoor je binnen ongeveer 10 minuten weer klaar bent met het schoonmaken. Daarnaast zijn enkele droogrekken vanwege roest aan vervanging toe.

Мы с мужем останавливались здесь в июле, прилетали кататься на велосипедах. Для нас не было первостепенно близость пляжей, важнее была другая инфраструктура, рядом есть мигрос, веломастерская, аптеки, набережная, куча кофеин. В самих апартаментах хорошая кухня, посудомойка, стиральная машинка. Бассейн на территории супер, над ним есть навес и можно было проводить там время даже в самые жаркие часы.

Все было хорошо.

Outside areas were lovely. Rooms were adequate for what we needed. Ferhat (in charge) was brilliant. Great English and nothing was a problem 5star service by him. Location worked well for us.

Curtains let in the light so had to sleep with a t-shirt over my face after 5am It was on the small side but it wasn’t an issue. Beds were a little hard but we prefer softer and that’s just us. Bed creaked and that was a pain.

Amazing host. Very accommodating. Great yard with pool, loved the communal kitchen and generosity of the host.

Honestly everything was great. Can’t think of much I didn’t like. I guess it’s a little annoying you can’t flush toilet paper but no big deal.

In so many days no one came to clean the apartment, there was no cleaning stuffs in the apart neither for cleaning it ourselves, 2 toilet paper roll and not much shower gel, so all time you need to ask

Lockers of Door windows didn’t work, but the host fixed it in 2 days, had to wait for the maintenance guy to come, some noise sometimes from the road nearby

Удобное расположение - недалеко Мигрос и парк Фетхие. Можно дойти пешком или прокатиться на велосипеде, который предоставляется бесплатно. Сама студия комфортная. Также было полюсом, что предоставили возможность выбрать студию, которая мне больше подходит (этаж, размер комнат). Единственное чего не хватило - кухонных салфеток и набора чай/кофе. Также было бы удобнее, если была бы турка или иная посуда для приготовления кофе. Проживание было комфортное. Спасибо!

Hayatımda kaldığım en güzel apartlardan biriydi! Fethiye’de huzurlu ve kaliteli bir konaklama arayan herkes için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Apart hem aşırı temizdi hem de her detay düşünülerek döşenmişti. Sessiz, sakin ve konforlu bir ortamda kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. En çok etkilendiğim şeylerden biri de işletme sahibinin yardımseverliği ve güler yüzü oldu. Her konuda yardımcı oldular ve misafirlerine gerçekten değer veriyorlar. Tekrar Fethiye’ye gelirsem hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırım! One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality place to stay in Fethiye. The apartment was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully furnished. It was quiet, calm, and very comfortable — I truly felt at home. What impressed me most was the kindness and helpfulness of the owner. They were always available and genuinely care about their guests. If I ever come back to Fethiye, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Я влюбилась в это чудесное место,все было шикарно.Очень гостеприимный хозяин, встретил,все рассказал,особым комплиментом для меня было домашний пирог(крамбл с фруктами и мороженым). Все было чисто,очень классный бассейн,все уютно и прекрасно!

Die Lage von der Unterkunft ist Perfekt, einfach Klasse.

Die Betten sind ein bisschen zu Hart. Zwischen Fenster und Wand war im Schlafzimmer ein kleiner Spalt, dadurch war es minimal Lauter im Zimmer.

Очень тёплый прием, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания было предоставлено по первой просьбе. Так же постояльцам были предложены дары из сада хозяина, это было приятным бонусом. Территория ухоженная, во дворе есть кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления ужина на улице. Бассейн сезонный, у бассейна в саду можно позагорать, почитать книгу или поиграть в настольные игры с чаем. Есть велосипеды в свободном доступе, можно вечером прокатиться по велодорожке к порту или в парк. Рядом с апартаментами большой магазин Migros, замечательный парк на набережной, с вело и беговой дорожкой, ну и сама набережная с прекрасными закатами. Удаленность до парка, набережной около 1 км. Но если хотите куда-то проехаться, то при выходе за калитку апартаментов, на столбе есть "зеленая" кнопка вызова такси, которое по счетчику отвезет вас куда пожелаете.

Отличный чистый и уютный отель с прекрасным бассейном. Менеджер (к сожалению не помню имени) помогал нам во всех возникающих вопросах и даже нашел трансфер для нас и наших велосипедов!

Meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht. Es heißt zwar Pension, aber es war besser als die meisten 5-Sterne-Hotels. Es gab ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer war vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände waren großartig. Alles war harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Alle Geräte und Utensilien in der Küche waren blitzsauber, brandneu und mehr als ausreichend. Es gab sogar einen Safe im Schlafzimmer. Der Garten war sehr schön. Die Sitzbereiche im Garten waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Garten gab es auch eine kleine Küche. Der Pool war perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße. Mit einem Wort: ein wunderbarer Ort.

Das Badezimmer und die Toilette hatten keine Belüftung und waren vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Der Besitzer der Pension war meiner Meinung nach etwas zurückhaltend. Als wir ankamen und als wir abreisten, wirkte er etwas desinteressiert und kühl. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir nur einen Tag geblieben sind.

Одно из лучших апартаментов, в которых нам доводилось останавливаться, а мы путешественники с большим стажем). Вилла чистая, стильная, комфортная. На этаже 4 апартамента, всего 3 этажа. Очень тихо, множество мест во дворе для отдыха ( милые качели, шезлонги, кресла). Хозяин очевидно любит и уважает своих гостей. Отличный ммм мигрос рядом, выбор свежих продуктов огромный. Мы были на машине, было очень комфортно добираться до пляжей олюдениза, в центр города доезжали за 5-7 минут. Мои рекомендации 👍

We stayed as a group of 3 ladies during August. The property is quite recently renovated therefore extremely clean and very well maintained. The room and beds are very comfortable, well decorated, the location is good with a taxi call button right outside the door (press the button and taxi arrives within a few minutes to take you to nearby beaches / etc.), the pool is very quiet and clean, it felt very safe and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful showing true Turkish hospitality.

I travel 5/6x a year and this was truly an excellent facility for the price.

Очень понравились апартаменты. Есть все необходимое на кухне (посуда, приборы, губка, жидкость для мытья посуды, соль). Есть большая сушилка на балконе. Возьмите с собой гель для стирки. Также есть общая летняя кухня, где больше кухонной техники. Там же можно найти масло и специи)) Красивая ухоженная территория, можно брать велосипеды на прогулку (рядом через Fethi Bey Park проходит велодорожка по всей набережной). Рядом большой Мигрос. До пляжа Чалыш 40 мин пешком (можно подъехать), но нам очень понравился пляж в Олюденизе и мы туда каждый день ездили (50 мин на долмушах с одной пересадкой, долмушы ходят часто). При планировании поездки были муки выбора, где жить - в Олюденизе или в Фетхие и в каком районе. По окончанию отпуска, мы остались полностью довольны комфортными апартаментами, соотношением цены/качества и расположением, исходя из посещенных нами мест.

Ferhat was extremely helpful and accommodating . In addition to your own cooking facilities there is an outside kitchen well equipped including spices etc for your use. Large supermarket and restaurants about 5 to 10 mins away, as was local buses .

Nothing to dislike.

Mr Ferhat was super kind and friendly. Swimming pool, kitchen in the outside, house all was really nice. We enjoy our time in Fethiye. It was in the middle of Fethiye that we could drive most of the beach and turistic place easly. We are planning to come back again.

Résidence bien située et moderne, avec de nombreux aménagements pensés pour le confort au quotidien. La piscine est superbe, entourée de plusieurs espaces agréables, et une cuisine est mise à disposition. Sans oublier la grande gentillesse du personnel. Je recommande vivement.

Struttura molto accogliente e bella, con un enorme giardino con piscina e cucina comune esterna che puó essere utilizzata da tutti. La piscina pulitissima e con tanti lettini e punti ombra per potersi rilassare durante il giorno. L’appartamento dove ho soggiornato era arredato con cura, con tutto l’essenziale in cucina e in bagno, con piccolo soggiorno e balcone. Molto pulito e climatizzato. Lo staff è sempre stato presente nel rispondere alle nostre richieste e a risolvere eventuali problemi. La posizione non è in centro, ma avendo l’automobile per noi non è stato un problema.

Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es wäre cool, wenn es noch bessere Fahrräder dort geben würde. Dann wären wir nur mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs gewesen

Просторные апартаменты с отдельной спальней, кухней и залом. Есть стиральная машина, большой холодильник и полностью оборудованное место для готовки. Хозяин очень доброжелательный, в комнате и во дворе всё чисто и аккуратно. Сад ухоженный, бассейн всегда чистый — отдыхали с комфортом.

Die Lage war hervorragend und das Objekt insgesamt modern und sauber. Der Inhaber - Ferhat - hat sich persönlich um uns gekümmert. Er ist ein toller und sympathischer Mensch. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal. Gemeinsam haben wir seinen Geburtstag gefeiert 😊.

Es liegt direkt en einer viel gefahrener Strasse und ist dadurch etwas laut. Ist aber noch akzeptabel.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Hotelanlage. Die Rezeption ist immer (auch über WhatsApp) erreichbar.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le fait qu’il était difficile de joindre le personnel. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait personne à la réception. Ensuite, nous voulions faire notre lavage, mais il n’y avait pas de produit, nous lui avons donc demandé. Nous avions du l’attendre environ 1 heure pour les recevoir ce qui nous à empêcher de sortir visiter avant que le soleil ce couche.

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort nécéssaire. Bonne literie. Hôte très accueillant et très serviable, il se met en 4 pour répondre à vos demandes. Les espaces du jardin sont super avec pleins de petits endroits bien séparés. La cuisine extérieur est un grand plus. La piscine est grande et il y a suffisamment de transats pour tout le monde. Il y a un petit supermarché à 200m.

The grounds were very beautiful and included plenty of shaded areas to play board games and eat. The pool was spotlessly clean and covered in parts with a large overhead screen to take the edge off the strong sun. There were plenty of sun beds and the grounds were very well maintained. The pool never had more than two or three people in it at a time and my daily morning swim was a peaceful delight. There were inflatable toys for the children and an outside kitchen to use. The flats were superb: very clean, well proportioned the electrical equipment all looked new and worked well. We had a huge fridge/freezer but not in all flats. There are only 10 flats in total (as far as I could make out) and they all had balconies with a table and chairs overlooking the pool/garden. The owner could not do enough to help us but was not at all intrusive: he booked the transfers, lent me a sewing cut and checked all was ok. On our last day, he brought us delicious Turkish coffee and chocolates while we played backgammon in the shade and, later, a gin and tonic. It was all delightful. Great location Calis beach (with small waterpark and bird sanctuary) was nearby (Ada restaurant on the island with free ferry was a highlight - book to enjoy the spectacular sunset over the bay for a very romantic evening - but be warned - there are lots of steps up to it). The huge and very interesting adventure park for children was a delight and my older daughter and her boyfriend loved using the (readily available and very easy to use scooters from there - Hop and Beam apps) to scoot down the dedicated cycle path around the beautiful bay to the old town for very little cost - the taxi was about £8 for us old fogies. Migros supermarket and a street of restaurants including familiar Burger King etc is a short walk from the apartments.

Our overhead shower head was faulty and could not be used; the attachment for the hand held one had also snapped off. The hand held shower attachment needed some adjustment but it was all usable. The owner apologised and tried to arrange for it to be fixed but we were not there for long, so it was not possible in time. A small section of the skirting had come away but everything else was top notch. A small fix to these would make it all 10/10.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Ferhat bey çok ilgilendi. Havuz temiz ve sakindi. Odalar temizdi ve gereken her şey vardı ( bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı, tost makinesi,…) özelikle bahçe kısmı çok güzel dekor edilmiş ve düşünülmüş( havuz kenarı bar/mutfak çok kullanışlı). Kesinlikle geri gelirim. Ve tavsiye ederim. Hem herşeye yakın (boncuklu koya 20 dakika) hem güzel ve güvenilir bir yer.

Nous venons de passer un séjour absolument fantastique à la Calendar Pension à Fethiye, Ayant voyagé avec ma femme et notre fils de 4 ans, nous recherchions un endroit confortable et accueillant, et cet hôtel a dépassé toutes nos attentes ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Mr Ferhat toujours souriant et prêt à aider. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccable et parfaitement adaptée pour notre famille. Notre fils a adoré la piscine, le jardin. L'emplacement de la Calendar Pension est idéal, offrant à la fois calme et facilité d'accès aux attractions de Fethiye. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la propreté des lieux. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement à toutes les familles ou à quiconque cherche un havre de paix et de confort à Fethiye. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir ! Merci encore à toute l'équipe de la Calendar Pension pour avoir rendu nos vacances inoubliables.

Lage

Es tracta d'un edifici d'apartaments molt ben equipats i amb piscina comunitària. El jardi també té una cuina comuna que pot anar molt bé per menjar allà. El jardi està ple de racons còmodes per descansar, com ara sofàs o cadires amb taules.

Està lluny del centre i tot i que no era complicat arribar-hi amb transport públic, es trigava una estona. Això ja ho sabíem quan vam agafar l'apartament, així que tampoc ens podem queixar.

Nuestra estancia en Kalender Pansion fue muy agradable. El complejo de apartamentos es totalmente nuevo y con todas las comodidades necesarias. La piscina y zonas comunes decoradas con mucho encanto, lo cual hace qué te sientas como en casa. El apartamento está impoluto. El manager nos brindo toda su atencion en todo momento, desde facilitarnos un check in adelantado hasta buscarnos un taxi o hacernos recomendaciones gastronomicas. En resumen, elegir el Kalender fue todo un acierto.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights so that I could visit the Saklikent Kanyon and head to the famous Oludeniz beach. Upon arrival, the property was very clean and has a modern and sleek interior just like the photos. The exterior of the property has a beautiful look to it aswell and the pool and sharing areas were also kept very clean. The rooms have some plates and dishes, washing machine, clothing racks, air conditioning which all came in handy even though we were only there for 2 nights. The location of the property is very good if you have a car, only 10 minutes from city centre and about 30 minutes from Oludeniz beach. We were 3 people in one room and we were provided an extra bed if the third person didn't wish to sleep on the sofa which was an excellent alternative. I slept on the sofa and this was comfy for me so did not try out the bed. Staff was really helpful with our questions and the cost of hotel was a really great value for money and everything met our expectations :)

In der Wohnung alles Verfügbar. Fahrräder zum ausleihen vor Ort. Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt, er hat uns vor Ort immer geholfen und Tipps gegeben. Waschmaschine und co vor Ort, sehr praktisch- mit dem Dolmuś nur 10 min bis Calis Plaj

L’hôte est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il a été aux petit soin pour nous pendant tout le séjour. La chambre était superbe, nous avions initialement réservé une chambre avec lit double et canapé lit, mais l’hôte nous a apporté un 3eme lit à mettre dans la chambre, très bonne surprise. Le logement ainsi que l’extérieur sont également aménagé pour les enfants. Tout était super, je recommande vivement
