The design of the hotel is exceptional – beautiful, authentic, and cosy. The food in the restaurant, including breakfast, was great! We loved the swimming pool area. We are also very grateful to the staff who helped us with everything, including responding incredibly quickly on WhatsApp even before we arrived. Huge thanks for recommending the best beach we've ever been to, and for being so friendly throughout our stay.

The bathroom wasn't 100% clean, and the walls in the room were a bit dirty. The location is close to a supermarket and just 5 minutes from the promenade, but it's far from the best beaches (about 25 minutes by taxi).

We recently stayed at Lili Maison in Fethiye, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.The hotel is set in a beautiful, quaint garden with a lovely pool area that is kept immaculately well-maintained. It feels like a peaceful little oasis. The food options were fabulous, offering a great choice of delicious dishes throughout our stay, and our room was a good size (Deluxe suite) with plenty of space to relax. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. The reception staff were great and genuinely couldn't do enough to help us. During our stay, we encountered a small drain issue, and the owner himself got involved immediately to rectify it for us straight away! Great place, great people, and highly recommended!

Le check in et check out. Tres lambda et pas d info sur la restauration. On avait le droit à 15% sur l addition.

Frühstück war begrenzt, man hatte eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten; alles andere war extra. Getränke wie Cappuccino kosteten auch extra. In Betracht des Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war das Frühstücksangebot eher schwach.

Check-out war um 11:00. Keine Flexibilität, man gewährte nur zehn Minuten zusätzlich. Flieger war sehr spät, Plan ein bisschen Zeit am Pool zu verbringen um die Zeit zu überbrücken fielen auch ins Wasser, da man pro Person noch mal 15 EUR verlangte. Bei zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern also 60 Euro für einen Pool-Zugang. Und das bei einem Zimmerpreis von 230 EUR die Nacht!!

Очень классный, стильный, новый и красивый отель! На территории есть ресторан , очень вкусная еда , завтраки включены Персонал просто прекрасный, много раз помогали вызвать такси, забронировать бичклаб. Очень советую!!!

this was our 4th time off staying at the Akkent garden , we arrived and was surprised to find the hotel under new ownership for the next 10 years , the new owner Ibrahim was very welcoming and advised us what was happening etc , he is a genuine nice guy and was nice to see the lady who cleans the room was still there together with Mehmet , the gardener and also Sarah who runs the pool Bar, we had a great stay rooms are always clean and so is hotel , the breakfast could do with a change but as Ibrahim advised this is all in hand , I asked one day if we could have fried eggs and he dully obliged which went down a treat, for us this is the ideal place to stay as so close to Calis and Fethiye. I have given Ibrahim my email address and asked him to contact me next year let me know availability and pricing once all works completed. I look forward to hearing from him as we are a family of 9 and really have always enjoyed our stays at the Akkent Garden

I just stayed two nights in Akkent Garden Hotel. It was allright. Lovely garden, nice pool area with a small bar. Nice British lady working there, who I think might be the owner/manager. The young guys in the reception were friendly, but not very eager to help. Maybe language barriers? The room was okay, the bed big and comfortable, A/C and a small balcony facing the garden was nice. But the bathroom, and specially the shower seemed dirty and should have been washed properly, or even replaced the glass doors if it can not be washed properly. The breakfast was not a highlight. The hotel was right next to one of the main roads. Since I had a room facing the garden, that was no problem. Short distance to walk to the amazing park: Sehit Fethi Bey Park. But will take you an hour to walk to the city center. Easy to get taxis though.

Nice, clean and good service all you can find in this hotel. There is not much hotel like this you can find in city center of Fethiye. We love it.

Otelin konumu, havuzu, hizmeti çok iyiydi. Sadece yenilenmesi gerekiyor.

Öncelikle odanıza valizinizi çıkaracak bir çalışan yok.Asansör de olmadığı için bir kadın olarak yaklaşık 20 kglik iki valizi 2 kat yukarı taşımak zorunda kaldım. Odada balkon hiç yıkanmamış tamamen toz ve kir içindeydi.Klima suyu da balkona aktığı için her giriş çıkışınızda oda da çamur halini aldı.Kahvaltı orta vasat bir haldeydi ve kahve makinası bozuktu. Havuz başarılı ve temizdi.

Very nice place, calm and friendly. We booked for family of four trip and the room was big enough and comfortable for us, also staff are very friendly and welcoming.don’t miss the beautiful park open to the sea just behind the building, it’s amazing. Overall I feel like home or family house. Very recommended

90 lı yıllardan kalma bir misafirhane tadındaydı desem yeri var. 3 gün kaldık ailece, 1 gün bile temizlenmedi. Su için dahi para ödedik. Mobilyalar, perdeler oldukça eskiydi. O kadar içimize sinmedi ki kahvaltıyı denemedik bile. Uzun zamandır yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi diyebilirim.

Oda temizliği zayıftı, kahvaltı çeşitliliği yok her gün neredeyse aynı kahvaltı, odalar arası izolasyon sıfır her türlü ses duyuluyor

Otel genel anlamda fiziki açıdan iyiydi. Fakat kahvaltı zayıftı. Aydınlatma yetersizdi. İki ayrı yatak şeklinde rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen girişte odalarının olmadığını ve iki kişilik yatak vermek zorunda olduklarını söylediler.

Eşimle çok beğendik, özellikle bahçe düzenlemesi ve temizliğine hayran kaldık, tek eksiği sabah kahvaltıdaki meyve suyu :) Aslı hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok güleryüzlü bir ekip

Ağustosta bir gece konakladık ama çocuklarla çok beğendik çalışanların sıcakkanlı yaklaşımı iyi hissettryor tesis temiz ve çok merkeziydi.

Otopark sorunu yok, otelin önünde bolca yer oluyor, marketlere ve sahile yakın ama çarşıya ve marina ya uzak(yürüme mesafesi değil yani), ölüdenize araçla 15-20 dk, kahvaltısı en zayıf yönü, çok ucuza ve kolaya açılmış, lezzetsiz, özensiz, personel yetersiz ama istediğimizde temizlendi odamız, oda fena değil ama eşyalar eskiydi, daha temiz olabilirdi özellikle balkon daha temiz olmalıydı, bahçe ve havuz güzeldi

Lo único destacado de este hotel es la piscina. Las habitaciones son antiguas y las camas viejas e incómodas. El baño está viejo. La limpieza de las habitaciones consiste únicamente en hacer la cama. El desayuno es muy pobre.

Gayet konforlu 2 gün geçirdik. Hızlıca bulduk ve hızlıca yerleştik. Odalar gayet büyük ve konforluydu. Kahvaltıda çeşit konusunda tatmin edici. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve samimi olması çok hoşuma gitti. Otel merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere kolay ulaşmamızı sağladı. Bahçesi ve havuzu gayet güzeldi.

Çok temiz ve konforlu bir otel. Tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve havuzu çok temiz.Aslı Hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi sağolsun. Otel içerisindeki konaklama dışında bize nereleri gezeceğimiz konusunda bile yardımcı oldu. Temiz ve konforlu bir otel arayanların ilk tercihi olması gereken bir otel.

My family and I had a really lovely stay at the Akkent Garden Hotel. There was some confusion at first as my mum had booked apartments which were no longer available, and we were moved into the main hotel, however this was resolved and the hotel kindly gave us extra access to one of our rooms for the whole day after we checked out, due to our evening flight. The gardens are absolutely beautiful with lots of trees for shade and a lovely pool, it feels like paradise! A nice breakfast although we did think it would be nice to have some fruit options. Sarah who works at the bar was really friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool table outside by the bar was a great touch! Room was well appointed with a large and comfortable bed and all requests were heard and carried out cheerfully and efficiently by staff. There were also some lovely and authentic restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful boutique hotel, spotless rooms, and top-notch service—this place is truly a hidden gem in Fethiye. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the bus stop, a lovely park on the seafront, and plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

Otel konum olarak beklentimizi karşıladı. Temizlik konusunda eleştirimiz pikedeki lekelerden kaynaklı; yıkanmış olduklarını anlıyoruz ancak kalıcı lekeler vardı. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu, ilave bir makine de tesiste yoktu. Kahvaltı ise ortalamaydı. Resepsiyondaki hanım efendinin yardım ve yönlendirmeleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

I enjoyed my stay at the Akkent Garden Hotel. I was comfortable and felt very safe as a solo traveller. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the highlight for me was the large room and balcony (I had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the gardens), and the wonderful pool area and garden. It was peaceful and perfectly placed for walking beach side or old town end. There is a wonderful park nearby for children and adults alike. This is a good value hotel, and I would return as it certainly suited my needs for peace and quiet, and exploring Fethiye by foot. There are an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a lovely beach about 10 minutes walk away. The owner was kind and helpful.

Wonderful place. Rooms were gorgeous and so well equiped. The staff were super and the garden area was perfect. I will definately book again! Such a gem and close also to çalis beach….. and central Fethıye town ıs just a short bus rıde away or a really nıce walk.

Işıklandırma yok denecek kadar az telefonun feneri ile makyaj yapabildim,odada bulunan eşyalar aşırı şekilde deforme olmuş,oda genişti fakat temizlik çok iyi değildi, kahvaltı kötü idi çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlü idi, bahçe çok büyük ve güzeldi.

We stayed for a couple of nights that coincided with a a heat wave. Rooms have AC but you need the key to operate them and when we were out room got really hot, and took a while to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level. Otherwise the hotel is fine, good folks, nice pool, decent breakfast.

Although we came very early in the morning, they guided us immediately to our room, we really appreciated it. We checked in very early, therefore we had the whole day to do our thing. Very cozy, made us feel like at home

We had a really lovely 5 night stay here in September. The hotel is in a perfect location with beautiful pool. Really nice, quiet and relaxing. Set back a bit from the beach however still within walking distance. We hired buggy’s 2 days in a row for 500TL. It was a perfect way to get around. Loads of nice restaurants on the beach front to watch the sunset. Definitely we would return.

absolutely love the place,just returned from a 10 night stay.special mention goes to astli,sarah and of course memhet,the three musketeers ! this is our second visit to the akkent and this last visit was even better than the first.the hotel is in a great location being 20 mins from calis beach one way and 30 mins stroll from fethiye the other.the rooms are spotlessly clean with wi-fi in every room,the breakfast had good choice every morning the hotel is situatated in an area called yerguzlar caddesi which,has many nice places to eat and also a huge supermarket opposite the hotel. as mentioned the staff could not do anymore to please us,all you have to do is ask.i dont get people on here moaning about every little thing they dont like.simples go and pay 5 star prices at another hotel if the akkent doesnt tick your boxes.the pool area is outstanding with well kept gardens and the water is kept lovely and clean by a lovely bloke who works tirelessly to maintain it.myself and the wife will return again in may,we made a lot of new friends here,so for now i wish the akkent all the very best for the rest of the season,and see you all very soon. regards marie and grahame

Disliked · 1. The young guy at checkin was very rude. He insisted that I needed to pay even though I showed him my printed paper and my phone displaying ‘prepaid’. Finally he checked on the computer then said his friend had made a mistake then he agreed that I had prepaid. 2. We went to room 201 and it was like an oven. After an hour, it had not cooled so I asked to change rooms. The young guy came up to check, told me it worked then after 5 minutes agreed that it was not cooling the room. 3. The bathroom had a serious mold problem and the young guy said it needs to be painted. (not correct when mold is involved, it is a health risk, just painting does not solve the problem) 4. We moved to room 208. A light fixture next to the bed was missing so there were wires hanging out of the wall. The door frame had a large gap so even when the door was totally closed and locked, it did not seal so you could see into the bed…….but at least the air conditioner did work in this room. Please see photos as proof of the above. 5. Every time we walked past the front reception, the young guy put his head down and ignored us. It was very rude and uncomfortable. Unfortunately we had paid for 2 nights otherwise we would not have stayed. Liked... 1. Some very good restaurants close by. 2. The older man who helped us get a taxi at checkout was wonderful. He really went out of his way to help us. I wish we had met him first as it would have improved our stay.

Great hotel, nice breakfast, great pool and friendly staff. We had a room at the back over looking the pool which is probably quieter than rooms at the front over looking the street. Rooms were spacious with A/C and very reasonably priced. Enjoy 😉

After brilliant sailing trip we wanted a wind down hotel with facilities to chill before getting a plane back to U.K. next day. Hotel hit the spot . Rooms spacious clean and air con worked. Newly refurbished pool area and pool bar brilliant. 15 minute walk to coastal restaurant strip, 5 in taxi. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very nice mid range family run hotel with good comfortable facilities in a good location with local restaurants and amenities close by. Poll area was nice a quiet and not too busy. Breakfast is very nice with plenty of options taken in a loverly setting

Very central location surrounded by a lovely tropical garden. it was a very relaxing place to stay. Plenty of lovely restaurants and coffee shops near by. The rooms are nice and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden location was perfect for us.

The hotel is cozy, economic, clean, central and nice. I highly recommend to everyone who plans to travel in and around Fethiye. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good enough. Beach is nearby, also the hotel has a swimming pool at the back yard. You will feel like you are at your own home. Shortly Akkent Garden is the place to stay in Fethiye.

Smaller family run hotel with lovely garden and pool and friendly welcome. Standard room was basic but cleanest hair on and small balcony. Convenient for Calis beach and many restaurants.

A comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and the garden area and pool excellent. If you don't have your own car you will need to use taxis or the (excellent) local buses to get to the centre of Fettiye. Also, although wifi is available in public areas, it is not available in all rooms.

Basic hotel. We needed a hotel for two nights as our flight was changed. I would only stay for a very short stay not for a long period of time. Pros- good location. They have tried to keep it clean but needs serious updating, it’s quiet even though it’s on a busy road. Has a decent size pool. Cons- rooms need updating, bottom of shower tray was mouldy, air con wasn’t rotating therefore had to tape it up. Poor lighting in the room. Breakfast is between 8-10am. Breakfast is so limited and you need to be there for 8.30am if you want to be fed. There are no lifts so you need to take your luggage up the stairs yourself no one asks if you need any help.

Highly recommend the Akkent garden hotel, All staff are very kind and happy to help . Thank you very much to all staff . you are all amazing , If you want to have nice holiday with good location this is the place .

An impromptu stay for us following my mother’s admittance to the local hospital but how amazingly fortunate we were in choosing the Akkent Garden Hotel! The hotel is welcoming, clean, quiet and super value for money. We particularly enjoyed recuperating around the pool, surrounded by the beautiful trees and plants in the garden. And the staff were just fabulous - amazingly supportive and caring for my mother. We left with very happy memories and if we come back to Fethiye would definitely return to the AGH! On a more practical note, there is a good supermarket and plenty of small local restaurants within a 100 metres of the hotel, and it is 5 mins walk to the lovely garden/recreation park on the bay (Sehit Fethi Bey Park) from which you can walk along the waterfront all the way into Fethiye.

We loved this hotel the only thing was that there is no elevator and we had a lotta luggages so I was a problem but other than that, We loved it. The woman that checked us in was great. The breakfast was delicious and with a great view to the garden. I would stay here again.

Very Garden setting. Absolutely loved it. Free breakfast and they do help you out if you are in need of any special food. They have friendly dogs and cats. Very helpful people and so were the guests. I had multiple conversations with Kurdish and Turkish people even they barely spoke English. The garden and swimming pool are very well kept with Mulberry trees full of fruits, grape vines, roses and plenty of other trees and bushes. We purchased a watermelon and we requested to cut it for us and they served us. The watermelon was so good we finished almost half of it and gave the remaining to the staff.

OK, this is not a 5 star hotel but what it is is very good value for money. Family run business with decent size rooms, clean and comfortable enough with refurbed bathrooms. Excellent Turkish breakfast. Would stay again.

The swimming pool, gardens and the outside areas are well maintained. The members of staff were friendly and helpful at all times.My room was very clean and comfortable. It faced the main road and the night time traffic was noisy.

This hotel is full of wonderful surprises,starting with the warm hospitable staff on the front desk and then you get to your room which has magnificent views of the ocean. The standard of decor is similar to any decnt 4 star hotel in portugal/spain and it has super high speed broadband.I have made this hotel my base while in Turkey and only discovered it by accident but it is a gem of a place to spend time in!!

just an old and worn hotel, the doors are very old and they make noise, they can be heard from other rooms.wi-fi good,staff not helpful ,and they need to smile the breakfast is normal, but the staff hygiene and cleaning are not good. the garden is very nice, you can only stay, far from the city center

The rooms are nice and large and very clean with so many wardrobes, all personal or kind and helpful the breakfast is the best and the garden is really beautiful The location is close to Bar and restaurant and supermarkets, highly recommend it to other Travellers, will definitely come back next summer.

The swimming pool was closed, yet still advertised as being available. There was no WiFi at the property, so had to connect to an adjacent restaurant which was not satisfactory. They advertised free parking, but we had to park in the street.

Great hotel, loverly pool, great food and helpful staff. Lighting to bathroom could be better and a few repairs needed in a couple of places but other than that can highly recommend this hotel

The hotel, where hygiene and covid 19 rules are not strictly applied, Breakfast is extremely simple,not good. Not all of the staff use masks,cleaning room is normal Having fun listening to loud music and talking in the restaurant and then the bar for 2 nights (to be heard from the rooms), it was the owner and relatives of the hotel when we found out, Disgrace

J'ai visité pour la première fois Fethye et j'ai passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé bien à tout point de vue. Grande chambre, propre, piscine superbe, petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, merci à la dame qui préparait chaque matin un ou deux biscuit différents. l'hotel serait encore mieux si on est véhiculé. Le bus est à 5 mn pour aller au centre ville, mais pour les plages, il n'y a pas de transports en commun. Je garde un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

The breakfast e Was wonderful lots of choice, loved the fresh cake made by the cook!I enjoyed the swim in the pool. needs a bit of repair in the bathroom but good service efficient. Shame we got a room in the 2nd floor tiring for me up and down the stairs but the view was lovely especially the sunsets.

We come all this way in this heat and we are given a room on the 2nd floor, come on, there is no elevator, old air conditioner, the receptionist old man did not help at all to carry the suitcases,....

The hotel staffs were good specially the old man in reception. Our room didn’t look like any room’s pictures on the internet . It was so disappointing. It wasn’t so clean even there was to much dust on the kettle. It has got a nice garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was normal. The location was far from city center. Price wasn’t convenient for this basic hotel.

The location is normal, cafes and restaurants are nearby, but the city center is 10 minutes away by car, 40 minutes on foot, the beach is the same, the rooms are clean, but the upper floors are warm, wooden ceiling, breakfast is mediocre, poor, staff check in is not good,

This is such a beautiful, and unique hotel. The garden in the back is just gorgeous and relaxing. They have some cats and a dog living there! Great pets. Great room service. Receptionist is so kind and helpful, he helped me book my taxi to Antalya Airport. Safety is my main priority as a solo female. I was so safe. Pool is clean and amazing. Breakfast is delicious. Room was cleaned beautifully. Covid measures are in place. I was able to park my ATV bike in the very front of the hotel. I love muğla, Fethiye. Thanks again!!!

Nice rooms, I highly recommended! The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I felt very safe because all of the proper COVID procedures were adhered to. All of the rooms have balconies which was an added bonus. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Good value overall. The room was very nice and spacious and modern. The entire hotel is very clean. The location is best for anyone looking for a quieter stay, since the hotel is located in a more residential area, over an hour walk from Fethiye center. It is near a nice beach, one that is not too crowded and hosts some nice simple restaurants. There are also plenty of excursions available to book through the hotel, which include hotel drop off and pick up, which were very handy.
