Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Otelin genel olarak ciddi bir tadilata ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Fethiye gibi bir tatil yerinde otelin bu kadar eski ve bakımsız olması açıkçası hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Özellikle yatak ve çarşaflar hiç temiz görünmüyordu. Çarşaflar beyaz yerine gri gibiydi ve birkaç kez yatağın üzerinde nereden geldiğini anlamadığımız böcekler gördük. Bu durum gerçekten rahatsız ediciydi. 3 kişi kaldığımız oda da çok küçüktü. Üç kişi için oldukça dar ve sıkışıktı. Balkondan da sürekli kötü bir koku geliyordu. Wi-Fi ise gerçekten berbattı. Odada neredeyse hiç çekmiyordu, interneti kullanmak ciddi anlamda sorun oldu. Sadece 3 gece kaldığımız için bu konuları resepsiyona söylemedik. Daha uzun süre kalacak olsaydık mutlaka belirtirdik. Bizi memnun eden tek şey resepsiyondaki hanımefendiydi. Kendisi çok tatlı, güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. İlgisi için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Genel olarak otelin temizlik, bakım, internet ve özellikle odaların durumu konusunda yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

La ducha tenia moho entre los azulejos. La parte de debajo de la mampara tambien estaba llena de moho. Tal parece que nunca se limpia dentro de la ducha.

We stayed at Kılım Apart Hotel with our family and children. Overall, the hotel was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were polite. However, one important issue significantly affected our stay. Breakfast is served on an outdoor terrace where smoking is allowed. On July 22, guests at the neighboring table were smoking while families with children were having breakfast. My children had to breathe cigarette smoke during the meal. I fully understand that Turkish law allows smoking in many outdoor areas. My concern is not with the law, but with the hotel's approach. I politely asked the management to organize separate seating for smokers and non-smokers, or at least provide a smoke-free area for families with children. Unfortunately, no solution was offered. I believe a family-friendly hotel should make an effort to ensure that guests with children can enjoy breakfast without being exposed to cigarette smoke. Even a simple separation of smoking and non-smoking tables would make a significant difference. Families with young children and non-smokers should keep this in mind when choosing this hotel.

Al llegar el primer día por la noche, el cuarto no estaba limpio y lo limpio como pudo el joven del front desk. No había higiene en general… ni dentro ni fuera de la habitación. El colchón y las sábanas eran lamentables. El estacionamiento es en la calle, no dentro del hotel. Lamentablemente fue una mala experiencia en general.

باب دورة المياه لايقفل وخبرنا الاستقبال ولم يتجاوبو معانا لمده يومين الاقامه يوجد 2بلكونه على الخارج دور ارضي ولاتقفل ولم يصلحوها كان الوضع خطر انتشر النمل في المكان وفوق السرر بشكل كبير فطلبنا تغيير الغرفه لدور علوي غيروها لنا لايوجد غلايه والغاز لايعمل الفطور فقير جدا بالتنوع

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026I read the reviews and I came to the conclusion that people are expecting a Hilton. This is a local Turkish run hotel with good standards and very helpful staff. There are two large pools ideal for kids with plenty of seating around the pool and also a few family boxes (not sure what to call them) with complete shade. The location is nice and quiet away from the music of the city centre, but it is not in the middle of nowhere. 8 minutes walk away there are some great local places to eat typical Turkish food (meatballs), plus a collection of seaside restaurants for fish and other diets. In the evening the walk along the seafront is amazing to watch the sunset as the day comes to conclusion. In fact, in the evening there is a really cool popup seated area on an unused area of shingle beach where you can enjoy a wine or beer to watch the sunset for much less than a single pint of lager in London. Breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast with additional cereal and milk for those not used to Turkish breakfast. No problem at all and items were fresh and tasty. Coffee was provided from the machine and Turkish tea was also available. Breakfast seating area was outside on the terrace area by the pool, which was nice in the morning, or there is the option to sit inside. They let you leave your luggage on checkout. They can also take prepayment for taxis (taxis do not take card payments).
Maybe only thing missing was yoghurt at breakfast.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Видно, что в отеле была классная задумка. Видимо у него были лучшие времена, когда он действительно оказывал хороший сервис. Даже есть наклейка с высоким рейтингом от booking.com если я не ошибаюсь от 2018 г. Скорее всего с тех времён и закончился у них хороший сервис.
Очень старая постельное белье, все в катышках. Пол реально грязный. Сантехника очень уставшая. Завтрак очень странный и очень скромный. Хотя все было довольно свежее.

Руководству отеля следует уделить больше внимания к качеству уборки номеров и замены постельного белья. Еще желательно, чтобы администратор владела базовым уровнем английского языка или пользовалась переводчиком.Несколько лет назад в этом отеле было лучше.

Очень милая территория с апельсиновыми и лимонными деревьями. Завтрак стандартный турецкий.В номере есть чайник, микроволновая печь,плита. Помимо кроватей был ещё диван и обеденный стол.
При заезде было очень холодно в номере, но кондиционеры за час всё нагрели,было комфортно

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Отель находится недалеко от набережной и если вы на машине, дорога займет буквально минут 5, если пешком, то минут 20. Так как мы были не в сезон, нам предоставили практически двухкомнатную квартиру с кухней и балконами. Хотя бронировали мы стандартный номер. Рядом с отелем большая парковка, где мы спокойно парковались. Персонал вежливый и ненавязчивый.
Завтраки однообразные: овощи, зелень, сыры, местная невкусная колбаса, вареные яйца, хлопья, кофе, чай. Никаких горячих блюд не было. Жили 2 суток, завтраки не менялись. Отель сам очень очень уставший, постельное белье в катышках, полотенца уже посерели от старости, мебель вся древняя, сантехника такая же. Были в январе, и чтобы обогреть эти площади кондиционером, приходилось закрывать все двери и топить только спальню, но все равно было прохладно.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The swimming pool was nice and there was a washing machine we could use which was really helpful in a long trip as we were doing. Breakfast is good and the hotel did the work to have a base point to explore the area.
The facilities are a bit old and maintenance in general could be improve but for the quality price paid was okay.

Nous avons trouvé une place de stationnement pas trop loin et nous allions à pieds au centre car difficile de se garer. Place de parking juste en face l'hôtel , ça c'est top, Chambre plutôt spacieuse et au calme Bon rapport qualité prix

unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. It lacked nutritional variety and should be adapted to cater to the diverse nationalities of guests visiting Fethiye. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly, which made me feel unwelcome during my stay.

O Hotel precisa de intervenção. No quarto onde ficamos a porta para a varanda era difícil de abrir, quase que caía! A piscina tem cloro a mais. Pequeno almoço muito simples! Longe da Old Town, 50 minutos a pé!

Don't make reservations for boat trip attractions from the hotel. The company "Focus" that cooperate with the Hotel are very bad organizers, they are late, unfriendly with tourists and very expensive. Very bad experience with boat trip attractions that I reserved in the Hotel.

The staff were not too helpful or friendly. One of the doors to the terrace did not close properly or lock. Our room was old and dated and could have been cleaner, it was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay (which we had to request) and our room as well as the property were not like the pictures online.

La localización, aunque apartado del centro, es buena para moverse en coche por la zona y el paseo marítimo con bares y restaurantes está a cinco min. A pie.
El apartamento tiene muebles muy antiguos, el suelo estaba pegajoso y algunas cosas dañadas. Necesita renovación.

No other food or drinks available to buy during the day. As we were in a hotel room not apartment this meant we didnt use the pool area much during our stay. Restaurants where 10/20 min walk away. Pool areas were tatty and not kept clean during the day. No lifts, which was tricky when managing luggage .

Stopcontacten er waren maar 3 en dat was weinig vooral als je met twee wilt tegelijk wilt laden… heb de stopcontact van de koelkast getrokken om Zo 3 te kunnen gebruiken…

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Cet établissement devrait être retirer des listes, il n’offre aucun service ni confort digne de cette géographie. Le seul service fiable c’est le wifi . L’état des chambres ressemble aux écuries de l’Est du pays. Pas de téléphone pour contacter l’accueil, pour chaque problèmes faut se déplacer . Pas de cendrier , pas de bacs à poubelles, les mégots et déchets sont à même le sol aux alentours. Douchette au plafond condamné !!! Circuits électriques représentent un danger de mort évident pour les occupants. Quand on demande le pourquoi, ils nous disent on ne sait pas ça fait longtemps que l’ont est pas rentré dans cette chambre !!!!! Le balcon supérieur est au bord de l’effondrement maintenu par un pilier support bancale.

Old and bad rooms, night shift staff was unfriendly and did not wven bother to welcome us, he just acted like we interrupted his conversation witb his friend, the facilities are so old and need a renovation and definitely not worth the price they are charging

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025O hotel tem enorme potencial, no entanto já merece umas melhorias. A insonorização do quarto não era a melhor, tivemos o azar de apanhar uns hóspedes barulhentos no andar de cima. Avisamos a recepção que rapidamente resolveu o problema.

El desayuno siempre es el mismo en Turquía y faltaba sandía. Las camas extras que pusieron eran sofá es y eran incómodas.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Ruim schoon en praktisch. Goed ontbijt. 2 ruime zwembaden. Kamers mooi. 2 tvs. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Geen lift, vervelend met koffers naar de derde verdieping. De olijven waren verschrompeld. Dakraampje waar smorgens licht je slaap verpest.

La limpieza del hotel y en concreto de la habitación nuestra FATAL. Basura en todos lados, hasta paquetes de tabacos debajo de los muebles. La ducha con un olor insoportable... Tuvimos que pedir fregona para que el niño pudiera andar dentro... Una experiencia mala. Es una pena porque el hotel es bonito pero tienen que dedicar dinero a la limpieza profunda.

La propreté et la vétusté !!! Les chambres sont sales et vétustes. L'extérieur autour de la piscine est plein de déchets. La piscine côté avenue avec beaucoup beaucoup de chlore, les enfants ont été malades.

It was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Shower didn't work well. Floors were dirty, sofa was dirty.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2025Otel binasının eski olmasından dolayı odada sadece 1 priz var. Odada havlu asacağı kırılmış yenilenmemiş. Marketten yapışkanlı askı alıp biz taktık. Temizlik yönünden biraz zayıf. Elektrikli araç şarj imkanı olması büyğk bir avantaj.

Leider hat unser Zimmer nach Rauch gestunken. Da wir "nur" 2 Nächte geblieben sind und uns bereits bei Ankunft gesagt wurde, dass es ausgebucht ist, haben wir nichts gesagt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gewischt, unsere Füße waren schwarz 😪.

1 hafta orda kaldık o 1 haftada gelib çarşafları falan değişmediler. hiç temizlik için gelmediler. bi tek o tarafını beğenmedim.
