Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Solo la posizione. Al contrario di altri ospiti che sono stati disturbati da schiamazzi esterni e dalla presenza di persone strane nei paraggi dello stabile, noi abbiamo goduto di silenzio e pace, e non ci siamo mai sentite in pericolo.
Tutto il resto è penoso. La nostra prenotazione era per 5 adulti, troviamo solo 2 letti matrimoniali. Contatto l'host e mi dice che mi ha lasciato piumino e cuscino per dormire in divano. Noi sconvolte, pretendo che venga lui a trasformarlo, (allego foto, non sembrava semplice) ormai era tardi ed abbiamo concordato per il giorno seguente. Quindi la prima notte mia figlia 15enne, la più piccola del gruppo, ha dormito nel divano. Inqualificabile. Le lenzuola in entrambi i letti non davano l'idea fossero state cambiate: sgualcite, con capelli altrui, non profumate (la sensazione delle lenzuola pulite quando entri nel letto la conosciamo tutti) Nel letto della mia amica erano addirittura macchiate (allego foto) Gli asciugamani a disposizione per 5 persone PAGANTI! Sottolineo non c'erano bambini o qualcun altro con tariffa agevolata, erano 7 totali. 3 teli bagno e 4 viso. Anche in questo caso ha rimediato il giorno dopo. Un odore nauseabondo di acqua marcia sulle scale, che per fortuna non si estende all'interno dell'appartamento, ma in ogni caso fa schifo, e le scale non sono praticabili da chiunque, sono strette e a chiocciola. Questa cosa non è specificata e per chi come me è sovrappeso è un problema. Idem per il bagno, nelle foto non c'è il particolare che il water è in una stanza minuscola, per lavarsi poi le mani bisogna andare nell'altro bagno dove si trovano anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Al nostro arrivo asciugatrice era in funzione, non sappiamo da quanto, ma dopo 5h abbiamo spenta per il rumore senza capire perché ci fossero all' interno cose altrui bagnate. In conclusione, se si decide di mettere a disposizione un immobile per ospitare turisti, bisogna renderlo accogliente, pulito (le finestre indecenti) facendo trovare come minimo gli asciugamani indispensabili, e tutti i posti letto preparati. Non sono venuta in vacanza per farmelo da me'.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Kein Frühstuck, wir waren in einer Ferienwohnung.
Die Sauberkeit war indiskutabel, das gilt für die Wohnung und für das Viertel. Die Ferienwohnung lag in einem Problemviertel. Überall lagen Müllsäcke und Müll herum. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit haben wir uns nicht mehr aus der Wohnung getraut. Die Fotos der Wohnung waren wohl im Fotoshop bearbeitet worden. Wir haben nichts gegen alte Möbel, aber die müssen sauber sein. Die Dusche sah ganz anders aus, es gab nur eine Stange an der eine Regen- und eine Handdusche befestigt waren. Fliesen und Kacheln waren dreckig. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren ebenfalls unsauber. Das Flusensieb war so voll das man es schon als dicken Flies bezeichnen konnte. Übrigens war der Trockner voller fremder Wäsche. In der Küche war nicht geputzt, auch in den Schubladen war Schmutz. In der Kapselmaschiene waren alte Kapseln, abgestandenes Wasser und Schimmel. Wir haben diese einer gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen damit wir Kaffee trinken konnten. Ich muss aufhören damit ich nicht wieder Ausschlag bekomme, es gibt noch viele weitere Mängel. Jedenfalls sind wir dann schon am Sonntag und nicht erst am Mittwoch abgereist. Mieter dieser Ferienwohnung sollten nichts bezahlen müssen sondern Schmerzensgeld erhalten.

El piso estaba sucio. La lavadora no funcionaba y se ve que desde hace tiempo, tuvimos que perder en tiempo en una lavanderia.( nos abono el coste de esta). La sarten como ponen en comentarios del 2025 no tiene adherencia y se queda absolutamente todo pegado. El sofa cama es inutilizable, el colchón cielo que tiene se clava todo el somier y los muelles( tuve que dormir los 5 dias en elnsofa del salón), solo hay dos ventiladores y con super poca potencia, si os toca en plena ola de calor como nosotros, simplemente no se puede estar en el piso. Solo teníamos 5 toallas para 5 personas para 5 dias! No había ni una fregona ni nada para poder recoger un poco el suelo. El balcón era inutilizable entre otras cosas porque había copas rotas y super sucio. La secadora estaba llena de ropa de inquilino anterior. Apenas hay cubiertos si van muchas personas. El barrio tampoco es de lo mejorcito, por no hablar del negocio que hay abajo, que se ponen grupos sentados a hablar y beber hasta las tantas ( dan ruido si duermes con las ventanas abiertas)

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Ne-am descurcat cu ce aveam disponibil la bucătărie. Am reușit să spalam si să uscăm rufe. Paturile sunt confortabile. Baile sunt cam chinuite dar te descurci.
Cladirea este în renovare și în curte și pe hol se vede și miroase. În ultimele 2 zile a trebuit să ne descurcăm cu parcarea pentru că un container a ocupat curtea. Cu gazda se discuta doar în franceză.

Además, está bien comunicado con el centro de Bruselas (un cuarto de hora a la Grand Place en metro) y las estaciones de tren. Al lado hay una boulangerie estupenda, un súper enfrente y un centro comercial muy cerca. Ojo: se encuentra en Anderlecht.
El patio al que da la cocina está lleno de escombros, aunque es verdad que no influye en la estancia. Los colchones son delgados, pero tampoco se descansaba mal. La parada de metro por la noche tiene indigentes, lo comento porque a alguna gente puede darle miedo.

El piso tenía algunas reparaciones menores que arreglar. Pero todo funcionaba perfecto. Limpio. Todas las estancias muy espaciosas. Perfecto para una familia de 4 miembros.

The balcony was a disappointment, as it is only big enough for one person to stand on. And the view of the back yard is not very pleasant. I'd suggest that the owners might provide a corkscrew...

All'arrivo non sapevo come entrare, ho provato a scrivere e telefonare al proprietario ma non mi ha risposto. Fortunatamente una vicina di casa mi ha aperto un bussolotto contenente le chiavi e mi ha fatto vedere dove si entrava. FUORI MANCA UNA INDICAZIONE DELL'ALLOGGIO. Scala per entrare molto, molto ripida! L'alloggio avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Non ritornerei.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025Nah zur Metro, Vermieter hat uns eine Stunde früher einchecken lassen und Videos zum Ablauf bzgl Schlüssel geschickt. Das war gut organisiert.
Eigentlich alles. Vor dem Haus viel Müll und Menschen die über Stunden am Eingang sitzen, rauchen und Alkohol trinken. Parkplatz auf der Auffahrt hinter einem nicht mehr fahrbereiten Schrottauto, wo dann eben diese Leute herumlungern. Meine Frau hatte Angst abends zum Auto zu gehen, da sie etwas im Kofferraum vergessen hatte. Schlafen war kaum möglich da die Familie die oben wohnt wie eine Herde Elefanten agiert. Viel Schreierei, Türen fliegen. Ein Kind was herumspringt dass die Lampen wackeln. Man kam sich vor wie in der Ghetto-Psychiatrie. Die Einrichtung ist total verwohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten durchgelegen und alt. Eigentlich Sperrmüll. Flecken überall. Im Bad sind einige Fliesen heruntergefallen und wurden nie ersetzt. Im WC das Waschbecken ohne Funktion. Auf dem Balkon Bierflaschen und Dreck. Die Aussicht sind Hinterhöfe mit Müll. Die Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer sind voll mit irgendwelchen Aufkleberresten. Es war absolut Schrecklich. Keine Ahnung wie die anderen Bewertungen zu Stande kommen. Diese Wohnung ist keinerlei Option für einen Besuch von Brüssel.

Megérkezésünkkor a mosógépben ágynemű mosódott, ami ottartózkodásunk alatt benne is maradt. Az erkélyen üres sörös üvegek maradtak és a fürdőszobában is különböző szatyrok és táskák hevertek a csap alatt. Olyan volt, mintha a személyzet nem végzett volna az apartmannal időben.

Slidt sofa. Lille badeværelse. Meget rodet udsigt i baggården. Rodet og beskidt meget lille og ubrugelig altan. Ingen muligheders for at tørre håndklæder da håndklædetørren ikke varmede. Ingen mulighed for at hænge noget op på tørrestativ.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025We received a message one hour before arrival that they had a problem with a blocked toilet and had to dismantle it. It will be fixed next day, and meanwhile another one available downstairs (actually in the cellar). Agreed on a some discount with the landlord and went into the city. When we came back at 10 pm, we noticed that water flown on the main hall's floor, checked for the source and was totally terrified... Savage water with some solid material came out from the main pipe. Left the apartment immediately and notified the landlord. Got my money back? You can guess... From that point he communicates only in French and not paying a penny back. (We received some compensation from booking.com due to the bad experience)

Staircase stinks The apartment wasn't cleaned. The dining table, coffee table and kitchen tops were dirty with dust. The sofa was filthy and the floors were. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. My eldest son had to sleep on the living room sofa because the sofabed was very uncomfortable to sleep.
