Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch, umgeben von einem schönen Garten, in nächster Nähe zum See. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich. Das Frühstück ist überwältigend. Eines der besten, die wir in Sri Lanka bekommen haben.

Zu einem Restaurant benötigt man ein Tuk Tuk, da es in der Nähe keine guten Möglichkeiten gibt.

The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Transport options like PickMe were easily available in the area, which made getting around convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Location and the host. Check-in was not pleasant as the room that we booked was not ready, but the family who runs the villa turned it around.Very helpful.helped to find a taxi with reasonable price.

Few insects are around the room and wash room.May be it is normal as it comes from the garden. The location provided in the booking .com site was wrong.but the Google map correctly marked it. The owner needs to check and correct it.

Close to Ruwanweli seya...stayed 1 night on pilgrimage..Friendly accommodating owners.. quickly prepared room with short notice..provided blankets also when asked.... Clean bedsheets, towels..

I had a great stay here! The location is excellent just 2km from Atamasthan, making it very convenient for visiting the sacred sites. The room was clean, well-sized, and comfortable. It's definitely good value for money, the price matches the quality you get. Recommended for anyone visiting Anuradhapura!

Room is clean & tidy. Bathroom not that big but clean. Family room had 1 double Bed & 2 single beds Owner is very nice and kind Lady. Also very friendly and helpful. Location is very good and just beside the "Nuwara wewa" bund. So can have a walk around the lake in the morning or evening and very nice. Place is very safe even for a solo traveler

Our hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The lady of the house went above and beyond getting us safely to the train station at 04:00 am. Although our Sinhala is next to non-existent, she ensured we had excellent communication. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the surrounding garden is lovely and lush with a very funny dog called Alex on guard patrol and entertainment duties. The villa is located walking distance to a busy road with local restaurants and shops. Overall, the villa is excellent value in a lovely setting and we really appreciated our hosts efforts in making sure we had an easy time in Anuradhapura. We would love to come back one day, bohoma sthuthi for your kindness!

Room is not clean.They did not serve any meals even bed tea is not available.Quiet difficult to find the place.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good AC. The host was lovely, she welcomed us with fresh juice and made sure we were comfortable. I found the mattress very much to my liking (I like hard mattresses) and the little balcony was a nice bonus.

The location is a bit remote, which is clear on the map, but after my first walk to the villa I decided to use tuktuks instead.

😌The biggest problem is that at the time of check out we were told that we have to pay more than the booked amount. 😌Also, there was no wash set in the bathroom and instead there were frogs and cockroaches.

Our host Niluka was very kind and welcoming to our family and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend this guest house. We had our own tuk-tuk so it was easy to get to. No WiFi but we had our own sim cards so wasn't an issue. The breakfast will keep you going for hours. Thank you Niluka 🥰

Property lies next to Nuwara wewa, one of the largest tanks in Anuradhapura and surrounded by a calm and quite neighbourhood. Including Anuradhapura city center, all the ancient sites were also situated close by. No restrictions and a wonderful host.

Locations are very good and beautiful place, the owner are very friendly, rooms are very clean, breakfast and dinner very interasting we will come again this place I recommend this place everyone all the best and thank you so much your familly

The woman in charge were very serviceminded - she served a very nice breakfast for us and a welcome juice/water. The room had a balcony with a very nice view, and we had a very nice sleep

Antharaa Villa is a wonderful place and we really ejoyed our stay. Its in the local leaving area but in 1 minute you reach the lake and in 10 minutes by tuk tuk almost everything. We had one of the best breakfast in Sri Lanka there. Its really homemayd food from the housowner. With the welcome coffe it felt really like a 5 star service. Thank you so much for everything
