Nuna Bungalows

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesen traumhaften Bungalows. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Reisfelder und den liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das tolle und sehr reichhaltige Frühstück: frisches Obst, Saft, Kaffee und jeden Morgen drei verschiedene Menüs zur Auswahl – alles frisch und sehr lecker! Der Ort ist noch wenig touristisch und dadurch wunderbar authentisch. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, sehr lecker und wirklich preiswert zu essen. Genau das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Über den Inhaber des Hotels haben wir auch einen privaten Bootsausflug zum 17 Islands National Park organisiert. Was für ein tolles Erlebnis! Unser Guide Todos war super nett und hat den Tag zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir hatten wunderschöne Schnorchel-Spots, frischen Fisch, Salat und frisches Obst an Bord. Der Ausflug mit dem Privatboot für zwei Personen kostete 1.800.000 IDR und war jeden Rupiah wert. Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern und einer tollen Atmosphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Magnificent new bungalows set in a well kept garden with bird attracting plants. Lovely owners and staff.

No internet in the area and no hot water in showers were minor issues.

I bungalows sono davvero belli: spaziosi, curati e con vista su un bel giardino e sulle risaie. Armando, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e organizza magici tour sulle isole.

We spent two nights at this beautiful place: The bungalows are located right next to the family’s rice fields, so they offer a stunning view. They’re very stylish and cozy, and the bed is large and very comfortable. It’s also one of the cleanest and best-maintained accommodations we’ve stayed in on Flores. The location of the bungalows is very convenient—they’re centrally located and close to the ocean, yet also very quiet, so you can hear the crickets chirping and the frogs croaking. The host family is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful with any questions or problems. They also offer boat tours to the 17 islands. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here to everyone. We’ll come back one day. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us!

Les bungalows proposés par Armando et Maxime sont très agréables. Le cadre est magnifique et apaisant. Tout est conforme aux photos. Mais surtout, au delà de ces remarques sur l hébergement , c est l extraordinaire empathie et la grande bienveillance de ce couple formidable que nous souhaitons souligner. Nous avons malheureusement vécu ensemble le séisme, terrible moment pour tous. Mais nous avons aussi surmonté ensemble les heures qui ont suivi, campé, échangé, dormi à la belle étoile, joué avec les enfants de la famille et des amis. Armando et Maxime ont été de bon conseil. Un inoubliable moment de solidarité. Merci.

Rien, nous aurions juste aimé profiter de ce lieu et de cette famille en sérénité. Que les jours à venir soient plus paisibles pour eux.

In a 'one-in-a-life experience' (Flores earthquake) Armando not only provided to our family the right and safe environment to go through the events with the highest level of care, support, humanity and comfort but he made sure all his guests felt fine and got the most appropriate transportation solutions after the events (his brother is a very skilled driver). Armando is taking your stay to the next level due to its kindness, eagerness to learn. He likes sharing the life and values of its village. Good English and some French! He is great in organizing for you the snorkeling trips you need to enjoy the close-by islands. The chalets are simple, neat and clean, with a big shower, all loyal to pictures and all similar, when breakfast is served at the resort's house (very close by). The surroundings (in particular the West coast before arriving to Riung with bays and nature) are beautiful and great opportunities for trecking and village visits. Having the opportunity to live side by side with them is a wonderful experience.

Beautiful garden and comfortable room. The pancakes for breakfast were delicious. Our hosts were very helpful and arranged a 17 islands boat tour for us.

Sehr tolle Anlage, direkt vor den eigenen Reisfeldern der Familie. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben und dort als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dusche nur kalt, war aber ok bei den Temperaturen...

Het is een prachtige plek en super goed onderhouden door de eigenaren. Ik voelde me er erg welkom.

Hier konden de eigenaren niks aan doen(!) maar er was een feest gaande verderop en dat geluid stond zó hard dat de ramen er zelfs van dreunden.

Wahrscheinlich einer der besten Plätze in Riung. Die Lage am privaten Reisfeld ist super schön bringt natürlich in der Dämmerung viele Insekten mit sich. Tropen halt:) sehr nettes Team. Gutes Frühstück. Preislich ok. Sehr sauber, gute Lage mit ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe die auch abends gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Area was done very nice and bungalows are quite cozy, clean and the area outside is gorgeous, and staff and owners are super friendly and informative. We had a short stay of 2 days but it was good!

Including hot water as there is currently only cold water. Curtains on the window looking outside are thin and the accommodation is definitely not for light sleepers or those who want to sleep in.

It was not cleaned during our stay. Also when we forgot to close the door at night we got robbed. The room lacks of any kind of a chair

Een heerlijke bungalow aan rijstvelden bij geweldige mensen! In de ochtend vogels kijken vanaf je patio en een lekker ontbijtje. Ontspannen tourtje geboekt bij Armando naar het national park waar een heerlijke lunch klaar werd gemaakt. Op en top genoten!

Tot onze verassing was hier een Rotterdamse terecht gekomen met haar man uit Flores. Heel erg hartelijk allemaal en een fijne accommodatie. Heerlijke bedden en een geweldig tuin en uitzicht

Toen we aankwamen was net de stroom in het hele dorp uitgevallen. Hierdoor werkte de airco niet en was douchen ook niet mogelijk. Dat was niet heel fijn na een rit van 6 uur over hobbelweggetjes

Zeer mooi gelegen in het groen Prachtige en nieuwe bungalows, een niveau van comfort en gezelligheid die voor Riung uniek is (andere hotelletjes zijn eerder “basic” Lekker ontbijt, goede service. Boat trip georganiseerd door Nina bungalows (Armando) echt top, inclusief heerlijke vis barbecue op een paradijselijk strand van één van de 17 eilandjas

Schöner neuer Bungalow mit Klimaanlage und einer kleinen Terasse mit Blick auf den hauseigenen Garten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Frühstück grandios. Hervorheben möchte ich die tollen Gastgeber, die uns in jeglicher Hinsicht unterstützen haben. Die über die Nuna Bungalows gebuchte Tour zu den 17 Islands war ebenfalls klasse und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Posto incantevole, curato nel dettaglio, immerso nella natura. Molto pulito e personale estremamente disponibile. Vorrei sottolineare quanto sia ancora più bello dal vivo che in foto. La colazione non è eccellente ma comunque buona e abbondante. Secondo noi il punto forte sono i servizi offerti: il tuor del Parco Marino con Armando e soprattutto il servizio di driver e guida da parte di Salim. Non mi dilungo sulle escursioni alle isole perché già in tanti ne hanno parlato bene (e le loro recensioni mi hanno spinto a prenotare qui), ma vorrei consigliare a tutti di utilizzare Salim come driver. È stato PERFETTO. Abbiamo girato per molte isole dell'Indonesia, e nessuno è stato come lui. Veramente insuperabile. Puntuale, guida prudente, estremamente disponibile, macchina bella e pulita, sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci ha in particolare aiutato con le piccole necessità (fermandosi quando ci serviva, in moltissimi posti, come supermarket (per comprare acqua e SIM) e farmacia. Inoltre avendo noi prenotato un volo che, spesso, è stato cancellato, dopo averci portato in aeroporto ha aspettato con noi fino a che non ha visto partire il nostro volo. Veramente un servizio eccellente. Concludiamo consigliando fortemente di prenotare al nuna bungalow se visite riung, e se non sapete come organizzare i vostri spostamenti e le vostre visite potete affidarvi tranquillamente a Salim, che secondo noi è il miglior driver in circolazione!!!

Mancanza di phon. L'acqua, come sapevamo grazie ad altre recensioni, è solo a temperatura ambiente (ma si riesce tranquillamente a fare la doccia).

Propreté des bungalows. Accueil chaleureux. Deux bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre. Proposition d'excursion. 700k/pers pour 4. Prix dégressifs si 6 pers. Plus cher si c'est que deux. Pas de restauration sur place mais il y a un délicieux restaurant 3 minutes à scooter rutong café n resto qui sera vous régaler et qui a dû wifi. Pour avoir fait le patoresto qui a aussi du wifi ça ne vaut pas le coup.

Si vous voyagez au jour le jour c'est compliqué car il n'y a pas de wifi. Seul un opérateur a son antenne relais sinon vous ne captez rien. Douche froide mais avec la température ambiante ok.

The room is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean as well. Our favourite is going out on a boat trip with Armando, the lunch was great and the snorkeling was fun! Didn't thought we would enjoy quiet Riung more than famous komodo national park

After Moni, Bajawa Region - this is so far the best room we had. We loved how clean it was, the breakfast was very savoury and the location was very close to every restaurant and to the harbour. We even ended up staying 2 nights.

Le personnel notamment Ito et sa femme qui tiennent l'hôtel, très gentils et de bon conseils. Les bungalows sont très jolis et confortables. Bon petit déjeuner, au top !

We had a lovely few relaxing days staying at Nuna Bungalows. Maxime and Armando were fabulous hosts. We went out to 17 Islands National Park with Armando which was a real highlight- we very much recommend taking this tour. Riung is a pretty and quiet, leafy green place to spend a few days, and Nuna bungalows is the place to stay!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Bungalow ist wunderschön eingerichtet und super sauber - generell ist die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt und sieht paradiesisch aus. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und der Service insgesamt einfach top - alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Six lovely, well kept cabins in a pretty rice field setting.. The cabins have an understated yet modern look. Upkkep and cleanliness are impressive. The welcome is friendly, the breakfast good and the aircon works great (a blessing in hot and humid Riung). Probably the best accommodation in town.

There's no hot water but that's not a big deal in steamy Riung.

Really enjoyed the coffee and pancakes for breakfast. Locates in nice and quiet surroundings with good view. Friendly and helpfull staff. Extremely clean and tidy. Mosquito net around the bed. Enough powersockets and Airconditioned room!

Only cold shower. No wifi.

Everything! The people are super friendly, the bungalows are embedded in a super green, privat area, no rubbish around, just very peaceful. We loved that they offer oatmeal for breakfast and not the standard white toast with eggs. Additionally the husband of Maxime does the snorkeling tours himself, which is a real plus. He speaks perfectly well English, knows the marine park quite well and can explain more about the region and the living there. They even have a small foundation, where they educate locals on plastic rubbish, help to free turtles, and support education of children. If you’re interested in supporting the area, you can even work as a volunteer in their foundation for some time. Really loved this place. Thank you for having us.

Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Armando de eigenaar deed een prachtige trip met ons naar de eilanden rondom. Alles perfect georganiseerd. Prachtige locatie,prachtig verblijf! Koude douche,maar dit was helemaal niet erg,het was daar erg warm!😊👌

Sehr schöne Bungalows in Mitten der Natur - toller Blick auf ein Reisfeld. Die Unterkunft wird von einem sehr herzlichen Pärchen geführt - wir kamen spät abends an, da ich mir an dem Tag bei einer Wanderung das Bein gebrochen hatte und sie haben uns jede mögliche Unterstützung angeboten um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, haben uns geholfen Transporte zu organisieren etc. Sehr sehr leckeres Frühstück.

The Bungalow was clean and the bed big and comfortable

We didn’t feel welcome at all — we were given a bungalow, but there was no sense of warmth or genuine hospitality during our stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in unserem Bungalow. Alles war sauber & genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Obwohl Riung nur ein sehr kleines Dorf ist, ist der Standard der Bungalows hoch. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen ein wirklich tolles Frühstück mit frischen Früchten und die Besitzer*innen waren nur ein Haus weiter & jederzeit für Anliegen zu erreichen. Sie haben es sogar möglich gemacht, dass unsere Wäsche gewaschen wurde. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen & waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

Leider gibt es kein Wlan (für uns nicht schlimm, wir hatten eine e-sim) und die Besitzerin hat auch gesagt, dass sie versuchen wollen in Zukunft welches zu bekommen. Für uns also kein wirklicher Minuspunkt, für andere aber vielleicht gut zu wissen.

Alles was perfect, de mooie bungalows, de ligging aan een rijstveld, het ontbijt, het personeel, ga zo maar door. De snorkeltrip met Armando was fenomenaal. Wat een geweldige ervaring. Wanneer je naar Riung komt, dan is dit de place to be !! Wij zijn nog een nacht extra gebleven, om ook de omgeving van Riung te verkennen. Dat was het zeker waard

Mooie recente bungalows. Lekker ontbijt. Goede service van Nederlandse eigenares. Excursies aangeboden naar 17 islands aan 1800000 (private boat) of 600000 pp (Shared boat). Aan de pier om 4pm krijg je goedkopere prijzen van de schippers voor identiek programma. Prachtige locatie met zicht op palmbomen.

Geen Wi-Fi. Luide oproepen om 4 smorgens vanuit 2 nabije moskeeën. Riung heeft maar één echt lekker restaurant (Pato Resto mét wifi)

Mooie nieuwe ruime bungalows met zicht op de mooie tuin. Goede bedden voorzien met muggengaas, dat is nodig met de vele muggen. Ruime douches met koud water. Warm water is hier dan ook niet nodig. In eigendom van een vriendelijke Nederlandse dame, ontbijt is ook prima met veel lekker fruit. Perfecte locatie alles dichtbij op wandelafstand.

Kleine verbeterpuntjes, maar zeker geen issue:iets meer licht aan de lavabo, het is er heel donker. Verduisterend gordijn in de kamer voor privacy.

Bungalows are good, very simple but clean and comfortable

You should know that except the boat tour for a few hours, there is literally nothing to do in Riung. 2 nights seem the very maximum you can spend in that place. Since there is nothing to do, in the hotel they could at least have been some places to chill : a hamac, or basically anything different than a chair.

Le lieu était très propre et chaleureux ! C’était un séjour très agréable L’excursion organisée pour découvrir les 17 îles étaient très chouette, le barbecue du midi était super bon ! Le petit déjeuner était bon

Très bon accueil et excellent petit dejeuner. Le seul problème vient de la mosquée à proximité avec des appels à la prière qui nous ont réveillés à 4h 30 du matin . Le restaurant Pato Resto seul problème vient trouve à proximité et sert de très bons repas.

L’accueil, le calme la propreté des lieux, pour une petite ville comme Riung c’est inattendu

Chambre confortable avec climatisation. Bonne organisation pour la sortie snorkeling.

Pas d'Internet. Manque un point de boissons fraîches. Préférable d'avoir son moyen de transport car sur place pas de choix et cher.

Fijne accommodatie in Riung, sfeervol, rustig gelegen, lekker ontbijt, lekker bed, goed werkende airco en een fijn terras.

De 3 moskeeën in de nabije omgeving waardoor het moeilijk is om daar niet van wakker te worden midden in de nacht maar daar heb je in heel riung mee te maken. Deuren die niet goed sluiten / in het slot vallen waardoor als je buiten zit je de deur op slot moet doen om te voorkomen dat hij open waait. Koude douche al is dat niet zo erg in deze warme omgeving en we miste gordijnen in de bungalow.

Tout était vraiment génial : le bungalow, l’environnement, le petit déjeuner, les propriétaires ainsi que l’excursion sur les îles !

Prudence ! Nous nous sentions en sécurité dans ce lieu et nous avons oublié de fermer la porte de notre chambre une nuit : au réveil nous n’avions plus notre argent dans notre porte monnaie ! Nous n’accusons pas les personnes de l’hôtel car cela peut être quelqu’un d’autre mais il faut rester vigilant partout malheureusement…

Czyste nowe bungalowy wyposażone we wszystko co.trzeba . Zachwycające wnętrze i duża łazienka. Bardzo miła obsługa .Blisko na rejs na 17 wysp, w pobliżu fajne restauracje.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé dans cet établissement. La chambre est confortable Le petit déjeuner est très bon Le personnel est très agréable, ils nous ont organisé une excursion sur les îles avec un guide (Marvin), un excellent repas. Le soir nous sommes aller chez Rico Rico un restaurant situé sur le port, où Armando et ses amis font de la musique. L’ambiance était très cool

Armando and his family were incredibly welcoming. The bungalow room was spacious, with a private bathroom, spotless, and carefully maintained in every detail. Breakfast was excellent, offering several local specialties. In addition, for those staying at the guesthouse, a variety of extra services are available for an additional fee, such as day tours to the 17 islands. An experience we highly recommend!

Bungalows molto bello, pulito, accogliente, con patio su un bel giardino. Aria condizionata. Fili per far asciugare costumi, teli mare, ecc. Refil dell'acqua, per evitare uso bottiglie di plastica. Colazione discreta in giardino.

La doccia ha solo acqua a temperatura ambiente. Dopo l'escursione di snorkeling, non era un problema, però la sera dell'arrivo era un po' fredda. Non c'è wi-fi, necessario avere sim telefonica.

Las habitaciones, el entorno, el desayuno y la amabilidad de los dueños. Super amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.

Algo a mejorar podría ser contar con wifi en las instalaciones.

Bon emplacement pour les excursions au départ du port de Riung, dans un endroit calme avec un beau jardin à côté d’une rizière. Les bungalows sont récents, assez spacieux et confortables avec la climatisation. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont très sympathiques et professionnels. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et peut être servi directement devant la chambre.

Struttura molto bella, la camera era ampia e luminosa con lenzuola pulite. La proprietaria era molto disponibile, abbiamo fatto la gita in barca con Armando ed è stata super!!!!
