La ubicación es estupenda, siempre recordaré ese gran ventanal en la cocina, frente al mar, disfrutando de un bonito amanecer irlandés mientras desayunas; el entorno es un remanso de paz, con Clogerhead muy cercano y encantador. Un buen alojamiento para disfrutar de la zona este de Irlanda en familia.

Beautiful location, bit noisy on Monday morning for traffic on main road to town. Only drawback is not really safe to walk to from town as no street lights or pavements.

Wonderful cottage! Easy check-in, loved the location, the cottage had everything we needed. Loved the view!

The place was really clean and spacious, well provisioned and in a lovely location. Beds were comfy and the facilities were spot on. Lovely views of the beech, headland and wonderful walks nearby along the coast. Our host was very responsive to our queries. I would 100% stay here again. Lovely spot to explore the local area. Great restaurants nearby in Drogheda.

Schöne Lage. Völlig unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und den Bädern war es für uns ideal.

Modernes und trotzdem charmantes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer und toller Ausstattung.

Ocean front. Bathrooms attached to bedrooms. WiFi was able to hold all 4 phones, 1 computer, and 1 tv simultaneously. Ocean front. Just outside Clogerhead village, where there is food and grocery stores.

If you are planning on doing guided tours, most leave from Dublin early in the morning. Also, wish the property had a dryer - minor inconvenience.

The house is fabulous and modern. The view is beautiful and it is a very short drive to the beach. We felt very good in this house and the beds were so comfy. It was also very clean. We had a perfect stay. Best house we had during our stay in Ireland, and in our top 2 in all our trips for the last 15 years

We liked having bathrooms in the rooms and the heater worked almost too well! Lovely view of the beach.

Everything! Amazing warm welcome by the host, with fresh fruit/bread and cookies. We had a member of our party feeling ill and needed and early check-in and they were so accommodating. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this to anybody.

Location. The view is beautiful. Spacious and nicely decorated home and great water pressure. Furniture is comfortable.

The cottage is amazing. Clean, beds are really comfortable. Books to read, board games. Andrea has thought of everything. It really felt like home! The location is perfect for beaches, lovely walks & the village has all you could need within walking distance. The photos do not do the cottage or area justice!

Kitchen could have had a bit more in terms of utensils/cookware/mugs, etc. Great if you want to eat out frequently, and there were definitely enough to do some basic cooking, but it would have been good to have things like a veg peeler, a grater and some good sharp knives. Small problems, but it would have been nice. Also, TV connection kept cutting out - perhaps when there was a lot of activity on the internet?? Sometimes it was fine.

Very cozy and clean house, ideal for a family or a group of friends. Sea and country view. Nice rooms, clean modern bathrooms.

Beautiful cottage, cosy and comfy with beautiful sea views. Well kept and clean. A perfect little home away from home. We loved our stay here and couldn't fault anything.

Excellent views and the house was spotless clean when we arrived. Great water pressure and the heating worked great especially on cold morning.

There wasn't a drier to dry our cloths but that may just be due to maintenance.

Loved the beautiful location on the beach and the features of the house. The layout of the house is perfect for groups traveling together. The kitchen and gathering area was very large for accommodating group activities such as games, eating, drinking, etc. the location was beautiful and very conveniently located between Dublin and Belfast.

The sinks in the attached bathrooms were quite small and uncomfortable.

The house was comfortable and finished to a high standard. The large windows in the new extension really allow you to take in the stunning views even if in our case it included Storm Agnes raging outside! We really liked the large island in the kitchen for gathering around at mealtimes. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The bedrooms are small but comfortable, the two ensuites are squeezed in well. The larger bathroom is well finished with useful option of a full bath. It's nice to have the option of a washing machine and ironing board for a longer stay. We really enjoyed our stay, there is so much to see in the surrounding area. The fish shop in Port Oriel is a must for fish lovers!

Overall there was nothing that reduced the enjoyment of our stay and we were reassured that Andrea and Andrew are both ready to help you with any queries or problems you might have. It's unfortunate the cottage is situated in an internet blackspot with poor broadband speed. As the TV is only set up to allow streaming this makes it virtually unusable. This didn't spoil our stay but it may be important for other visitors to know. It would be useful for the twin room with no ensuite to have a mirror. A note on how the bins are organised would be useful as we couldn't work out which was for recycling etc.

Lovely cottage. Very comfortable for 6 of us- plenty of space. Shame it was such a short visit!

The road the house is on is very busy and quite dangerous to walk on. The Wi-Fi could be better.

The house is beautiful. Very new and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the sea was lovely.

The house would benefit from outdoor seating and a microwave. The location was very quiet, with only one takeaway open for our stay. I had hoped for more.

The house it’s bright & airy, spacious with a fabulous view. it is well appointed and equipped.

The House felt like home, very well designed, exceptionally clean and lovely scenery. I would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely revisit the area.

Lovely house,everything in it was to a high standard. Check in and out couldn't have been easier. Really clean house, had everything we needed and more. The lovely sea views really topped it off for us.

From the moment we got out of the car and saw the view, then opened the door we where blown away by the cottage. A beautiful open plan kitchen & living room with an Island in the middle for breakfast, dinner & having a good natter over a cup of tea. Stunning stone wall from the old cottage exposed along the hall way blew us way. Everything in this cottage is done to and exceptional standard, kitchen, utility room, bathroom & two rooms with en-suites.

Location was good - not too far from amenities and restaurants in town as well as beach area

comfortable, clean and everything there that you could need. The views are amazing and the cottage is close to the town but not too close.

Myself and my 2 daughters had a lovely 2 night stay here over the bank holiday weekend. We were the first guests staying in this beautiful cottage and were very grateful for the welcome pack we received. The cottage was spotless clean, is very spacious with good heating, and best of all, a lovely sea view. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds with two having ensuite bathrooms. There's also plenty of room in front of the cottage for parking. The location is very near Clogherhead village, as well as the harbour and beach. It's also only a 15 minute drive from Drogheda and about a 45 minute drive from Dublin Airport. We would recommend a trip to the harbour to try out the fresh fish and chips available at the weekend. Looking forward to staying again here soon.
