Reviewed Sep 5, 2026We had already checked out, and overall the stay was fine, but there were a few things that made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. When we arrived, we were placed in an accessible room. It’s great that the hotel has rooms adapted for guests with disabilities, but this should be clearly communicated in advance, because the room was quite different from a standard one and some usual conveniences were missing. The communication also wasn’t great. Online, the replies felt quite rude. On the phone, the person was initially helpful, but later the same person suddenly said they had “forgotten English,” which was a very strange and frustrating way to handle the situation. In the end, we were moved to another room the next day, and after that everything was much better. The main issue is that if someone had simply explained the situation from the beginning and told us we would be moved the next day, it would have saved us a lot of stress and unnecessary back-and-forth. Also, at the time of writing this review, the security deposit has still not been refunded after check-out.

The "swimming pool" was more like a paddling pool, kinda expected tho and the beach was a 15 mins walk anyways. Not the most convenient as nearest shops for groceries are 5-10 mins away.

Der Check-in war extrem unfreundlich, die Klimaanlage hat Geräusche gemacht, das konnte nicht behoben werden. Flecken auf der Matraze, der Vorhang halb abgerissen. Da es zwischen 18 und 23h keinen Check-in gibt, sitzen teilweise in diesem Zeifenster Leute vor dem Hotel. Der Pool macht auch um 18h zu.

La piscina in terrazza è il compromesso giusto per giornate di mare mosso e caldo intenso. Per il resto il nostro alloggio e la struttura le abbiamo trovate curate e pulite. Personale super disponibile e attento.

À 4, ce n’était pas très pratique. Il nous a manqué de rangement pour mettre les affaires. Juste un placard où était rangé le matériel de nettoyage, pas d’étagère, ni de tiroir.

Soggiorno deludente, da evitare. Abbiamo prenotato per 5 persone ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato 4 letti singoli e 2 piccoli sofà presentati come divani letto. I sofà sono risultati molto scomodi e piccoli, non adatti per dormirci per una notte intera. All'arrivo la reception era chiusa, abbiamo chiamato il numero verde fornito dalla struttura ma non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza. Alle 23:00 abbiamo parlato con il custode notturno, che ci ha detto di non poter fare nulla e che i due sofà erano da considerarsi divani letto. I toni sono stati poco cordiali e poco disponibili. La mattina seguente un altro ragazzo in reception è stato invece molto gentile e disponibile, e ha cercato di aiutarci inviando il personale delle pulizie che ha aggiunto coperte e cuscini su uno dei sofà per renderlo più confortevole. Una soluzione temporanea, ma non adeguata a quanto prenotato. Segnaliamo inoltre alcune carenze igieniche e di manutenzione: doccia non pulita a dovere, tende danneggiate, porta scorrevole del bagno che non scorreva correttamente e presenza di una gomma da masticare sul materasso. Abbiamo saputo che la problematica dei posti letto è già stata segnalata in passato da altri ospiti. Nel complesso esperienza deludente e gestione da migliorare.

Parking de la résidence disponible mais payant 25 euros par jour. Piscine moyenne, peu de transat, et ferme très tôt. Prix élevé un peu élevé justifié par la localisation (ok) et la piscine qui ferme trop tôt à 18h et dont on ne profite du coup pas.

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, heureusement qu’il y a le lave vaisselle mais faire 3 laves vaisselle par jour… Manque d’isolation si le silence n’est pas respectait à l’heure indiquée. Heureusement que c’est arrivé qu’une fois dans le séjour.

I did not get the room I paid for, supposed to be a larger room. No dryer. Curtains were somewhat inop torn from top. Pull out couch was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Furniture was cheap-plastic chairs, couch etc. Shower needs full closure-very hard to keep dry as you can see water damage.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Das Check-in konnte schnell gemacht werden. Vorab durften wir die Koffer deponieren um zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt dann das Check-in zu machen. Wir waren eine grosse Gruppe und hatten 3 Zimmer und auch das hat gut funktioniert. Die Person an der Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt.
Wir wollten beim Check-out die Koffer dort lassen, jedoch hat die Person an der Rezeption ein bisschen einen nervigen Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir waren 11 Personen und 3 Personen haben gefehlt, also haben wir vorgeschlagen, unsere Koffer bereits zu deponieren und die 3 fehlenden können es dann später machen. Der Rezeptionist hat dann gesagt das geht das wäre zu viel Aufwand und mühsam.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Das WC war in einem schlechten Zustand und im Badezimmer gab es einen Wasserschaden. Ausserdem war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig man konnte jedes Geräusch aus den anderen Apartments hören, was einen erholsamen Aufenthalt unmöglich machte. Besonders enttäuschend war das unfreundliche Personal, das bei Fragen oder Problemen sehr frech und kaum hilfsbereit war. Zusätzlich musste man für nahezu alles extra bezahlen, sogar für Handtücher und andere grundlegende Dinge. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt daher überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen!

Las camas son muy finas y el sofá cama malísimo. Lo de que te cobren si te dejas algo de basura dentro es fuerte.

Airco's maken beide veel herrie, geluid wat ontstaat omdat ze schoon gemaakt moeten worden. Hierdoor is het onprettig ze aan te houden in de nacht, maar te warm om zonder te slapen Erg veel last van dronken lui die om 5 uur snachts naar het huisje komen.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026I was disappointed by the way the reception service was presented. I specifically filtered Booking.com results to show only properties with a 24/7 reception because I wanted to avoid any inconvenience if we arrived with a late evening flight. The property was listed as having a 24-hour reception, so I booked it on that basis. Only after the booking was confirmed and paid (when it was no longer refundable) did I receive a message explaining that the reception at the property is actually closed between 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm. During those hours, guests have to collect their keys from another location about 5 km away. The host considers this to be a 24/7 reception because someone is available at that other location, but I believe this is misleading (even though there is also an online check-in application but that did not work out). If I filter for properties with a 24-hour reception, I expect the reception to be available at the accommodation itself, not at a different address. This important information should be made clear before booking, not afterwards.

Zoals gezegd, het appartement is gehorig en wij hadden de pech dat er een groep Engelse jongeren naast ons verbleef die op verschillende momenten in de nacht herrie maakten (ik heb ze een aantal keren aangesproken)

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The location is good. Cleaning was okay. The kitchen is sufficient with pans/ pots even moka pot (some ground coffee would be great) and electric kettle. Towels and bedsheets were pretty clean. The complimentary kitchen cleaning kit and complimentary coffee, tea and olive oil/ salt pepper.
The beds were uncomfortable. The wifi didn’t work for almost our entire stay, it just worked for 2-3 hours total. Even though the staff tried to solve the problem it was still not working. The login page almost never opened in our room.

Los espacios tan abiertos. No sabía que no había tabiques separando las habitaciones ni el salón y se escucha todo por todo el duplex. Y no tiene persianas. El sofá súper incómodo, no nos sentamos ningún día. Muy bajo, blando y con manchas blancas salpicadas muy desagradables. Las duchas algo descuidadas. El congelador estaba congelado, lleno de hielo y no se podía usar. Y la piscina la cerraban muy temprano.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026It was very bright and spacious. Felt very much like a modern, minimalist apartment. Had everything we could need and more. The view to the street was nice too!
There was only an issue with the hallway lights illuminating the room at night since the frosted glass provides the necessary privacy but no way to block this light. But that may be a small thing for some people.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Labai gera ir patogi vieta - arti centro - daug objektų galima aplankyti pėsčiomis; taip pat patogus susisiekimas - šalia yra tiek metro, tiek autobusų stotelės. Apartamentų vietovė švari, netoli yra keli restoranėliai kur buvo galima papusryčiauti. Man patiko, kad buvo lengva susisiekti su registratūros darbuotojais ir gana operatyviai gauti visą reikalingą informaciją. Patiko kad patalpos buvo švarios, visi reikalingi reikmenys taip pat buvo.
Lūkestis buvo gauti visą reikalingą informaciją dėl pateikimo į namą ir kaip pasiimti kambario raktus elektroniniu laišku iki išvykimo. Negavau. Atvykus teko skambinti telefonu ir aiškintis kaip įeiti į vidų. Taip pat reikėjo pastangų gauti informaciją kaip prisijungti prie WiFi. Internetas veikė su trikdžiais. Blogiausia patirtis buvo dėl garso prastos izoliacijos. Dvi iš trijų naktų neįmanoma buvo išsimiegoti dėl ypač didelio triukšmo - gretimuose kambariuose gyventojų ar tiesiog iš gatvės žmonių kalbėjimas buvo labai girdimas kambaryje.

We stayed here last minute as car hire booking had let us down. It's not the ideal place for young toddlers but our older kids loved it. Very comfy and spacious.

Lo que menos nos gustó es que las puertas de los armarios metálicos chirrían y las patas de las sillas metálicas les falta el tapon de goma o fieltro, hacían mucho ruido tb. En la zona de las 2 camas del fondo, faltaba una mesilla y luz.

1. По выезду нас взгрели практически на 30 евро за невыполнение одного из условий (из талмуда, который подписывается при въезде). Устно при этом проговорили, что мусор из мусорки за собой нужно вынести, что мы и сделали. Остались продукты типа соль, растительное масло, нераспакованные хумус и йогурты- то что рука не поднимется выбросить. И нас за это взгрели на 30 евро. 2. В номере есть стиралка и посудомойка, но порошка стирального нет, а таблетка для посудомойки одна! Это на 4 суток! Покупать это конечно смысла не имеет. В и ОГК все стиралось и мылось гелем из диспенсера. Это за ваши 200 евро в сутки. 3. Вечеринки и тусовки- 2 из 4 ночей у нас соседи устраивали вечеринки. 4. Номер неудобный: кухонная зона оснащена тяжелыми железными стульями, которые гремят при перемещении. А сесть за стол комфортно невозможно - стол на проходе стоит 5. Уставшая мебель и ремонт. 6. Местоположение: да, метро недалеко, но на этом все. Ни аптеки , ни нормального супермаркета по близости. Промышленный неживописный район. Окна на мусорные баки.
