I had a great experience of staying in it. All the staff was so polite and assistive but Mohammad Khalid is excellent guy smiling helpfully. Clean Washrooms are always important for me It was excellently maintained and sterized. Bedroom and Living room are perfectly decorated and beautifully designed. Only it is little tricky way from Haram. But once known is easier. l enjoyed staying over there 😍

الفندق رائع

The rooms were pretty clean and good-sized. Beds were quite comfortable.

There was a foul smell in the toilet throughout.

Comfortable, clean, 24 hr desk, safety. 24 hr shop next door. Peaceful and quiet. Daily upkeep of toiletries, tissues etc, they even bought in a new microwave oven on request. Fabulous staff.

It did not have the facility of a washing machine that was mentioned in the amenities, but the staff were helpful and had some washing done for us. We appreciated the gesture. Too far from the haram, 20 mins drive. But for a stay in medina, absolutely spot on.

The apartment was really nice and cozy. My toddler especially likes the shower head so he enjoying bathing very much.

Service

It was spacious

The washroom door was not opening and they didn't fix it There was a bad smell in the washroom

Rooms are clean as well matress and kitchen

First i was expecting location easy and near from alharam alnabawi but unfortunately, it was very difficult and detours all around the area ,even taxi drivers find it uncomfortable to reach , good things that some shops and facilities are near by location.

Separate flat great for family

Location a little out of the way. But taxis available in 2 minutes walking.

Size

The hotel is not clean,, no one came to our room for cleaning for 3 days, on the entrance there is water all over which was dripping from AC, and the worst part is the constant noise coming out of AC while you try to sleep. It’s one of my worst experience in madinah.
