Unfortunately, the horrid soundproofing ruins this location. Half the reviews say that noise is an issue because units 1 and 2 face into the street, where loud music bangs on all night and makes it impossible to sleep (even with earplugs, and even when I tried to sleep on the couch instead). Units 3 and 4 don't face to the street which is why some reviews says noise wasn't an issue. So really you're betting 50/50 if you'll have a horrid sleep or not at this place. Be aware of this if you wish to stay here.

Pogled na neki raspali kvart, prevaren sam jer sam platio za apartman sa lepim pogledom na neki lepi zid, a dobio užasan pogled takodjer sam trebao da imam 2 kreveta i veći stan a dobio sam samo jedan krevet pa je moja ćerka spavala na njemu a ja na podu. Osoblje me kontaktirali dva puta i htelo da me izbaci iz stana jer nisu mogli da mi obezbede još jedan krevet, zvali su me iz booking com I obećali 50 % refund koji nisam dobio. Jedino su na kraju rekli da ne moram da platim taksu 8 eura.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Apartamento muy recomendable. En el centro, cerca de muchos puntos de interés. Siempre hemos encontrado aparcamiento en la misma calle. El apartamento precioso y con todas las comodidades. Se agradece que hubiera cafelito con la cafetera. La chica que contactó con nosotros estuvo pendiente en todo momento y fue de ayuda. Tiene un supermercado Lidl cerca, nos resultó muy cómodo.

The location was perfect — everything was just around the corner: the best local restaurants, easy access to the city, and endless potential for scenic walks. The atmosphere of the place had a truly charming, local vibe. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the lovely and attentive host, who kindly helped us navigate and pay for access to the limited traffic zone when she noticed we were driving in the area. It made everything so much easier. Highly recommend!

What made our experience even better was the amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Przestronny czysty pokój, kontakt z gospodarzem bez zarzutu. Kawa, herbata w pokoju, bardzo wygodny materac, duża łazienka z bidetem i dużym natryskiem, bardzo blisko do ścisłego centrum.
Trochę niefortunny opis tego że jest parking i jest darmowy. Niezupełnie, to jest centrum miasta I obowiązuje strefa za opłatą. Nam się udało bo były święta, ale informacja w opisie że jest darmowy parking - niezbyt precyzyjne.

Nothing... Added Improvements such as ceramic bowls / plates instead of plastic ones. A shower toiletry holder would be welcomed.

Muy bien ubicado y se podia estacionar libremente en la calle, solo hay que sacar un permiso de circulacion por dia a traves de una app.

And outside we knew the passwords to the door and the exact location. We had to ask the locals for Wi-Fi to contact the owner and get information on the doorstep. This could have been sent in advance for the guest.

All the main sights, restaurants, and local atmosphere are just around the corner. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Reviewed Jun 18, 2025Appartamento come da foto, pulito e ordinato. Posizione super strategica per la zona della movida essendoci un sacco di locali proprio nei dintorni della struttura. Anche se la zona è molto rumorosa l’appartamento è ben insonorizzato e con le finestre chiuse si dorme molto bene. Consigliato per visitare la città.
Personalmente non amo le piante di plastica ed è l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta, ma e’ dettaglio trascurabile.

Het ligt in een drukke uitgaansbuurt, maar wij hebben er geen last van gehad. Op zich kun je voldoende afsluiten van het lawaai

I know some reviews said it got a bit noisy at night but that didn’t really bothered us at all. Communication was really great. I had some issues with the electric stove and the host responded super quickly and was very helpful. Really loved the place, would totally recommend.

Reviewed May 26, 2025The apartment is in the middle of Kalsa just few meters off via Roma, in front of the building on the weekend there is lots of people, and the location is perfect, when you close the windows you can't hear anything. It's fairly close to the main attractions in the city, apartment is definitely suited for younger people. The beds are comfortable and the apartment was clean. The host was responsive and helpful.
Parking was a bit hard to find but it is managable, there are some black people sitting in front of parking sites asking for money but just refuse to give it to them and insure the rental car. The bathroom is inside of the sleeping room but that is what you expect for this apartment, those sleeping in the living room have to go throught the room to get to the toilet but it's managable.

Reviewed May 17, 2025Die Unterkunft befindet sich zentral in der Altstadt. Alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer selber war genauso so schön und sauber wie auf den Bildern. Abgesehen davon riecht es super angenehm sobald man das Zimmer betritt. Alles ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Obwohl sich direkt unter der Unterkunft 2 Bars befinden,bei welchen bis tief die Nacht ausgiebig getrunken und gefeiert wird,hört man im Zimmer dank der Schallisolierung gar nichts. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Zudem erreicht man die Eigentümer( die außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend sind) immer superschnell über Whatsapp! Wir würden immer wieder kommen und die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!!
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ZTL ( zone traffico limitato). Wir sind mit einem Mietauto angereist und wussten nicht, dass man vorher das Mietauto und sich selber registrieren muss, um den örtlichen Tagespass hierfür holen zu können, da man ansonsten eigentlich nicht bis zur Unterkunft fahren darf und evtl. hohe Strafen drohen.

Reviewed May 14, 2025Wir hatten das Apartment 2 im zweiten Stock. Die beiden Zimmer und das Bad sind neu renoviert, sehr groß und sehr schön. 3 kleine Fehler könnten leicht behoben werden: In der Duschkabine fehlt eine Ablage für Seife und Shampoo. 1 Handtuchhalter im Bad ist zuwenig. Im Küchenschrank sind Töpfe und Pfannen, aber es fehlt ein Herd oder eine Kochplatte. Für junge Leute, die nachts feiern wollen, ist dieses eine großartige Unterkunft.
Aber für Leute, die nachts schlafen wollen, ist das Apartment nicht geeignet, weil es mitten in einer Partymeile liegt. Links vom Hauseingang ist eine Musikkneipe mit Livemusik. Rechts vom Hauseingang ist ein Brauhaus. Direkt vor dem Hauseingang ist ein kleiner Platz mit Tischen und Bänken, an denen die Gäste der beiden Lokale zechen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite direkt gegenüber den Apartments ist eine Konzerthalle für Big Band Jazz und ähnliches, die die Umgebung ebenfalls mit Musik versorgt. Im Erdgeschoss direkt unter den Apartments ist das Corten Bistro, welches nachts Livemusik in einer aberwitzigen Lautstärke bietet. Die Wände und die Decken des Gebäudes übertragen den Lärm als Schallbrücken direkt in das Apartment, besonders das Schlagzeug und den Bass. Wir hatten jede Nacht unerträglichen Lärm, der erst zwischen drei und vier Uhr langsam abflaute.

Non c'è possibilità di parcheggiare vicino alla struttura, bisogna trovare posto o in strada (il che è impossibile ma soprattutto non lo consigliamo) oppure in un garage in zona, ma devi lasciare le chiavi del mezzo ai proprietari e loro te la spostano dove vogliono (senza prestare attenzione a eventuali graffi che si formano). Oltre a questo doccia davvero davvero troppo piccola.. ok che sono all'ottavo mese di gravidanza ma sono fortunata perché la pancia non è enorme, altrimenti non ci sarei mai entrata

Reviewed May 10, 2025La habitación es muy grande y esta todo muy limpio y moderno. El baño es muy grande y cómodo. La hubicación estaba genial ya que en 15 minutos se podía ir a cualquier lado y en el barrio donde está había mucho ambiente por la noche.
Fue dificil contactar con el dueño al principio, tardan en responder mucho. Hasta tarde se escucha música de la calle o algunos de los pubs que hay bajo el mismo edificio. Se me hace un poco raro que haya un código para el portal y para el piso, pero luego a la habitación haya que usar una llave y también es una pena que no puedes dejar cosas a cargar encendidas cuando te vas. También en mi habitación había una ventana pequeña que no tengáis cortina y entraba luz pronto.
