Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Twitten Cottage at 71 Victoria Street in Southwold is located next to a brewery car park, with an ugly view. Awkward layout - only bathroom downstairs at rear off kitchen - internal stairs very steep and narrow. Micro kitchen. Cramped bedrooms.
Online communications inefficient, frustrating and slow. Important & serious questions left unanswered. Only received some replies after days/weeks of chasing. Appalling customer service: unhelpful, inflexible and unreasonable. TERRIBLE holiday experience overall. I can’t recommend this property or holidaycottages. The owner/manager made no attempt at a goodwill compromise except not charging £25 extra (for a very small dog).
the property has s very small the table in the kitchen is very difficult to use as short of space
the pictures show a garden table and chair set bUT there was none at the property the weather was glorious ane we were nit able to sit or eat in the garden/yard which is need because of the difficulty with the table in the kitchen
