Top Lage in der City mit kurzen Wegen zu Supermärkten und Restaurants. Tiefgarage unter dem Haus war sehr nützlich. Blick über den Fluss ist sehr schön. Das Appartement bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders toll war, dass ein Mitarbeiter des Vermieters sogar persönlich zur ersten Einweisung anwesend war. Grundsätzlich ist das Servicepersonal des Vermieters wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt zwar zwei Bäder, aber davon ist das große im OG ein reines Duschbad in Kombination mit einer Sauna, jedoch ohne Waschbecken. Bei vier Personen Belegung bedeutet das, dass man das Waschbecken in der Toilette nutzen muss.

Beautiful apartment, great location.

Spacious, clean, sauna was amazing, outside space very usable even in the cold. Kitchen very well equipped.

Bedrooms a bit too warm even though we turned heating down to very low. Was hard to find the exact location.

Clean, well equipped, central location

It is a very modern apartment near town centre - well furnished and very cosy in the winter. The location was quite convenient. It is quite easy to get to by taxi from the airport and near some bus stops that service the airport. It is also very near to hotels that are common pick-up locations for excursions. It is a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but that meant that it was very quiet! There were complimentary drinks in the fridge and the hosts were available to meet on arrival to provide us with a tour of the apartment, which was a lovely touch!

The entrance was not obvious to find, so I would recommend that the hosts provide a detailed map or more instructions on how to enter the building from the main road. The main toilet downstairs had very slow plumbing and was prone to blocking. This was disappointing as it meant that five of us had to share one toilet. Although, we were told that upon arrival during the tour, it would have been better if the maintenance was scheduled ahead of our arrival, and/or we were notified ahead of time.

The owner organised to collect us from the bus station which was very helpful. They also took time to show us around everything in the apartment and offered recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Plus they put up a Christmas tree which was a nice touch.

Beautifully decorated, well located and had everything we needed during our stay. Travelling with a 1 year old and a 6 year old, the apartment was ideal for cooking in and recuperating from the cold!

The beds! The mattresses were super thin (this may well be a cultural thing) and kept sliding off the divan. So, unfortunately, we had very bad sleep for 4 days which meant we weren’t at our best to enjoy our holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay at Penthouse Valsa! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had incredible views over the city and river. Everything felt luxurious yet cozy. The private sauna was a cherry on top after a day outdoors. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. The parking garage was very handy with the heavy snow fall.

Highly recommend this accommodation! It's in a great location, very well-equipped, and impeccably clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. We fell in love with the view from the large balcony. The location is great — everything you need is nearby. Having a heated parking spot was a nice bonus. The host is very responsive and always available. Definitely recommend!
