I was given a room with two beds in different corners. The first bed was directly opposite the air conditioner, so it was nice and cool. However, the other bed was in the other corner and was extremely hot. I even had to lie down on the floor because the second bed was simply too hot to sleep in. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The location is also nowhere near An Bang Beach. It’s basically in the middle of nowhere, far from the Old Town and far from the beach. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

Все было очень комфортно, чисто и уютно. Хозяйка очень дружелюбная, отзывчивая. Нам все понравилось. Кровати удобные, бельё и полотенца были чистые, уборка в номере проводилась, в номере хороший аромат. Мы остались довольны

Absolutely nothing

Waited almost 1 hour for someone to come to reception. It was closed even though I had announced that I was arriving around 14:00. Not exactly the middle of the night. They messaged thru this app almost an hour after my arrival that the key was in the room. Room smelled and bed sunk in like the mattress was 50 years old. I lasted 10 minutes and left. Canceled my reservation. It was scorching hot btw and I had booked a month! They need to learn about customer service. But new mattresses and remove odor from rooms. It doesn't feel like a hotel nor a Homestay.

We have chosen this place as it is not far away from the beach. How ever, the beach was washed a year ago and now there is just constractions. So the beach is 1-2 km away. In July in day time it was to hot to walk, Grab was required. We had 2 rooms - 001 in the 1st flor and 004 in the 2nd flor. Higer was better - room was dry. In 1st flor room was humid. In the 1st flor door was difficult to lock, we required help. 2nd flor the door hand was not working. Stuff was very nice, but in the morning they were working outside and we were waked up.

Pone q tiene salida privada a la playa a 350 metros, es mentira q tenga salida privada a la playa y la playa más cercana está al menos a 10 minutos andando. Eso es publicidad engañosa para el cliente y booking.com es coparticipe y responsable de engañar al cliente.

Nice location

It is only a short taxi to the Old Town it is right next to the beach. The manager was very helpful. Eveything was done via messaging. Efficient and quick. A 2 minute walk to the beach..

Not much of a view but for the price and where it is you can make your own views very quickly and easily.

Bel hôtel à deux pas de la plage et de jolis bars-restaurants. Très grande chambre confortable, pouvant accueillir une famille de 4. Le personnel a été très réactif à un problème de climatiseur, je les en remercie. Jolie salle de bain.

Good location, very close to An Bang Beach and resturants. Host also offered bike rent services, and it was very convenient to ride around Hoi An. The room itself was spacious and clean, quite beautiful with nice bathroom.

Everything was very good. The room is nice, workers were friendly.

We stayed here for a month with our 7 year old during Tet celebrations. The lady who cleaned our room and the rest of the property looked after us so well. She was kind and friendly and always there to help us if we needed it. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The neighbourhood was very friendly too - especially during Tet celebrations when it did get a bit noisy but so much fun. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

The location was a little bit away from the busy beach and town which was good, but we needed a bike or Grab to get around.

The hosts were very welcoming, with the smile Room is big and clean Good WiFi Like 3mn by foots to some good restaurants and the beach !

The homestay was close to the coastline, had tidy accommodations, and offered me fruit when I checked in. The staff is really polite and ready to help when I need it. A trip to the beautiful garden room, adorned with trees and flowers, is absolutely worth it. I spend every day here swimming; it's simply a two-minute walk to the beach.

The room was so clean and roomy. Just walking to the beach, near everything. The staff were so friendly , very welcoming and very helpful. We had a very good time here and definitely come back again. Highly recommend for travelers that are looking to stay at the Hoi An Da Nang.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, we arrived at 3am and they stayed up allow us to check in, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and amazing location- so close to the beach.The washing service was amazing and they did it all for us and left it folded in our room! Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)
