La heladerita del frigobar, no enfria nada, no entendi si era solo para mantener determinada temperatura. Creo que es algo que se repite en todos lados. Porque considerabamos ese servicio para almacenar alimentos para desayunar luego, pero cuando consultamos si eso enfriaba mas, nos respondieron que no. Solo para tenerlo en cuenta.

Nem volt takarónk,penészes volt a fal és a légkondicionáló is kellemetlen szagot árasztott, ezáltal az egész szoba büdös volt. A wc-t nehezen lehetett csak lehúzni és a lefolyóban se folyt le a víz rendesen.

El cabezal de la ducha tenía bastante sarro, por lo cual el agua no podía salir a través de todos los orificios

L’ascensore si è rotto e non è stato possibile usarlo (la struttura è in un palazzo condiviso con altri hotel, forse gli altri clienti non sanno leggere bene i cartelli )

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Tralasciando stare il fattore estetica stanza che era un po’ malandata, il problema principale era la puzza nella stanza, non si poteva assolutamente stare, fatto notare immediatamente, non sono neanche saliti in stanza a controllare e per tutti e 4 gironi non è cambiato nulla, neanche hanno chiesto se fosse svanita la puzza, siamo rimasti lì solo perché non abbiamo più trovato nulla

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Soggiorno terribile. Un hotel malmesso, rovinato, sporco, mal tenuto. Camera carina, ma sporca e Puzzolente, il climatizzatore non veniva pulito da chissà quanto tempo. L’acqua calda usciva a goccia, ci sono voluti 15 minuti affinché diventasse calda. Abbiamo chiesto un caffè in reception: era self-service. Ci siamo serviti da soli alla macchinetta che era lì. Non ti danno colazione, nè si può mangiare. Solo la posizione un po’ si salva. Non tornerei più.

La struttura era una vera e propria illusione. L' entrata lussuosa ma dal primo piano in poi le scale erano rotte e pericolanti, per non parlare della protezione dell' ascensore arrugginito e che tra l'altro due giorni su tre è andato fuori servizio. La stanza non era pulitissima, gli asciugamano che ci fornivano avevano un odore sgradevole e le lenzuola erano impolverate.

La presión del agua caliente era nula, salían cuatro gotas de agua y tardaba 15 minutos en calentar. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba (Roma, finales de mayo, 35oC... os podéis imaginar). La cama era incomodísima, la habitación tenía un olor malo a desagüe. La conexión de WI-FI era pésima, no llegaba a nuestra habitación. Además, deberían tener un bloqueador de señal internacional, ya que mis datos tampoco funcionaban. Contactamos al personal y nos dijeron que mandarían a alguien para revisar la presión del agua, pero esto nunca sucedió.

The WiFi was terrible and went in and out of connection all the time. There was only a trickle of hot water and you had to run the tap for more than 5 minutes to get even warm water. We had NO electricity at all in our room for the second night. The room had a slight smell of drains and the sheets smelt damp. It was extremely noisy. I have no idea who we would have contacted if there had been a real problem - there was usually no-one on Reception and no number to call. When we returned on the second night the front door was wide open and anyone could have entered the ‘hotel’ - the security seemed to be very lax.

room was dirty, needed a proper renovation, AC didn’t work at all or if it did it was barely doing anything, when I asked for a change of towels they said its an extra fee, the WIFI and cell service didn’t work as well, you could have heard everything what was going on on the corridor and in the rooms next door, staff was unhelpful when I told them there were a family of pigeons living above the ceiling of my room, they made it impossible to sleep so 3 nights spent in heat and listening to sounds of birds, their feathers and feces were falling of through the small holes next to the windows, it is hilarious to pay that much for this type of “hotel”

Ingresso carino, scale completamente sporche, in disordine, probabilmente stavano facendo i lavori ma comunque era indecente. La receptionist non parlava italiano e non sapeva nemmeno dirci a che ora era il check out ne qualsiasi altra informazione, avremmo dovuto chiedere la mattina dopo alla collega. Appena si entra in camera si sente una puzza terribile di morte, probabilmente proveniente dal bagno. Abbiamo provato a far entrare aria dalle finestre ma ha persistito per tutto il soggiorno. Camera sporca, cuscini sporchi. La presa accanto al letto non funzionava. L’acqua calda ci ha messo un bel po’ ad arrivare, nella doccia il porta bagnoschiuma era completamente arrugginito e perdeva ruggine. L’unica cosa positiva può essere la posizione, vicina ai mezzi per andare verso il centro, ma nemmeno troppo.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cómoda ya que está bastante céntrico y en 15-20 min andando puedes llegar al casco histórico pero también la estación de tren de Roma Termini está prácticamente al lado para poder llegar caminando. La zona de los alrededores tiene bastantes restaurantes, cafeterías y heladerías, también algún supermercado.
Quizá algún detalle de la limpieza, que podría mejorarse un poco (ej. el colchón parecía no tener funda).

Reviewed May 25, 2026The location of the property was excellent - most of the main landmarks and the city center were easily reachable on foot, so we didn’t need any additional transportation during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we were able to rest and sleep really well. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
The room was quite small, and there wasn’t enough space to store or leave our worn clothes. For a longer stay, some additional storage space would definitely be helpful. I would recommend adding an extra chair or a small wardrobe to make the room more practical and comfortable for guests.

Metro stop 15 minutes walk, older hotel. Only first floor is renovated (we stayed at 3rd floor), extremely loud toilet flushing. One time there was no hot water running. Loud neighbours, but not really hotel's fault. No safe in the room.

Chambre double bien pour 2 personne.Plusieurs restaurants et bar pour les petits déjeuner et repas pas trop loin. Arrêt de bus juste à une rue. Très bon glacier à même pas une minute et boutique de souvenir la moins chère que j'ai pu voir.
La propreté des serviettes laisser a désirer, le wifi à pas fonctionner les 2 premiers jours. Arrivée après la fermeture de la réception, et aucune explications sur où se trouve la chambre. Chaque etage abrite un hôtel different. Apres plusieurs minute on a croisé un client qui nous à montrer.

Asciugamano grande sporco (ma è stato cambiato) Letto sfondato, wifi assente e anche la connessione dati va molto lenta. TV non funzionante L'altra volta - stanza 304(14 aprile)- questa volta 301- la stanza era più pulita, bagno più comodo e internet andava benissimo eppure a sto giro avevo speso di più.
