Reviewed Apr 4, 2026We originally were going to arrive at midnight on the ferry. The hotel was fine with that arrival time! Thankfully, we changed our ferry time and arrived at a decent hour. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable (firm - compared to most hotel beds, which are too soft). The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It is a well-maintained property, quiet, and was a great value.

The room was beautifully appointed, the shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable Charlene was friendly and helpful and a great ambassador for Picton. She should be proud of her accommodation facility

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Well, everything you need in a hotel room was there. Good bed, good shower, good kitchenette, sparkling clean and very spacious room as well. Shirleen is very welcoming person always ready to accommodate you...late check out, laundry making for you, even offering you to drive you downtown. Wow!!! Exceptional service. Is she the manager or the owner...or both, anyway I never asked her!! I would recommend this place anytime.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The room was large and very comfortable and well equipped. Room had a good sized kitchen and quite a large bathroom. Main room also had bunk beds. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this motel and if I'm ever visiting Picton again will definitely stay here.

The cockroach at 3am in the morning, the noise from both adjoining rooms , 1 had there tv on all night , the other people were loud and sat out side late being loud , and no consideration for the early start noise,s .I would definitely not stay there again

The rooms were tidy and comfortable. Highly recommend.
