Just an ordinary hotel in perfect location Didn't use the Pool - it was simply too hot at the roof during daytime. Friendly Stuff.

Der var ingen vindue på værelset og det synes jeg ikke havde været tydeligt ved bookingen. Der lugtede virkeligt dårligt af røg mv på værelset.

This in Cambodia was the worst hotel I stayed at for 7 days in that time they cleaned my room 2 times I made a complaint to the reception . But I found out from the cleaner she was doing 28 room unfair to her The staff were so bad no costumer service

Close to Riverside, great location. Staff was always helpful. Good refrigerator and daily amenities, such as water, coffee, just ask.

Old property in desperate need of updating. No pool, no gym, no restaurant although the hallways and corridors reeked of burned food. Half the room have no window, (good for some, bad for others), the other half had a widow looking into construction peril. Housekeeping was irregularly dependable. Small television. Odd showers.

Uncomfortable bed, also not that big for two people, elevator was broken many times, airconditioning not cool enough, fridge is not working

Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr günstigen Standort. Alle Märkte kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Es sind viele Restaurants im unmittelbaren Umfeld und der Tonle Sap ist ganz nah und fließt dort in den Mekong. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir würden aufgrund der günstigen Lage, auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten immer wieder das Queenwood Hotel wählen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Alle Märkte sind in der Nähe. Der Mekong ist nicht weit und lädt zu einer kleinen Bootstour ein. Das Hotel ist von vielen Restaurants umgeben. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Hotel ist recht hellhörig. Nachts ankommende Reisegruppen sind sehr laut.

Schönes Zimmer, Pool in der 8. Etage. Top Lage. Kurze Wege zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Kein Grund zur Beschwerde

Lage ist toll, direkt im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen, einer der Gründe wieso ich das Hotel ausgewählt hatte. Sehr ringhörig.

What a hotel!!! We were there because a friend knew it from before. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. At night it was so loud that no sleep was possible until 3am and then the noise and doors banging starting early in the morning. Most probably because rooms had multiple occupants. It was dirty, no decent light, no fridge, no safe. You can do a lot better in Phom Pheng

Good value for money for budget conscious travellers

Only one lift and slow so avoid top floors Shame about the Rooftop Bar closing early and the restaurant closed, would be a great place to chill out in the evening

Been here many times. The location is great, close to the riverside and shops & restaurants. Hotel feels safe and is mostly clean.

It was a superb stay. Welcomed at reception. Efficient staff. Room has fridge , coffee , air con. On the roof is a view and pool that is superb. I came from the islands and needs badly R&R. I'll try and stay here on all future visits. Well done guys I say !

The rooms are pretty basic but have most things you need, My TV was broken and all i got was a shrug of the shoulders. Shower was warm and pretty good though more like a campervan setup with the toilet and shower in the same space. Aircon worked okay , lift was slow , location was excellent if you want walking street area, the pool looked well but i never got to use it.

A/C not good, shower either too hot or cold, WiFi useless, we on floor 7 and lift broken for 36 hours, swimming pool broken also for 36 hours, we book taxi to go to airport for 6.30 am, not arrive had to take 2 tuk tuk. No safe in room.

The pool is small but the area around the pool is special with great views of the city and lots of space (that is not taken up by the small pool). I would go up to the rooftop pool area several times a day and enjoy.

The hotel could do more with the pool area but it was consistent with the general level of the hotel which is basic and functional.

The staff in reception, unfriendly, arrogant and not professional. He thinks he is the owner of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel until the management fires him. Horrible guy.

Evertying,they allowed people to smoke in their rooms,even after being told of this.there was no breakfast,no morning newspaper,the pool table on the pool level is unysable because oof severe and old damage.the ladder to get in and out of the pool is missing.general cleanliness and maintainence do not exist.I changed room 5 minutes fter booking because water coming freely from the ac

The hotel is clean and rooms sizeable. Great location.

There is no restaurant, no breakfast, rooftop bar closed, EVERY room has something wrong/poorly maintained. Hot water shower not working, aircon not working properly, TV not working properly, powerpoints broken or unusable, shower drains blocked. Every room had something wrong with it.

I requested to stay another night, they wanted to charge me close to what I paid for 2 nights. Gave excuse that my original booking was upgraded due to availability. Hate to see what a lesser room was. Rooftop bar/ restaurant is a joke. Never open. The 2 receptionist seem very unhappy, not friendly. Basically on a street that is all bars and prostitution so comes with the territory. Cleaning staff was friendly..

The rooms were smelly, I mean not a scent, it was full on smelly in the rooms that you could taste it, we changed the rooms and still went on. At 7 am sharp, they started some renovations… that we do not vibrated out of the bed from the drilling was a wonder.

The noise is incredible you just can't sleep deluxe room had no hot water for 6 days they did nothing about it bar girls across street scream and shout constantly till 3am people slam doors when coming in to room there are much better places to stay like residence 110 this is cheaper and out of this world

It was in a red light district

We are a group of volunteers go out everyday to schools and poor families. The advertisement was misleading. Said they did meals and had a sky bar but where the pool was it closed at 5pm The staff were not bothered in helping us my friend and I took up 52kg of rice by hand. I asked the stagf if they had a trolly and they said no. The mext day I saw a trolley out the back. Very disappointed Never stay there again

staff, facilities , was told that there was a pool and a bar area ( rooftop bar) first night night it was closed second night we was asked to leave at 5pm even tho it was advised to stay open until 11pm

Wifi was alright

We checked out early from this hotel due to the loud noise of outside and people in corridors at night. The room was not very clean, found rat/mouse poo on ground in room, the bathroom is constantly wet due to shower hose being in middle of bathroom. No bin in bathroom so they expect you to walk your used toilet paper to bin in room. When we opened the curtains they just fell off the rack. Room smelled of smoke. In red light distract so there is creepy old white men hanging round everywhere. Bed was not comfy. Not worth even the price it is.

I liked that it was a last minute choice for us (as the hotel we had originally booked was over booked) and there were rooms available, unfortunately there was a reason for this

Everything in the room was dirty when we arrived, clearly hadn’t been cleaned or any sheets changed in between visitors. It advertises breakfast but this is not available. Red light district very near by, potentially used as a flying visit rather than accommodation.

this was not my first stay at this hotel the hotel is in a good location on st 136, near to many bars and restaurants hotel is clean and staff friendly and pleasant

have no safe in room ( but do have security boxes at reception) the lift makes a annoying ding sound every time the lift doors open , which is quiet loud , which is a pain during night time rooms are starting to look a little dated

Gross rooms, no restaurant as advertised, gross old men making gross noises due to proximity to red light district. Never again. Left after the first night. Wouldn't refund me.

608 - Room great large and airy - shower good, furnishings excellent. Bed very good - one pillow good the other needed assistance from a cushion.

I Had to clean the aircon filters again. Same last time we stayed at Queenwood. Had no coffee tea and only one cup Sheets on bed were were very worn and patched and not real clean / white.
