My go to hotel while I’m in Phnom Penh Have stayed here numerous times now Great location, many bars and restaurants nearby Friendly staff, Hotel is clean ( room cleaned every day! Had 8 good nights sleep

Was a bit disappointed on my last day ( asked if I could check out 2 hours later and was told yes but would cost 10 dollars !!

Es war extrem laut. Ich konnte nicht schlafen und musste nach einer Nacht ausziehen, weil links und rechts hatten die laute Musik gemacht in den Zimmer haben umher geschrien

Indians staying on my floor were very noisy

We had a riverview room and it was fantastic. Great location and tuk tuk right outside our door made our stay and destinations very enjoyable

Location is perfect.

Rooftop pool still closed and no sun beds now replaced with seating ! Visitors want sun beds Breakfast coffee is sweeter packet coffee

Bit easy to gain access; security could do with an upgrade in elevator.

1ere chambre proposée sentait beaucoup la fumée. On m’a proposé une autre, dans l’ensemble ça sent souvent une odeur de fumée dans cette chambre aussi. Je ne supporte pas la fumée. C’est pourquoi je ne me suis pas resté.

The location was excellent

Lack of basic facilities such as soap, shower gel, tea bags. Poor breakfast, no sausages first morning, coffee was chargeable other than the sachet type. AC in one of the rooms was faulty and not repaired, instead switched off. Would have gladly paid a little more to have the basic essentials.

Nice hotel close to restaurants and attractions. Most within walking distance.

Coffee was premixed in packets, not just pure coffee. It didn't taste too well. I could hear other occupants entering their rooms on the same floor but they overall they were respectful and kept quiet. There was only one instance where they had a very loud party next door. I went to the reception desk and they gave me a different room for that night on a different floor.

Location riverfront. Sort of.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The location was great, the room looked beautiful, the staff was really friendly, and the AC worked well.

When my neighbors went to the bathroom, I could hear everything, and when they came back to the hotel late at night and were smoking, the smell came into my room. Then, for some reason, there was maintenance going on at 8:30 in the morning. Hammering and grinding/sawing. That wasn't pleasant to wake up to. The bed was harder than I like (not a mark against them, that's a personal preference thing.)

Great location and a great hotel. Just a minor fault the shower was too high for us maybe have another level for the shower head.

Not the best place we have stayed, i had them book a driver from the airport, didn't show, found our own transport , when I told them they didn't care, the pool was closed, part of the reason I booked the hotel, bed really hard, left an open bag of mixed nuts on side table it got infested with some sort of bugs, aircon was less than average, breakfast ok coffee terribly location great. I would not stay there again.

Not enough room to say what we did not like. In 50 years of Intl travelling it's the first time I ignored the free breakfast and went out to buy one. - no proper coffee unless you pay extra for it. Criminal. Nescafé is NOT coffee. No proper kitchen anymore. Limited choices. Greasy Joe's. - pool advertised. No pool. Booking.com are complicit in this rip off too. They will hear from lawyers! - Rooftop bar. Non existent. - No room service. No hospitality supplies. No phone in the room to contact reception etc. - Don't book these guys from B.com. a complete rip off. Equivalent hotels next door and all around starting at $15US a night. - They don't understand hospitality in any form. Sulky unhelpful, resentful. Could possibly run a backpacker's but I don't know many this bad. - in the middle of the red light district if that's your go but the hotel next door or behind is a quarter of the price. There is nothing wrong with what they provide except the lies around it from them and booking engines prevents the customer making an informed decision. There are lots nicer cheaper hotels within 10 mins walk in any direction. Photo of menu from excellent restaurant just round the corner and turn left up main road. Or stop at Au Coin (On the Corner) Frenchy + $3.50 Brekky, eggs bacon, toast, juice, coffee! AND very edible.

The hotel is very convenient for shopping restaurants, also it's close to the riverside.

Very comfortable, clean and inviting. In the heart of Riverside area.

Don’t stay here if you have a problem with late night bars and people out till the wee hours. This is not a problem for me but it might be for some. It’s in the heart of the Riverside area. Do some research if you’re not familiar with the area or ave. 130

Nice location around loads of restaurants and night life, but not too noisy. The glass balcony door in the room blocked out all the noisy from outside when closed. 2 bottles of water a day included, comfy bed and nice hot shower.

Breakfast was not the best - instant sweet sachet coffee included, have to pay for a real cup of coffee. We booked a ‘high floor’ with a river view and were out on the 3rd floor (out of 9). When we asked we switched to the 6th floor and told that was the highest floor (when clearly there were 9). You can see the river if you lean over the balcony and look to the right. Photos a bit miss leading here. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance which was so disappointing but it needs to be done at some point I guess - we just got unlucky. The roof bar looked old and unused so the photos are a little misleading. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

The staff was quite friendly. The location is excellent.

The breakfast is so-so. The room Aircon was just barely adequate. The shower is just open in the bathroom making everything wet. The pool was closed and empty during my stay. Undergoing technical repairs the staff said. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for use of a pool.

Location is perfect!

Simple breakfast, small rooms, no separate shower room.

I stayed multiple times at this hotel. Rooms in different price classes are really different. This time I stayed for 44 USD/ night through booking.com in a room at the upper floors. Clearly better room with true river-view. I really like the wooden counter to work on, because I had to do some reporting. Bathroom also a better setup. I will pay the extra and take the upper floors next time.

It was all ok. Don't expect perfect silence before the bars close around 2 am. I found it a perfect city background noise after a busy day.

Family room was very good, but initially we were in 2 superior rooms that were really bad, not well kept, old and dark. Once they moved us to family room it all changed: room was renewed, spacious, airy, sunny and had a balcony, no complaints at all. Breakfast was just ok. Central location but is in the middle of the red light area.

The room was clean. Excellent location if you are there for the nightlife. Plenty of bars and restaurants right outside. Breakfast was ok (not the best, not the worst). Helpful and friendly staff

The swimming pool and rooftop with river view are very nice. The staff is helpful. Be prepared to be in the red-light district, with girls' bars, music, and noise. However, if that's what you're looking for, it's definitely a good place.

The rooms that do not have a balcony, although comfortable, have a small window with almost no view. Book a room with a balcony which has good views from a high floor

Staff great and let me stay 4 extra days because of food poisoning

Had to get key downstairs every time to go to pool.up down and forget something from room had to go back to lobby for them to let you back up.

I had my wallet stolen while out one evening, staff not really bothered. Only interested in charging me for a new room key.
