The space of the apartment was great. When you enter it looks absolutely beautiful. It’s real value for money

Some of the security staff are absolutely rude! The oven tray that I wanted to use was dirty, which I just left in the oven. My partner and I had to share a wine glass, they only had one. There was no coffee or sugar or oil as they confirmed with me, however after letting the host know, it was sorted.

Arrival - It took more than an hour to get registered on the system, and only to find out it still wasn't working later that evening - Super frustrating getting in and out the building. I also been waiting more than two weeks for an invoice - I have requested it twice and confirm my email - still not received anything

Bed was comfortable

The access was a nightmare. The technology didn’t work and took us over 40 mins just to check in. The elevator was broken so we had to get a lift to the 4th floor and then climb to the 9th floor with luggage. Furniture was partially broken

The checkin and registration process was a nightmare. I couldn’t get loaded for access to the building because the contact number was left at the reception desk and it wasn’t manned at about 1830. Security couldn’t register me for access without a QR code that could have been sent in advance. Also the building must register you for facial recognition access without any form of privacy policy or details about when they would remove your face from the system

Everything was perfect that’s why I always come back to icon , if you check my bookings you will see I’m always there almost every second week

I thought i took the wrong key by mistake and was locked out of the apartment . Security has no spare keys on premises. People can make genuine mistakes for that as an example how to resolve it ? I feel a protocol should be in place of incidents like this .

Very noisy early parts of the morning with doors banging people talking loud, found hair in the kitchen sink, tiles hollow in the kitchen, non serviced on the Monday, needs an upgrade showing signs of age.

We did not have breakfast. The place is great. Beds comfy. Beautiful shower. Nice hot water.The only down side cracked glasses. Not enough wine glasses - there were 4 of us and only 2 glasses with cracks. Also thought that there would be some salt and pepper at least, that we would not need to buy that. Loved the security albeit annoying 😀.

We would have loved to have extra little blankets/throws for when lounging and watching TV.

It was clean and close to amenities

The staff were not very helpful. Parking was poorly managed and couldn’t get into the building from parking area after booking in. Had to drive all the way out to go get security to let us in. Upon arrival our room was still not ready even though we already ran an hour late.

El apartamento está fenomenal , pero no tienen ningún servicio, estuvimos 10 días , nadie pasó a limpiar ni a retirar la basura, pedimos que recogieran la basura y tardaron un día en venir, se acabó el papel higiénico y el gel y tuvimos que comprarlo, por qué nos aclararon que es un apartamento no un hotel

Rude , inhospitable bunch. Did not get access to the property for stay as planned and prebooked and fully paid -- on arrival. Nobody picks the phone or replies to whatsapp messages or calls when trying to check-in. No check-in desk. Published phone number is never answered. Nobody cares to give a refund for their negligence. Constant chase up to get our funds back. Request for access to escalate to management and feedback from them still not received for poor handling being in hospitality industry.

Not clean, especially shower floors, mouldy bathroom ceilings. Utensils minimal and fridge drawers broken.

I had to relocate from the first apartment because it smelt of smoke and was unpleasant. The staff were great in assisting with this.

Face recognition machine didn’t work, we had to travel thru reception from parking to our apartment. One security from the parking asked for drink after escorting us to our room.

My apartment was cleaned once in the whole 7 days that I stayed at the Icon Apartments and when I enquired, I was told that they only clean 4 days after arrival. Linen was not changed the whole 7 days. I had to re-use the same towels and they only changed them on day 4.

The TV had absolutely no connection, not even SABC, I cound not even watch the news. I was told that I had to use my own DST stream details or Netflix The service was horrible, I requested to cancel the booking and move to another accoummodation and I was met with a hostile and rude "if you do that you are not going to get your refund" I requested to see the manager and that was also met with a silent decline.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Icon Luxury Apartments again and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Security was excellent and well managed, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and very clean, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. A special mention goes to Vulelani (hope spelling is correct), who assisted us during our stay. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was in order and that we had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Icon Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for comfortable, secure, and well-managed accommodation. I look forward to staying there again.

Close to shopping and food stores. The security was very tight using facial recognition to enter building and using lifts.

Table Mountain closed early saying it was windy when it wasn't.

The place was nice and clean, cutlery and pots all of a good standard. Beds nice and comfy. Wi-fi stable. The place also smelled fresh. The view of the city from the balcony is beautiful.

The original door lock needs to be fixed or replaced, the catch lock is not sufficient enough to make 1 feel safe, and it looks like its been moved to a different spot whenever it get loose. The door itself was getting stuck when closed. The facial recognition/QR code security system is not consistent, we couldn't access the lifts fron the parking bay on level 3, and it wasn't jus us, other guests too. Oh and we had to pay for parking which is in front of the reception whilst checking in.
