Yall dont offer shampoo, every hotel has that 2 in 1 one, if you dont i could have bought ahead of time. Then using my kettle is not easy and the hairdryer didnt blow hot air which was strange.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety to start the day right. Everything was well organized and hassle-free, exactly what you want when travelling. Great value for money and I would happily stay here again. 😊

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026As someone who works in the holiday homes industry, from check in to check out the process was smooth and the staff are friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in was clean and aesthetically pleasing as well. We also requested a cot for our baby and the way it was set up was cute, even offered a face cloth for our baby.
It took a bit to get hot water and had to run the tap for a few minutes but that's something one can deal with. No big issue. Everything else was exceptional.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The mountain view is not for me but I am sure a lot of people would like it. I did enjoy watching the city fights the water pressure in shower was nice. Parking is fantastic!!
Hairdryer did not work. Bedding feels like paper and makes way to much noise. No extra blankets in room. Buffet did not have a lot of options. And then there was the idiot next door that kept slamming his door every 2 minutes and waking up my 6 month old. There was also no drinking water in the rooms. And that smoke detector light above bed is so annoying! We were also told by receptionist that if we needed anything to just call, and when I asked for ice they told me they dont do room service so why would you offer me the option to call.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The Agent that checked us in was great in customer service and he is fully knowledgeable of all the amenitites and the offerings.
We went out and came back early hours of the morning only to realise that the water from the shower was ice cold and the basin as well. We had to call reception so many times and the guy said he needed to come check...like really we adults we know how to check the temperature of the water. Because it was late and our bags were already unpacked, we told him to please arrange for us to move to another room in the morning so that we can shower and go for breakfast. At 8am we called to find out which room we can move to cos we needed to shower and I was quite surprised when the lady said mam is it ok if we move you guys while you out . And I was like no, we need to shower . From the conversation i gathered that the previous night staff only mentioned that we wanted to change rooms but not the reason why. So i then had to explain why we needed to change rooms. and then a porter was arranged and we changed rooms but we still missed breakfast.

The second night I was kept up for most of the night by loud music. Your staff did offer to move me and another friend (she was on another floor having the same problem). We chose not to move for the third night (our last night) and had a fairly peaceful night until about 3:30am when we were woken by the same music.

Parking très appréciable et hyper pratique. 50 rand par nuit. Petit déjeuner varié et suffisant. Rapport qualité prix intéressant.

Not much - rooms are neat and tidy. However I think rooms need a bit of a deep clean especially behind the mini bar and tea station. Perhaps get Netflix atleast , as the tv channels are extremely limited and there wasn’t much to watch especially in the evening

O café da manhã é bem restrito, para viagens de mais de uma semana acaba saturando, acho que é o único ponto a melhorar, de resto foi ótimo!

Reviewed May 23, 2026Escolhi este hotel por razão da logística que planejei para a minha viagem Cape Town, o hotel fica localizado perto do escritório da agência City Sightseeing, conhecida pelos ônibus 'Hop-on-Hop-off', para os passeios que planejei durante dois dias na cidade esta localização foi a ideal. Porém, em uma próxima oportunidade na cidade escolheria me hospedar perto das praias. Não me senti muito segura na região a noite e senti falta de supermercados mais próximos ao hotel. O quarto achei um tamanho bom para acomodar duas pessoas, todos os dias o quarto era limpo. O hotel tem uma ligação com outro hotel ao lado, onde tem um restaurante muito bom para jantar, ótimo para aqueles dias que o cansaço bate!
Não gostei do café da manhã, as opções eram bem escassas e todos os dias iguais, conforme vários comentários que havia lido aqui no Booking.
