Beyaz oda da kaldık. Oda çok ferah, temiz ve lükstü. En güzel yanı havuzun yeşilliklerle çevrili olması ve özel olan oluşturmalarıydı. Yemek servisleri saatinde ve özenli geldi. Masaj hizmeti çok iyiydi. Oda da kaydırak olması güzeldi. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.

Tesis konum olarak şehir dışında. Odadan çıkıp yürüyebileceğiniz yada dolaşabileceğiniz bir yerde değil. Etrafında başka bunglow, karanlık pirinç tarlaları olan bir yerde. Kısa konaklamalar için uygun olduğunu düşünüyorum. Uzun süre sıkıcı olabilir. Yemekleri bize çok hitap etmedi lezzet olarak beğenemedik, özellikle hamburgeri hayal kırıklığı oldu. Oda tavanında ahşap dekorların arasından kertenkeleler gece olunca çıkıyor ve tavanda dolaşıyorlardı bağırıyorlardı bu bizi tedirgin etti. Otel görevlileri zararlı olmadıklarını söylese de bizim için oda da kertenkelelerin dolaşması tedirgin ediciydi.

The ambience, everyone was willing to help, the staffs were kind and patient, they helped making a morning video and even spoke nicely to us. They also offered to give us a one hour massage because we came in too late and couldn’t use the pool:

Tesis çok güler yüzlü çalışanlara sahip. Tertemiz ve çok konforluydu. Saat kaç olursa olsun çalışanlar isteklerimizi yerine getirmek için hemen ilgilendiler. Kahvaltılardaki sunumlarına, tabakları özenle süslemelerine hayran kaldık. Tekrar geldiğimizde burada kalmak istiyoruz.

Tesis merkeze uzaktı, otelin merkeze bir ring gibi aracı olsa daha az ulaşım sıkıntısı olur.

the extra bed….Not comfortable, collapsed on me when using and not worth the money paid for it.

Everything was incredible - our stay at the Cone was peaceful and beautiful. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The floating breakfast was great, and having massages in our room, listening to the rain pour outside, was like a dream! Thank you Highly recommend the Cone!

Breakfast was amazing. Bread and fruit basket, choose another main along with 2 drinks delivered each morning. Food was fresh and well-cooked. Could not ask for better. I miss it so much. And we also had afternoon tea delivered every afternoon. I truly could finally relax. Accommodation was immaculate and had all the right amenities. Pictures do not do this place justice. We loved the location as we got to hire a scooter and really see the true Bali. We explored off the main roads and were blown away by the scenery. The ride into Ubud on the scooter topped off our holiday experience. If you are not into scooters, it's very easy to take a taxi to Ubud. The staff were next-level accommodating. I think these are the hardest-working, happiest people I have ever met. Thank you for the best experience. We will definitely be back.

Staff were so nice, kind, and generous. Service was great. Staying in a bunglow was authentic.

- There were a lot of animals - I am aware that it is impossible control it fully as the room is in a jungle but pest control could have been better (as we have seen better pest controls in other hotels situated in a jungle). - The pool was too cold to swim. - The staff was so kind to offer as a complementary rode petal bath (thank you) however it was full of worms... We couldn't even use it) - Considering the amenities, we find the price a little bit expensive for what is offered but staff is very nice!

私密性好，可以享受雨林环境不受干扰。员工都很积极热情，有问题可以及时得到解决。房间泳池里的水比较干净，无边泳池冲刷垃圾很及时，可以随时安心下水。

房间虽然有浴缸，但是热水系统不能支持足够的热水，放到一半就会变成冷水，且浴缸密封性不佳，想要更多热水需要等非常久的时间，如果想要泡个热水澡驱寒可能会得不偿失，反而更容易受凉感冒。早餐虽然摆盘好看，但是吃起来并不尽如人意，排除因为个人口味差异原因，光咸淡就不能控制的很好，希望可以改进。

La camera è esattamente come nelle foto, tutto molto curato e pulito, ideale per rilassarsi senza pensare a niente. Staff davvero gentile e proattivo, superando le attese anche con piccole cortesie e attenzioni.

Einfach alles! Tolle Lage mitten im Dschungel bei top moderner Ausstattung, hervorragendem Essen (zu ganz kleinen Preisen!) und absolut zuvorkommendem, freundlichen Personal!

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: etwas zu geringe Beleuchtung in den Zimmern!

Einfach alles!!! Mitten im Dschungel, top modern ausgestattet, unglaublich hervorragendes Essen (zu ganz kleinen Preisen!) und das Personal unheimlich zuvorkommend, freundlich und engagiert!

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern hätte etwas stärker sein können!

房間很大很舒服，隱私性也很高，雖然外面正對著叢林，但意外的沒什麼蟲，員工的服務也非常友善又體貼，早餐也很好吃。有機會一定會再訪！

The room was incredible, the best hotel I've stayed at, especially for a romantic escape.

The hotel is way too far out if you want to go out and explore the city/area. Also, not much in the way of dining options. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child including breakfast, but they only gave breakfast for 2 adults and said they'll be plenty of food for the child, but this wasn't the case.

Excellent and exceptional

The location is a little upper Ubud. However it's manageable If you have a car or driver. Service and Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The location and the property are amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. It is away from the city, so transport is necessary. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

They do not have a restaurant, but they deliver all food to the villa. The problem is that by the time the food gets to the villa, it’s tepid or cold. I think a small microwave in the room would work wonders.

No vegetarian options in breakast & dining menu.

The staff were so friendly at jungleight. From the moment you arrive they are welcoming. They carry your luggage to your rooms and are there to help at a moments notice but without intrusion. Projector was a nice touch in the room, nice to watch a movie as you fall asleep! Japanese toilet was a first for us! Made us laugh!

It would be useful to have a towel rack to hang up wet swimming costumes or towels outside. The sliding door is a bit difficult if it’s not on its runners properly! Fine once you get the knack!

Wonderful bamboo villa in the middle of a jungle and rice field!

We stayed in The Oval and it felt like the place was missing a shared space where to hangout together. As the pool was in the shadow mostly, the water was really cold. Nevertheless, lovely place to stay!

A very beautiful place overlooking beautiful weather. The place has complete privacy and the treatment of the staff is very excellent

The pool was very cold and had no heating. We could not get into the pool even though it was the hot season.We had to use the pool at the hotel next door for half the price. Breakfast is served to the room but since no one takes it back, there is an infestation and a smell in the room. There was a smell coming from the drain of the bathtub in our room.
