Perfect for a solo stay as the apartment is very compact. It had everything you need and close by to numerous convenient stores. A 15 min walk to shopping districts & Dotonburi. Very peaceful area across the road from a park.

It would be quite cramped for a family

Logement au top, Comme beaucoup de logement au Japon, l’espace est petit mais complet ! Super propre ! Cuisine équipée idéal pour cuisiner. Quartier super calme et proche du métro à 1 arrêt du quartier dotonburi ! Je recommande vraiment ce lieu !

Lite dammigt vid ankomst

Accès et self check-in assez simple. L'emplacement est assez proche du centre touristique et des transports, le bâtiment est près d'un parc, malgré la faible isolation sonore le quartier est plutôt calme. Climatisation OK, Lave-linge OK. Sommeil léger et fragile, prévoir bouchons d'oreilles et masque, simple vitrage et rideaux (pas d'isolation lumineuse complète), mais courant au Japon dans cette gamme de prix. Equipements de base plutôt satisfaisant, produits fournis OK (lessive, gel douche, shampoing, brosse à dent). Vue du balcon logement 403 sur le petit parc, agréable. Commerces à proximité (supermarché, restaurants).

L'espace plutôt exigu, à 4 c'est juste impossible avec des valises malgré un lit double superposé. La literie pas super confortable, propreté pas terrible avec des auréoles jaunes sur la couette et les oreillers (sous les housses) l'hygiène limite avec une odeur de transpiration persistante dès l'entrée dans le logement et jusqu'au départ, j'ai relavé les draps/taies et dormi sans les couettes avec une serviette sur l'oreiller. Le ménage global peut être perfectionné. Les plaques de cuisson à gaz ne fonctionnaient pas, elles se mettaient en sécurité au bout de 5 secondes, mais finalement peu utilisées. La vaisselle rangée n'était pas entièrement nettoyée, une poêle était littéralement sale, grasse et rangée juste utilisée. J'ai payé très peu cher, j'ai eu très peu de qualité.

The location of the property was excellent. It was very close to Namba, with convenience stores and a laundry facility within walking distance. The nearest metro station was also just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. Overall, the location was one of the biggest highlights of our stay.

The stay was overall fine, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. There were hairs on the floor in the main room, and we also found dust and additional hairs in the corners. We ended up having to sweep and clean the room ourselves before settling in. I also felt that there was a very strong emphasis on the strict check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times, along with the option to pay extra for extensions. While I understand the need for clear policies, I believe the same level of emphasis should be placed on ensuring that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive. A clean room is far more important than repeatedly reminding guests about check-in and check-out times. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving the cleaning standards would make the experience much better for future guests.

部屋のドアのタッチ画面は少し強めに押す必要がありました。だけど全体的に大満足でまた利用します。

Check- in is via tablet and entry codes are given to you through secure message thru Booking.com The area is tucked away, and quiet from the busy parts of Namba Osaka but close enough to walk and take public transport to any busy area or connecting city. The full kitchen was a nice plus, as well as a wash machine. There was plenty to eat and the apartment had a balcony. The building also had a public park out front. Supermarket is right aeound the corner. It was a lovely 4 night stay. Easy to accommodate for 2-4 people with the large double bunks. The staff had a welcome booklet of the accommodation and were easy to communicate with via messaging. :)

We were there during the Typhoon warning, but felt very safe

Excellent location, good value.

I have stayed here 15 times because the location is excellent. I had to bring gloves to clean the room myself. While cleanliness has improved and most filters are now clean, some issues remain.The AC and heater do not work well because the unit needs a deep clean. This trip, I actually had to buy foam cleaner for the AC coils myself. Additionally, the bed was too soft and caused me some back pain. I asked staff to rotate the mattress, but they refused. After staying in many of their units, I notice a lot of general wear and tear.

Great location’ quite area

Great location — we stayed in this district on our last trip, so we specifically searched for places right around here. It's close to the station, near a big supermarket, and still very quiet. The hotel itself was nice: good water heating, all necessary utensils provided, and plenty of small thoughtful details. The WiFi was excellent, and the check‑in process for the apartment was really straightforward. One fun detail — there's a hidden door leading to the stairs!

Some small coffee table, maybe folding table near the TV would be nice for eating. Or at least something what can be used for that purpose. Trash disposal was a bit hard to find.

Great location, very quick to get to the metro, lots of stores close to the property. Nice and quiet.

Lokalizacja. Spokojna okolica, cicha w dzień i w nocy. Blisko do centrum miasta, około 20 minut spacerem. Można również podjechać jeden przystanek metrem. Zapewnione wszystkie niezbędne kosmetyki oraz przedmioty higieny osobistej.

Sprzątanie jedynie powierzchowne. Odkurzona i wytarta była jedynie podłoga i biurko. Na oknach i zegarze natomiast było pełno kurzu. Nie mówiąc już o zakurzonych zasłonach których ruszenie powodowało wzbijanie się kurzu w całym pokoju. Bardzo mało miejsca, trzeba było przesunąć stół żeby móc rozłożyć chociaż jedną walizkę. Bez sensu było również umieszczenie w pokoju 2-osobowym dwóch pojedynczych łóżek, które zajmują dużo więcej miejsca. Zamiast tego można byłoby wstawić jedno łóżko 140cm, pokój od razu byłby dużo bardziej przestronny.

The location is absolutely spot on—it’s incredibly convenient for getting to Namba, Umeda, and other key areas. There is a lovely balcony which is a great spot to relax, and the facilities are excellent. They’ve thought of everything, even providing hair curlers, which was such a thoughtful touch. I really loved it. The only minor issue was a faint smell in the fridge; otherwise, it was practically flawless. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

I really like the amnenities. especially the availability of the washing machine and the heating function of the shower. You can wash your clothing after one day activity, was for less an hour. After your shower, quickly hang tje clothing inside the shower room. Close the door and press the heating function by morning 6am, your clothes is dry and good

This hotel is in a very nice location, quiet neighborhood with good grocery market, coffee shop (Rio) and restaurants nearby and very close to the subway. The room is small but well organized.

We stayed 7 days and I was hoping for a room cleaning after 3 days, but they provided fresh towels on day 5 and then the cleaning on day 6.

Zimmer voll ausgestattet mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Balkon und bequemen Betten in der Nähe der Namba-Station. Ruhige Lage direkt an einem Park, wir würden erneut buchen!

Leider hatten wir einen defekten Föhn

Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl in dem "cuten" Appartement. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Sogar Waschpulver! Das Einchecken wurde sehr gut erklärt und funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage ist super. 8 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu den wichtigsten U-Bahnstationen und 15 Minuten nach Dotonburi. Für den Preis insgesamt unschlagbar!

Der kleine Eimer im WC war noch voll. Das war ein bisschen ekelig. Gott sei Dank nur Socken drin 😅 Die untere Matratze liegt auf dem Boden, das ist nicht sehr rückenfreundlich, war früher wach als gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles tippitoppi!

I’ve stayed here more than 12 times, typically for one to three weeks per visit. Over time, I’ve noticed clear improvements in management—especially in the cleanliness of the units and the maintenance of filters (AC/heater, bathroom, etc.).

There is noticeable wear and tear in many of the units. While the AC/heater filters are now being cleaned, the inside and outside coils still need attention, as the heating was barely sufficient. Additionally, the mattress on the lower level is too soft; rotating it with the one from the upper level might improve comfort. I also experienced issues with the door lock that persisted for several days.

It has complete amenities from microwave to a washing machine. The balcony is kinda spacious too with a nice view of the park outside. 5 minute walk to a station is also a very good addition

Genuinely an amazing accommodation! Just out of the main area where you are walking distance but quiet at night! Tons of amazing restaurants, and bakeries around. The price cannot be beat for the value. The checkout instructions and manuals were also impeccable!

生活スペースがない、お風呂も部屋も狭め 机にが多分熱いまま置いたとかで色が薄くなってるところがあった 食器洗いのスポンジが清潔ではなさそう キッチン上の電気が切れてた、コンセントもそこのだけ電気が通らなかった

近くに24時間のスーパーができてさらに便利になった。 横の部屋のゲストが深夜に大声で騒いでおり、カスタマーに報告したところすぐに対応していただき静かになって助かった。 ここ何回かは清掃が前より良くなっているので良かった。

洗濯機の中が汚れており洗濯を回すと洗濯槽のカビが服についてしまう。 トイレットペーパーなどの備品の予備が少ない時があるのでしっかり補助しておいてほしい。

Muy cómodo y no muy alejado de Namba / Dotonbori. Las conexiones con estaciones están a 10/15 minutos andando. Tiene todo tipo de servicios cerca o muy cerca

Algunos huéspedes causan ruido. Entiendo que es algo natural pero puede llegar a ser perceptible si en los apartamentos adyacentes hay niños o gente joven. Igualmente, recibí un mensaje de disculpas por parte del propietario lo cual es de agradecer sin haber reportado yo ningún ruido

Siamo stati in due appartamenti ai piani 11 e 12, molto luminosi e con una bella vista sul quartiere. Gli ambienti piccoli come al solito in Giappone erano ben tenuti ed equipaggiati con tutto ciò che poteva servire. Dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro. Kombini e supermarket nella zona. La sera la zona è molto tranquilla, nonostante questo ci sono vari ristoranti ed izakaya. Una fermata di Metro o 20 minuti a piedi per Dotombori.

Gli spazi stretti impedivano di aprire due valigie contemporaneamente. La stanza, al nostro arrivo, aveva un brutto odore di cucina.

Todo estuvo perfecto

设施齐全，地理位置优越，2人居住，非常便利舒适。

去年刚建好的新房子，交通非常方便，周边超市饭店齐全，房间内设施比较齐备，备用毛巾和洗浴用品充足，空间狭小也能理解。能提前告知位置信息和使用说明非常体贴。

住了5天一直未打扫和更换毛巾，垃圾房门打不开。

非常完美的一次体验。房间设施一应俱全，干净整洁。床垫非常舒服，我的腰不好，一般的床睡的很难受，但是这家酒店的床垫非常舒适。与我们对接的客服服务Lee回复速度非常快，帮我们解决了很多住宿问题。总之是一次非常棒的体验，下一次大阪之旅我一定会优先考虑这家旅店！

I am used to being in smaller rooms in Japan but as for the design of the small rooms go this was quite badly designed. It was quite dusty as well

No tenia recepción. No tiene donde dejar el equipaje antes del check in. No se pueden enviar las maletas. Muy tecnológico.

Easy customer service for questions, requests. Self check-in was fairly easy. Washing machine and kitchen area was helpful! Bunk beds were spacious and can fit 3 people comfortably.

It was quite dirty when we checked-in. Hair and some soil on the floor.

El alojamiento no está mal en cuestión de ubicación y de espacio. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia.

La habitación (la decoración es un poco deprimente) en las fotos se veía alegre y luminoso pero el apartamento que me tocó a mí era bastante oscuro. Las camas estaban un poco descuidadas. Y las zonas comunes no estaban muy limpias.

The check-in process is really smooth as its self check in. The room was exactly as on the pictures and all the amenities were provided. Loved the stay.
