I came there for exhibition so it was great location for me, breakfast was also good at the restaurant.

Cleaning was bit issue especially the room floor was dirty as if cleaner missed the routine vacuum job.

Location was absolutely great

in all days stay there was no cleaning, new towels had to be asked and separate bed sheets brought in the middle of the night

Hotel wymaga gruntownego remontu, klimatyzacja w pokoju hałasuje i śmierdzi. Brak pościeli dla dziecka, sam musiałem szukać i kompletować. Organizacja i ustalenia nie są realizowane, nie profesjonalna komunikacja a po 18 jest słaba, pomimo rezerwacji parkingu Hotel zapomniał w pokoju zostawić kartę wjazdową na parking co spowodowało dodatkowe duże koszty i kłopoty z parkowaniem auta wiec uwaga na tą opcję.

Good location, clean room. Maintenance staff helpful with a couple of issues we had. Prompt communications via texts but unfortunately did not materialise to prompt solutions

1. Check in via texts. Code provided did not work. Second code provided did not work. Eventually a code to a small safe box given and got a key. After 20 hr journey with a child trying to achieve all that over text was fun 2. Almost impossible to get fresh or extra towels. After asking over texts and the reception for 4 days straight, eventually we got them 3. No daily cleaning clearly explained on webpage. But if you want to run it as airbnb then better have a broom in the room at least 4. Reception presence limited 5. Swimming pool area worn down and dirty. On the top of the building with no shade but no umbrellas available 6. Even though room was clean, communal areas worn down and dirty

Pasillos sucios con alfombras mal olientes. La cama solo tenía sábana ajustable, no había sábana superior ni alguna manta de abrigo. Decía que tenía kitchenette, sala de estar y muebles al aire libre y no había nada de eso. Solo dos toallones y dos toallas faciales para 6 noches. Pedí numerosas veces 2 toallas de mano y una sábana y jamás la trajeron. No hicieron nunca la limpieza de la habitación, y ni siquiera dejan una escoba como para que uno pueda barrer. En el 2009 era un hotel cómodo limpio y con recepción súper agradable. Ahora hay un bar con música a tope, recepción de 9 a 16 hs. La empleada que estuvo de lunes a viernes está fastidiosa, y es poco profesional. Por suerte el sábado cuando tuve que hacer el check out había una empleada adorable. El código de ingreso a la habitación no nos funcionó el primer día, por lo que perdimos una hora y media intercambiando mensajes por booking para poder entrar a la habitación.

Seisime hotelli vastuvõtus tema vastas ja ta saatis meid e-maili lugema :)! Hallooo? Seal pole nn Lobby-baari, igal pool on vaid restoran, mis ei oma hotelliga midagi ühist. KÕIGE hullem oli aga hotelli administraator 12-13.03.2026 sisseregistreerimisel. Tema nimi on Kira. Ta ei armasta üldse kliente. Ta lubas meile toa varasema vabanemise kohta saata infot e-mailile. Chek-in on selles hotellis kell 15:00. Ma kirjutasin, et saabume 11:00-12:00 vahel ja võimalusel oleksime tänulikud varasema chek-in eest. See KIRA ütles, et saatis meile kirja toa vabenamise kohta 2h tagasi, kui olime hotelli jõudnud kell 15:30. Minu postkasti oli aga kiri Calremont hotellilt teatega kell 15:00, et minu tuba vabaneb kell 16:00. Väga vahva eksole :)! Päris tõsiselt: Kira ei tohiks töötada sellisel ametikohal. Ta on Teie hotelli häbiplekk! Meie toas polnud veekeetjat. Kohvi me toas teha ei saanud. Hinnas lubatud basseinivaatest. Kui see on on vaid väike nurk kõrvalasuva hotelli baessineist :)! Toa põrandad olid väga mustad, sest minu valged sokid läksid väga mustaks lühikese ajaga seal ilma sussideta kõndimisega. Konditsioneer teeb väga kõva häält - selle töötamise ajal ei saa kindlasti magada. Seinad kostavad läbi - vali televiisor kõrval toas ei lase magama jääda. Pange välja sildid teatud kellaajast v Ööbisime seal 2 ööd. Ühel hommikul hakkas ehtitamise klopsimine pihta kell 9:00 ja teisel lausa kell 7:00. Väga meeldiv oli ainuke asi, et meil lubati teha chek-out 1 tund hiljem. Meile ei antud ka mingit infot 4. korrusel oleva toreda basseini kohta. Kuidas see avatud on jms.

Kliendi kaebuse kokkuvõte: Halb teenindus: Peamine kriitika on suunatud administraator Kirale, keda kirjeldatakse kliendivaenuliku ja ebakompetentsena. Ta keeldus otsesuhtlusest, suunates kliendid leti ääres e-maile lugema, ning jagas vasturääkivat infot toa vabanemise kohta. Eksitav info ja puudulikud mugavused: Toa kirjeldus (eraldi sissepääs, basseinivaade) ei vastanud tõele. Toas puudusid elementaarsed asjad nagu veekeetja ja sussid, samuti ei jagatud infot hotelli võimaluste kohta. Mustus ja müra: Põrandad olid väga mustad, seinad kostsid läbi ning konditsioneer tegi liiga kõva müra. Lisaks häiris und varajane ehitusmüra (kell 7:00 ja 9:00). Logistilised probleemid: Lubatud varajane sisseregistreerimine ebaõnnestus ja tegelik toa kättesaamine viibis isegi üle ametliku aja (kell 16:00). Ainus positiivne külg: Kliendile lubati tund aega hilisemat väljaregistreerimist (late check-out).

Emme päässeet edes huoneistojen sisälle ja ympäristö oli erittäin turvattoman oloinen. Olimme pakotteuja lähtemään toiseen majoituskohteeseen. Luultavasti meistä riippumattomista syistä menetimme myös rahamme.

AC was good, decent bed

We arrived after 4. No one at front desk as noted by others. Got code for door via email. But, code did not work. No one around to help. Returned to lobby . A man from the lobby, who never did identify himself, said he might be able to "help us out". We returned to the room with him. He let us in to the room with a master key code. Had to email to get new code for door. Asked twice if he was manager or worked for hotel. Never answered....like he did not want to admit it. Bathroom had evidence of mold. Paint peeling off ceiling. Bathroom door could only partially open.....gets caught up on floor. Simple fix....but no one has bothered. Floor outside bathroom badly scratched up. One small lamp to light room. Hallways carpets ripped in places....Badly soiled and dirty. Pool chairs in poor shape. Lounging cushions do not fit. View out the window was charming. See pics. Place is generally run down and neglected. There are other places close by for similar money that are better than this. Don't stay here.

El lugar tenía fuerte olor a marihuana todo el tiempo, la cama era demasiado pequeña para 3 adultos, la habitación también era muy pequeña en comparación a las fotos, y tuve que hospedarme en otro lugar, la persona a cargo fue muy grosera al realizar el reclamo.

I love the location! It’s so close to everything

Their receptionist is off starting 4 PM. We arrive around 10pm but the code didn’t work and we have to wait until the staff came to fix it. Then, the room is too cold and need to contact the staff through text message. Later, we figured out that they don’t do housekeeping. With the price that I paid around $200 per night, it’s definitely not making any sense. Also, the room and hallway smell like mold.

They air wasn’t working the entire trip. Also the shower wasn’t getting hot and i made a complaint with the hotel

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht, heißt - eine Stunde vor Check in. Alles ging super schnell, der Service via Chat hat immer innerhalb von Minuten reagiert und war stets aufmerksam und freundlich, auch wenn es schon nach 20 Uhr war. Ja, auch bei uns hatte anfangs der Türcode nicht funktioniert, nach einigen Minuten hatte sich das via Chat geklärt. Leider funktionierte unsere Klimaanlage nicht, aber auch hier wurde sofort noch am selben Abend eine Handwerker geschickt. Über die Lage brauchen wir nicht sprechen, es sind nur 2min bis zum Miami Beach und überall drum herum sind Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Man ist mitten drin! Wir sind morgens immer erstmal zum Sonnenaufgang schauen zum Strand spaziert. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Bad war sauber und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gut. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenniesche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und etwas Geschirr.

Das Thema mit den Türcodes und Klimaanlagen, welches ja offenbar ein größeres ist - sollte im Sinne der Zufriedenheit der Übernachtungsgäste, wirklich in den Griff zu bekommen sein... Ansonsten leider keine Kaffee-/Teezubereitungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Zimmer, nur zwei Handtücher, etwas hellhörig von den Gängen aus (bisschen Party-Hotel-Charakter) und keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel bzw auch keine Möglichkeiten kurz irgendwo zu stehen um das Gepäck ein- und auszuladen. Dafür am besten den Parkplatz um den Block nutzen (rechter Parkautomat, der links ist teurer! ;)) Aber der Gästeservice und die Lage hat die Kritik wieder wett gemacht!

En una habitacion para 4 personas, teniamos solo 2 toallas. Solicitamos 2 dias seguidos al personal y nos informan que no tienen suficiente stock de toallas. Durante toda la estancia tuvimos las 2 toallas. Las sabanas superiores quedaban chicas con respecto a la cama, eran incomodas al dormir

Les chambres sont petites et sales. Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Les instructions envoyees par message n’étaient pas bonnes. Il n’y avait pas assez de serviette et pas de draps dans le matelas supplémentaire.

Got locked out of room and no staff manning reception from 4pm! Very stressful! There is no key, just a code to get in your room. Mine worked initially then after 2 entries stopped working. I was in a rush to change and go out, when I went to reception, a sign told you to call a US number (I’m on an international phones and it’s not WhatsApp) or message booking.com). 30 minutes later I was in my room only because the bar staff (bar is independent from hotel) found maintenance man who gave me physical key - he was finishing work at 5pm (5 minutes to spare). Whilst booking did reply meanwhile with a new code this was very stressful. What if going to airport or in middle of night? I met a girl that it happened to her at 1am. On this basis alone I would not stay here - too risky. Separately when they were there, receptions staff utterly miserable. Maintenance man was very nice and a life saver just no English. Bar staff were great and very helpful but not part of the hotel. Pool is a plunge pool and area needs maintenance.

El código de ingreso no funciono. Tuvimos que esperar 2 hs para ingresar La solicitud para reposición de toallas de cama y de playa es mala. Tenes que dejar las toallas en el pasillo y con suerte te las cambian. Si no te las cambian, debes esperar 24 hs mas ya que a partir de las 16 no hay nadie. Uno de los Aires acondicionados no andaba y la ultima noche no anduvo ninguno de los aires.

Mauvais code à l’arrivée. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyé et ils m’ont demandé de payer si je voulais avoir la chambre nettoyer ( pour un séjour de 5 jours!). Après 30 ans de voyage, c’est la première fois que je vois cela dans un hôtel.

Vi anlände till hotellet på kvällen och vår kod fungerade inte så vi fick vänta 1h på att komma in. Det saknades sängkläder till ena sängen så vi fick vänta till nästa dag för att få dem. Rummet är jättefuktigt och det var ännu värre att airkonditionen inte funkade ibland. Tjejen i receptionen hade en jätte otrevlig ton när man prata med henne.

Great location very close to the main attractions, my room was quiet during the night, and the staff was friendly and very helpful in case of any issues, quick to respond to messages on the chat outside of the reception working hours

Issues with entering the room - the room entry codes provided in the initial message often didn’t work, and it took 2–3 attempts to get into the room. No hot water in the shower - even after maintenance checked it, the water remained cold regardless of how the levers were set (water in the sink was hot, so it was only an issue with the shower). This was especially inconvenient since Miami was experiencing unusually cold weather during my visit.

Service wasn't great, I spend two days requesting towels and never received them had to chase a housekeeper in the hallway to get the towels.

The great location near beach, restos, nightlife, transport, shopping, everything.the hotel offered great amenities, perfect small size, practicality, even a pool on the roof!

Communication outside main 9-4 hours was challenging. Text wasn't available thru app. The floor needed vacuuming and washing better.

The floor in the bathroom was bad and there was a crack in the bathtub which is probably why the floor was bad. We could not change the air conditioner temperature, and it was always so cold.

Quase nada: toalhas ruins, limpeza péssima, cama auxiliar sem lençóis. Central de ar pingando direto e ficou ainda pior depois que o “técnico” foi tentar consertar. O restante da estadia ficou com uma lixeira e uma toalha dentro para aparar a pingadeira que era tanta que tive esvaziar o lixeira no banheiro.

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz im vorhinein gebucht, reserviert und bezahlt.ir wurde gesagt am Tag der Ankunft erhalten wir eine Nachricht wo wir den Parkplatz und den Zugang dazu finden. Dies kam nicht. Wir mussten in einem Parkverbot eine Straße weiter halten um mit der Rezeption zu sprechen wo wir parken können. Dort war leider niemand. Also versuchten wir mit dem zugesendeten Code ins Zimmer zu kommen. Der Code funktionierte nicht. Über Booking.com mit Unterkunft geschrieben. Code wurde dann ein neuer zugesendet und Parkplatzinfos kamen dann auch. Das hat uns aoles mind 1h an Zeit gekostet, welche zu vermeiden gewesen wäre. Es war auch sehr dreckig und wurde nicht geputzt. Ich rate von der Unterkunft ab

primero el hotel ofrece estacionamiento, no tiene, es mentira, luego ofrecen uno pagado por 20 dolares diarios, pero te lo quitan si lo tienen comprometido para algun dia, les avise 3 meses antes que necesitaba estacionamiento, y decian escriba mas cerca de la fecha, asi lo hice pero el primer dia que llegue tarde no habia nadie, ni estacionamiento, no teine recepcion, solo de 9 a 16 horas, y hay que entrar a un bar oscuro para entrar al hotel, y ese bar no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, la primera y la ultima noche tuve que pagar 70 dolares en un parking cercano, por que dijeron que esa noche no tenian disponibilidad para el estacionamiento pagado, no hacen aseo, no reponen articulos de limpieza, se activan alarmas de noche haciendo ruidos infernales, y ni aparecen a apagarlas suenan horas, una iluminacion pauperrima, una ambientacion horrible, es realmente un mal hotel , no es un airbnb, osea esperas un minimo de gestion , nunca vimos a nadie del personal del hotel, salvo para decirnos que solo tenian disponibilidad de estacionamiento 3 dias, y habia que pagarlos de inmediato , pasamos 5 dias que ni queriamos volver al hotel, realemnte malo, EL BAÑO CON CUCARACHAS!!!!

Chambre 206 aucune serviettes de bain, récupération serviettes de bain dans la 208 Chambre 208, lit indisponible car pas de draps et de couverture. Chambre inutilisable ! Mise à disposition de la chambre 325 en remplacement de la 208 à 24h30 ! Personne à l'accueille pour nous renseigner et le standard ne répond pas

Arrivée tardive. Code envoyé par sms ne fonctionnait pas, personne à l’accueil. Au bout d’un certain temps, le barman a quand même appelé un homme d’entretien que nous avons encore attendu 20 minutes pour nous ouvrir la porte. Le lendemain le code ne fonctionnait toujours pas alors qu’on nous avait dit que ce serai réglé. Nous avons eu très froid la première nuit car pas de couvertures dans la chambre. Aussi le ménage n’est pas fait, même une fois de temps en temps, il faut le demander !!!

Останавливалась в отеле на 6 дней перед круизом по Восточным Карибам ! Отель имеет очень удачное расположение и стильный интерьер на первом этаже! При отеле есть хороший бар и кафе с вкусной кухней! Пляж и основные прогулочные и тусовочные зоны в шаговой доступности.

Не понравилось то, что на мои просьбы, такие как дать одеяло, когда я приехала было очень холодно и выключить кондиционер, мне не отказали, но и не выполнили . Я сама договаривалась с горничной , которая тут же все решила)

The room and bed were comfortable. It was a small room but ample for our stay. The location was excellent. We were in walking distance to everything and a half block to the beach. The front desk attendant was friendly and as helpful as possible.

The communication was very much lacking. During the hours of 9am - 4 pm the front desk attendant was very responsive and helpful but she apparently had no real authority with regards to the reservation. Our travel plans were greatly affected by the "winter vortex" that left us stranded in the Charlotte airport for a day and a half. We attempted to message this hotel two days prior to check in to see if we could come in a day early to avoid the storm but there was very little response and finally we were "ghosted" by them. So, we kept our original plans and lost an entire day of vacation, arriving at 8:30 pm the second day into our reservation. Upon arrival, we tried to use the provided code to get into the room, this did not work. We were able to message with the "after hours" staff who tried to provide us with a new code to no avail. We were eventually given the code to the lock box and were able to gain access to the room with the key. The next day, the desk attendant sent us a new code that did work for the remained of our stay. Our first night was very cold since the temp was down to 38 degrees and Miami apparently does not have heat in most buildings. We had a sheet and a very thin cover. We did request a blanket the next day and we were able to obtain both a blanket and a comforter. The rest of our stay was comfortable. The towels are like sandpaper and there was no housekeeping, replacement towels or trash removal during our 4 day stay. There is a microwave, small fridge and toaster in the room but no coffee maker. The morning of the day prior to our departure I inquired at the front desk about extending our stay for one day. She stated that she was unable to manage this request on her end but that she would contact the owners to see if this was possible. I received no answer until the evening which made no sense and said that I should ask at the desk after 9 the next day.

They responded promptly to every request we had, and the location is great — right next to the beach. For the price, it’s an excellent accommodation in Miami.

It can be a bit noisy on weekends for light sleepers, as there is a bar downstairs.

No me gustó que no hay personal en la recepción las 24 hs.....si tenés algún problema no tenés a quien recurrir. Limpieza pésimo y la terraza sucia.

Localisation idéale : Lincoln road et ses commerces à 5 min., Plage à 5min, Arrêt de bus au pied Chambre confortable et plus spacieuse que pensé Facilité d'échange avec le personnel soit via la personne présente à l'accueil ou la messagerie ce qui permet les échanges par écrit.

RAS Attention comme tous hôtels aux US l'insonorisation n'est pas top mais non spécifique à cet hôtel.
