Que sufrí el hurto de mi mochila y no me ayudaron. Era obvio que alguien que llevaba viajando 20 días no va en chanclas y el cepillo de dientes en una bolsa de plástico..

I absolutely love this hostel. The lay out is perfect. Outdoor kitchen was amazing and they let the guests use it which was a huge plus for us as we like to make our own food or have option to reheat food. The pool was lovely to dip in after walking around and getting all sweaty. It is a younger crowd that stays here but very chill vibes. Staff is very friendly. Quick laundry service. Shower was pretty warm and the toilets flushed decently (both challenges of traveling through southeast Asia if you aren't already accustomed to the area). I will always choose to stay here when I visit Hoi An. I think I could live here permanently to be honest. Just loved it so much. Exactly what I was looking for. They allowed me to stay here with my 14 year old son even though booking site says no children and I am beyond grateful for this.

I loved everything about it but it would have been better if the air conditioner was working. Sleeping with windows opens = lots of mosquitoes and other bugs but windows closed makes it so stuffy. Our room was adjacent to the showers which made it even more muggy. They do not serve food or drinks outside a short window in morning for breakfast. There is no bar even though it was advertised as having one.

Great location, space and dorms. Can book tours too which were really good and hire bikes!

Man kan selv vælge, om man vil have spejlæg eller omelet. God beliggenhed.

Ingen aircondition på værelset, lugtede af skimmelsvamp, synlige vandskader på værelset, vinduer kunne ikke lukkes, lysforurening om aftenen/natten.

כביכול נראה טוב אך החדר היה עם עובש רב לא מצדיק את המחיר. הבריכה עם חרקים והסנוקר עקום. חבל שבעלי ההוסטל לא מטופחים אותו.

Nice hostel with a great outdoor area with swimming pool, pool table and nice seating. Staff were nice and friendly, included breakfast was good too

Die Atmosphäre, endlich ein Ort mit Hippie island Touch, Backpacker aus aller Welt, ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht mit meinen 50+, was eine gute Entscheidung war

Die Sanitären Anlagen und die Duschen und Toiletten, es gibt keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück

Schöner Außenbereich, viel Platz und großer Pool. Kostenloses Frühstück, allerdings gab es nur Eier mit Brot.

Durch die vielen Fenster kann man den Raum nicht gut abdunkeln und es ist auch sehr hellhörig.

The pool was nice and they had breakfast with eggs.

De kamer was erg vochtig waardoor het stonk. Veel schimmel en vlekken op alles. De douche had geen optie voor warm water. Bij het ontbijt kon je niks te drinken krijgen niet eens een glas water. Het was erg duur voor een slechte kamer. Geen deken en het matras was een schuimblok wat was uitgesneden. Voor het zelfde bedrag heb je veel beter elders.

The location was good and the staff were helpful. They have a pool, pool tables and free breakfast (small). They offer tours at a reasonable price.

We booked a private room and it was very run down with a damp smell. There only seemed to be 1 shower working

Honestly it was fine for the price and the staff were great!

Beds were good but I couldn't breathe in the dorm- as the fan wasn't even close to hitting the bed, it smelt sweaty and my bunk was so close to the ceiling - which was dusty and 2 seconds away from the WiFi router. If your expecting privacy or cleanliness this is not the place. But if u need somewhere super cheap to sleep for a few days in central hoian it's good for what it is. I feel like the place could massively improve with just a few tweaks

It is a good location.

I expected a room with working air con, my room didn’t have that, it was stuffy as soon as I went in, the window was open to obviously circulate air, but it just lead to mosquitoes getting in and I was bit during the night. There was a fan on the ceiling but the switch to it was with someone else’s bunk, which was the same for the light switch, so the room was just in darkness the whole time. The bathroom also wasn’t the cleanest, there were marks on the walls and the door is just held shut by a big wooden peg

Airco op de kamer werkte voor geen meter 2 nacht halverwege maar buiten gaan liggen om daar nog even door te slapen. Kamer zelf was namelijk een gratis sauna

La posizione è ottima: un luogo tranquillo, a due passi dal centro ma lontano dal caos. L’area comune del giardino con piscina è molto bella e rilassante

La camera era un po’ fatiscente e datata; ho provato ad attaccare il caricatore del telefono a una presa ed ha fatto una scintilla, quindi ho dovuto usare la powerbank. I bagni sono molto molto essenziali

L’emplacement proche du centre, possibilité de louer vélo et scooter pour se déplacer en ville. Ménage fait tous les matins dans les chambres. L’extérieur avec la piscine est très agréable.

Location was nice, easy. Plants were great there. Easy to park moto.

Aircon did not work in the dorm room, and unfortunately staff had gone home already. 😔

Cheap hostel possibility of breakfast bunch of activities pool

The AC in 6 bed room was not working so it wasn't pleasant to stay there especially on the top bed.

The only highlight is that the breakfast looks pretty nice

Bed 1 smells bad - no fresh sheets, 2 the water heater is broken, 3 the pool water is dirty and makes my skin itch after swimming 4Didn't offer towels on their own, had to ask the next day to get them. The manager was really rude, acting like I owe her money

The place itself is not like the pictures, looks poorly maintained; it has a great potential to be quiet the place if someone gives it some love. The bathrooms were dirty and there was not soap to wash your hands. The walls and the bed was full of bagworms and lastly, I asked for fried eggs for breakfast but they were undercooked, I had to scoop out the undercooked egg white y just half a bread, no love whatsoever in it 🤷‍♀️

Amazing place to socialize. I walked in and was really surprised by the hostel. The staff are amazing and super friendly and interesting. All the good people come here so I recommend

Bathroom and shower could use a little upgrade

Le personnel est adorable, toujours à l'écoute pour nos questions. Le gardien de nuit est tout autant adorable. Le lieu propose des activités via des prestataires, location de vélo (30000 VND la journée) ... L'énergie du lieu est vraiment superbe : reposante, sécurisante, agréable. Cela pourrait ressembler à une maison de vacances en ville avec une terrasse couverte ses sofas, une piscine, un billard... Le tout à 10 min a pied de la vieille ville.

Le seul point négatif est la propreté des lieux. Le balais était passé quotidiennement à l'extérieur, mais les espaces intérieurs, je n'en suis pas sûre. L'espace salle de bain mériterait un nettoyage quotidien, surtout qu'il n'y a que 2 douches qui sont utilisées au quotidien (je n'ai jamais vu de bouchons aux douches en 1 semaine, le nombre est suffisant).

Die Lage ist gut, da man Ruhe hat und trotzdem innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Altstadt ist.

Das große Dorm ("Cozy room") hat leider Schimmelflecken an den Wänden und der Decke. Die Duschen waren dreckig und die Waschbecken - einfach nur eklig. Als ich nach Seife gefragt habe zum Hände waschen -> hieß es nur: We don't have. Heißt über 50 Menschen gehen tagtäglich aufs Klo und fassen tausend Dinge an und können sich dann nicht einmal die Hände mit Seife waschen. Einfach widerlich!!

Super Lage. Herzliche Mitarbeiter. Es war perfekt.

the dorms were very uncomfortable, 0 privacy at all, i could see the people sleeping next to me. also they left the doors open all day, which is insecure and also made the room full of mosquitos. very difficult task to sleep at night

Die Lage ist super. Nah an der Altstadt und man kann das meiste zu Fuß erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und der Außenbereich des Hostels ist sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann dort super entspannen und an heißen Tagen am Pool sein.

Leider war das Bett in unserem Zimmer sehr unbequem. Die Matratze war sehr dünn. Außerdem war alles sehr hellhörig und man konnte nur schwierig lüften, da dann das Zimmer voller Mücken war. Eventuell wäre es schön Fliegengitter anzubringen.

el hostel está ubicado a una distancia perfecta del centro, es un buen lugar para relajar ya que no se escucha casi nada del afuera. el hostel ofrece desayuno, que varía todos los días, es básico pero por el precio está bien. la cocina está disponible para cocinar y también los utensilios. la recepcionista es super amable y atenta hay bastante verde y las habitaciones son grandes l

la limpieza realmente nula, hay mucho polvo en las habitaciones, camas e instalaciones. durante los días que estuve vi ratas, y muchos bichos (que reflejan la poca falta de higiene y cuidado del lugar)

Las almohadas no tenían fundas. El lugar necesita mejoras, muchas mejoras para poder ser aceptable.

The bycicles I rented broke down (2 days in a row that I rented). The VIP nightbus that was recommended to go from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh was more than 3 hours late to arrive in Ho Chi Minh 🥲 It was advertised aa expensive as it has more comfort due to wider seats but these seats were also short🤣 so I could not stretch my legs properly. And this delay is a no go. Also, only 1 bathroom actually had more or less hot water.

Sally at the front desk was really nice and helpful - the location was nice, close but kind of a 10 minute walk from the action so it doesn’t feel very crowded

The vibes were a bit off, not very social and the room could have been ventilated a bit - it smelled very strongly of old spice - i think this was unique to the room I had I think maybe due to low season and rain I didn’t get a great impression but for the price I probably could have gotten a hotel for a similar price - I picked a hostel to maybe connect with people but I found it not great for that

El personal que trabaja ahi es muy amable y simpatico y la zona comun esta muy bien. Los baños bastante limpios. El desayuno muy bueno.

Everything is good. I will stay again when i comeback to Hoi An.

旧市街に近いが、住宅街にあるため、静かな環境で庭も広く快適に過ごせました。

After a month in Vietnam, his hostel was our favourite place to socialize - not full on party hostel, but a very chill vibe, nice common area, and friendly guests & staff! We've been trying to find something like this ever since we left 🙏🏼

The staff were so lovely! Breakfast was nice and included. There was a chilled, peaceful atmosphere in the communal area.

J'ai payée 30 euros pour une chambre duplex. Ce n'était pas propre, j'ai eu 2 rats dans ma chambre, des cafards, des lézards. Chambre non insonorisé même avec des boules quies j'entendais toute la nuit des rats ou autre animaux grouiller partout autour de la chambre. Je n'ai pas dormi durant mes 2 nuits ici. La salle de bain est très mal agencé douche entre les toilettes et le lavabo. Araignée morte dans mon lits, tâches,... Le petit déjeuner est très maigre (des oeufs avec un bout de salade et deux rondelles de concombres). Honnêtement je n'ai pas du tout apprécié.. Le rapport qualité prix n'est vraiment pas fou

There were rats in the roof. We could hear them crawling around at night, would have left but had paid for the full 4 nights.

There were bed bugs 5/9 guests staying saw rats on the grounds I personally saw a rat less than 1 meter from the communal sink I’ve never stayed somewhere before where I had to check the bathrooms and showers for rats before use Power kept cutting leaving the room too hot to spend time in Laundry came back tie dye and mixed leaving clothes lost never to be found Good value but you’re better off spending more money elsewhere for comfort and hygiene

Welcoming and very friendly staff. Felt like home! Gao the pup quickly became my bestie and I will miss her so much. Pool is lovely, good pool table. Double room is great value for money. Will miss Hoi an and will miss serendipity! Thank you guys!

The staff here are amazing. They’re very hospitable, and kind. The vibe of the hostel itself is really warming. There’s plenty of spaces to hang out and meet people, and the pool is cleaned regularly, which is a rarity amongst some of the other places we stayed at while travelling. The showers are good, and the room is cleaned regularly. The beds are comfy enough, and the A/C works well. The breakfast does the job, and has some variety as well. Also, the walk to the centre isn’t very far; making it the perfect spot for a calm and convenient atmosphere. It is perfect for its price range.

I was unfortunate enough to have the bed next to the door, and because the bed curtains are only very thin bits of fabric (which don’t entirely cover the length of the bed), I was often woken up by people opening and closing the door, especially early in the morning. Also our window was broken for the first day, which meant some insects got into the room. Not a big deal, but a bit frustrating. However, the staff were quick to fix it, which was appreciated. Lastly, one of the guests was a bit inconsiderate. He’d play loud music through a speaker while smoking weed outside our room, which isn’t the end of the world, but isn’t an ideal thing to wake up to. This isn’t really the hostel’s fault, but they didn’t do anything about it

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, clean and calm. Beautiful surrounding with swimmingpool and bilard, many activities to do, close to town - only 10min walking

The hosts were extremely helpful at any time of the day (or night) and made me feel at home. Everyone staying there were roaming around property with very much comfort, freedom and flexibility. You never felt compelled to ask for certain permissions for something. The hosts are warm and lovely and make you feel pretty comfortable. The hostel has many amenities to entertain yourself for a long stay as Hoi An deserves that kind of attention. Not only it has great attractions nearby but the hosts are also encouraging you to explore around new places off beaten way.. also you feel the calm peaceful vibe of the world heritage town here. just come here for a long stay than your "itinerary" and absorb the vibe of Hoi An.

Double bed was uncomfortable and springy. Bathroom functional but old, and everything wasn't the most clean.

super nice atmosphere, the staff were super kind and friendly, this was my first stop solo and i immediately made friends and felt super at home!

This is a very cozy hostel. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very social, they even organize nice dinners together! The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. I would have loved to stay longer!
