Het personeel, de locatie en de riad. Alles was super! We hebben echt een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het personeel hielp ons ten alle tijden waar mogelijk en de locatie was top! Echt een rustpuntje midden in de drukke medina.

Het een persoons bed was wat aan de harde kant, echter viel niets écht tegen!

Location Taxis struggled to find this location. So were unable to find this riad , extremely inconvenient especially when it was very hot !

Nice location in Medina to the main square. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are many shops near by which is helpful.

I think to say that they have a pool is a stretch to far. I would describe it more as a pond or a decorative water feature. It sits at the front of the reception which again is not an ideal location for it. This place is more suitable for friends and couples who want a cultural experience of a Riad . My children struggled with their being no TV or outside space in the evening though there was wifi.

Gostamos do quarto e wc , muito espaçosos. O Riad é muito grande, muito bonito. Parece um paraíso. Está bem localizado, pode-se ir a pé para vários sitios dentro da Medina. Os funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

Wonderful staff. We loved the massage option. Sadly we missed breakfast both mornings because of our schedule.

Outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. Alli picked us up from taxi drop off. Abdulahi and Abdul was also very helpful. Great breakfast with a nice varieties to pick from. Literally all the staffs were friendly and very polite. We would definitely be coming back. Thanks guys.

A lovely oasis tucked away in a side street in the Medina, 10 mins walk from the main square. The staff were wonderful and assisted us throughout our stay. The Riad was beautifully presented and had a luxury feel. The room was a little small but the bathroom was excellent. There is a small plunge pool but don't know if it's usable as it's right next to reception in the central room.

The breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic. The location was easy to navigate and the family of this Riad were so kind and friendly, always there to help me with my pitiful phone problems and wifi. Thank you

Vedendo le recensioni mi aspettavo di più, sia dalla stanza, sia dalla colazione, sia dall'esperienza generale. La colazione non era a buffet e bisognava chiedere per avere qualsiasi cosa.

La atencion de todo el personal. Los detalles en el trato. La decoración y el té . El desayuno muy completo.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, personal muy amable, parking incluido Habitación suficientemente amplia. La segunda habitación ocupada tenía dos camas sin les alejadas una de la otra, es una buena opción para amigos o hermanos, pero no necesariamente para una pareja. Quienes la usaron no la encontraron cómoda ni acogedora en cuanto a lo descrito y la firma alargada Cama cómoda. Buenas almohadas Desayuno muy rico, abundante y variado, en el roof top

Location and what a surprise inside

Great location, property is beautiful and staff very friendly. They gave us tips on where to go and stored our luggage on the next day.

The spa (Hamam) was advertised to be available and we were looking forward to it but when we arrived we were told that it takes 4 hours to get it warm and we need to pay for a message for them to start it.

Struttura accogliente, bella elegante e pulita, silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, letti molto comodi, colazione ottima. Staff gentilissimo..aereo in ritardo ci hanno aspettate oltre l’orario di chiusura della cucina e abbiamo potuto cenare!

Superbe riad ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : le riad est très beau et très propre , très bien placé et le personnel est aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très copieux et de très bonnes tajines au diner ! Nous reviendrons volontiers pour tester les massages !

The property is beautiful. Decor is lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic. People were very accommodating. Location was inside the Medina so easy walking distance to all places.

Being charged extra for water bottles without any forewarning. Water is available right outside the hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fab and we had a dinner on our arrival which was also great. In the Great Marrakesh Tagine-Off, it was right up there.

We were lead to believe we could get an early-evening drink on the roof terrace but unfortunately the Riad is dry, and it would be good if we had tea making facilities in the room for that early morning cuppa and a read. However, our holiday was only for 4 nights so not too bad and breakfast made up for it.

The staff were amazing, super knowledgeable and happy to help plan our trip so we got the most our of our visit. They were great with the kids too. The Riad itself felt like a piece of paradise hidden in the chaos of Marrakech. The breakfasts were beautiful with plenty of choice. We ate on the rooftop dining area of the Riad one night and the food was incredible. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the main square.

I stayed a week at this beautiful Riad. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping cleans the room daily.I also want to give high praise to the Manager Younes and his staff. If you want an authentic experience inside the medina, don't hesitate to book this Riad.I highly recommended Riad Andallaspa.

Ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern in diesem wunderschönen und stilvollen Riad und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Empfang war herzlich und das gesamte Team äußerst hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der schnelle Service: Mein Bett war mir zunächst etwas zu hart, doch sofort wurde ein zusätzlicher Topper organisiert. Auch bei Einkäufen im Souk wurde uns Unterstützung angeboten – einfach per WhatsApp ein Foto schicken und eine ehrliche Preiseinschätzung erhalten. Beim Safran hat diese zu 100 % gepasst 😊 Das Frühstück war üppig und vielseitig: süße Speisen wie Croissants, Brot und Marmelade, dazu frisch gepresster Orangensaft und Joghurt. Auf Wunsch wurden uns auch herzhafte Alternativen wie Omelette oder Käse serviert. Der Kaffee war nicht ganz mein Geschmack, dafür war der Thé à la Menthe hervorragend. Ein besonderes Highlight war die wunderschöne Dachterrasse, die in verschiedene Bereiche unterteilt ist und sich perfekt zum Entspannen – sowohl tagsüber als auch abends – eignet. In der Lobby gibt es zudem einen kleinen Pool. Das Riad ist gut erreichbar (bis auf ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg mit dem Taxi), und wir wurden sogar von Mitarbeitern abgeholt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war vorbildlich. Auch der Treffpunkt für Ausflüge lag nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die familiäre Verabschiedung hat uns sehr berührt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Riad Andallaspa wärmstens weiter.

Im Bad wäre etwas mehr Platz zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern praktisch.

Andallaspa è un riad di grande bellezza, con un’estetica marocchina di grande charme, estremamente curata: un vero balsamo per gli occhi. Temevo che lo stile fosse eccessivamente “locale”, invece si è rivelato semplicemente meraviglioso in ogni dettaglio. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la gentilezza del personale, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati dal primo istante rispondendo in modo tempestivo e cortese a ogni esigenza. Una menzione speciale ai ragazzi del servizio colazione, sorridenti e accoglienti. Abbiamo anche gustato una deliziosa cena al ristorante dell’hotel e apprezzato un fantastico hammam e massaggio. Infine, la posizione è centralissima, a 8/9 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e il souk dietro l’angolo.

Wirklich rund um 10/10. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Begrüßung ist sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Das Riad, welches sogar aus 2 Riads besteht ist wunderschön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war super und sehr komfortabel. Das traditionelle Frühstück ist sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend um Kraft für den Tag zu schaffen. Kaffee,Tee,Kakao,frischer Orangensaft und Trinkjoghurt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch wenn es etwas teurer ist, das war es absolut wert.

The staff were helpful and accomodating. They welcomed us with a quick overview of key areas/things to see close by to the Riad (walking distance) which was helpful. This Riad was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint.

We hebben hier een geweldig verblijf gehad. Alles was uitstekend geregeld! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de riad was prachtig, met nette en schone kamers. Bovendien ligt het op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in de medina. Echt perfect! Ik zou deze plek absoluut aanraden.

The location was perfect, staff were exceptional and could not do enough to help. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff.

The breakfast was okay but stayed the same each day. It would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

This delightful riad provided a peaceful oasis in what one could call the chaos of the Medina. We loved exploring the hundreds of souks, shops, carts and alleys but always loved to come back to the calm of our accommodation. Each room is unique and beautifully decorated, beds and linens were top quality, lots of hot water and a delightful rooftop restaurant ( though chilly during our three days). The staff, as other reviewers have stated, are all outstanding in their courtesy, kindness and desire to make our stay perfect. We were 4 senior Canadians and we all would without hesitation give Riad Andallaspa our highest recommendation. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful, but it was the staff that really made the stay amazing! Everyone was very considerate and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Communication ahead of time and luggage storage after was also extremely helpful!

Un séjour parfait ! Le riad est sublime, encore plus beau que sur les photos – décor magnifique, ambiance chaleureuse et calme absolu. Les chambres sont très propres, impeccables du début à la fin. Le staff est aux petits soins, toujours disponible, souriant et vraiment sympathique. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner : copieux, varié, délicieux chaque matin ! Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés, j’y retournerai sans hésiter ❤️🌿

We booked a family room for four of us which includes my mother, who has knee problems following knee surgery. This was clearly mentioned both at the time of booking and again on arrival. When we entered the family room, the smell was absolutely unbearable — strong sewage and feces odor. We immediately informed the manager. He moved us upstairs into two separate rooms for two days, which was not by our choice but because the original room was uninhabitable. After two days, he moved us back downstairs into another room, fully aware that my mother cannot climb stairs. Shockingly, this room had the bedroom downstairs and the toilet upstairs, making it extremely difficult and unsafe for her. When we raised this issue, the manager insisted we return to the original family room, saying, “You paid for a family room, so you are occupying two rooms.” This was completely unreasonable, as we never asked for two rooms — we didnt occupy the two separate rooms by choice, but due to their lack of providing us with a better room. We were told the issue would be repaired, but throughout our entire stay, nothing was fixed. Despite repeated complaints, we were made to endure this disgusting smell. To make matters worse, on the last day, I asked the manager to settle the account. He calculated the total and told me the amount, which I paid in full by card. There were no ATMs or currency exchange offices accepting NZ dollars, so we paid what the hotel requested by card. While we were on the way to the airport, the hotel driver received a call from the manager saying he had calculated the bill incorrectly and that we had paid less. We were then made to run around under time pressure to give him additional money — which we did — despite this being entirely his mistake. This experience was stressful, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. The lack of cleanliness, disregard for a guest with mobility issues, and poor management make this hotel unacceptable.

Nothing of any significance. A minor point made elsewhere is that the chairs on the rooftop patio make an unsettling scraping sound if you’re in the room below. A bit of rubber on the chair legs?

Exceptionally quiet, good design & great breakfast. We stayed at 4 different Riad locations and this was by far the winner. This is the only Riad I would recommend if you are accustomed to 4 star amenities.
