With wonderful sea views this house relaxing the guest in many ways.

The hot-water service seems irregular which perhaps is best to be advised to guests prior to or on arrival.

The view and the house’s interesting architecture and garden. The house was very spacious and comfortable.

Needs a microwave. (There was no sugar)

Stunning views. Good parking. Very comfortable beds.

No microwave. Took meals with us but couldn't heat them, realized how essential and how much we depend on using a microwave

A beautiful house with amazing garden, good location easy to reach main spot of the city, facilities and maintenance is fare enough for the price.

I really love this house — it's clean, tidy, and bright, making it very comfortable to stay in. The garden is also well maintained; it's lovely to sit on the grass and watch the sunrise and sunset.

Spacious , very clean and comfortable with brilliant views from the large sitting room windows. Easy to walk into old town centre. Hill back up was good exercise!

It would be nice to have some outdoor furniture on the terrace. An update to the kitchen to match the modern bathroom would be good.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable with good quality beds and bed linen, The water view from the lounge was a bonus..

The only area of the house where we felt there could have been more facilities was the kitchen. Although there is a dishwasher drawer it would have been handy to have dish-washing liquid and a tea towel and maybe some paper towels. There is no microwave.

Nothing could be better people who would complain about that place don’t have the right to stay there

Good view! Spacious rooms. Clean beds. Nice host.

View is exceptional and the home is very roomy.

Some areas of the kitchen had a bit of a minor smell to them.

Great location in Oamaru, short distance to heritage district. Panoramic view from lounge! Spacious, all facilities, off street car park. Warm and comfortable. Good stuff.

What’s not to like?

View, location, and the lovely garden.

The rooms with no furniture were a mystery. Instructions for the use of the stove would have been helpful.

Great location and plenty of space

The sea view was incredible - coming from Central Otago we all enjoyed the coastal outlook! Beds were very comfy, lounge is a cosy space to relax in, bathroom is modern and fresh. Massive garden section was a hit with the kids! The kitchen was our biggest challenge; being a family and staying 5 nights we required a few more utensils to be able to prep and cook. Natalie (host) was extremely accommodating with this, and went out of her way to have the extra items dropped off to us.

Just a few more practical items for longer stays would be ideal - such as cleaning spray and cloth, dish brush, replacement bin liners, wider variety of kitchen utensils as mentioned above.

The property was beautiful, spacious and heaps of cupboard space. The view was spectacular. A perfect experience

Lovely views, very clean, comfortable beds, lots of space.

The hall floor was very slippery. Took off our shoes indoors, and 3 falls! Luckily no real injuries.

A few additional things in the kitchen would have been handy (bowls for cereal, a cutting knife, a pair of tongs).

We loved the gardens, the house has been well maintained in the era it was built. The updated bathroom was superb.

It would have been great to have some wall hangings pictures etc

A very charming property with a lovely old world feel about it. Great views and so close to all the good stuff to be seen and done in Oamaru.

Seaview Cottage was clean, comfortable and spacious. Whilst this house is older it has charm with modern touches. There is a large lovely garden and ample parking system.

There was nothing not to like.

Lack of cutlery, Crockery, cleaning supplies, stove on auto, more basic kitchen items. Air freshener in toilet, Tv was not working, the host had to change it only basic tv remained.

Beautiful home with a great view. Super comfy beds.

As someone who likes to cook, there were many things missing. There was no cooking implements, no bottle or can opener, no serving spoon, no straight edge knife. I just didn’t want to email about every little thing I couldn’t find.

The location and view were amazing. Easy to find and close to all amenities (within walking distance). Clean, comfortable, everything you need for two ppl for a short stay. I would recommend this home. Thank you. Kind regards Michelle and Steve

It was fine for one night, but any longer, and we would be looking for a washing/dryer machine. Might be a good idea to have at least a washing machine. Thank you.

The place has the most beautiful views! Great location, spacious house, beautiful yard and helpful host. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
