Their warm hospitality, prompt service, sense of responsibility, and the well-ventilated rooms were truly impressive. The quality and taste of the food, along with the exceptional attention and care shown by everyone towards us, made our experience extremely pleasant and memorable. We were genuinely impressed and very happy with our stay.

I was not informed that there was a swimming pool available on the premises and that guests could use it.

The restaurant is so great, clean and neat. The food it’s just perfect but the most important aspect is the service! Special mention to Saranya, our waitress, the most kind and patient person you could ask for to make your dinner relaxing and amazing. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff provided excellent service during check-in. They were friendly, Ms.varsha welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Great customer service from the moment we arrived!

Good spacious well decorated rooms. We had a few issues. Room given to us AC was not working. After a lot of effort room was changed. Another room given doir did not lock automatically. By chance we realised. Finally learnt a hack how to lock on my own...sugfestiin.. please check all things are ok before giving the room. Goid variety breakfast.

Excellent place and Polite staff with great comfortable rooms coupled up with culture and tradition, The staff in the dining makes big difference and makes your stay extra special. Swimming pool was neatly maintained. Hats off to the entire team, keep up the good work.

We had been traveling around Tamil Nadu and Kerala for 3 weeks when we ended up in Madurai for two days. I booked two nights at The JC Residency. From the moment I arrived I knew I had made a mistake. In comparison to the hospitality we had received through out our journey this was by far the worse. On approaching reception we were told, rather rudely, to go and sit down and wait. It came as a shock since everywhere else we had been so welcomed. Staff were always so helpful and informative. Not here. We were told that the upgrade we had booked on booking .com was not available so took a cheaper room instead. We had booked a Heritage Executive Room and were given an Executive room instead. We were ask to pay upfront for this. Clearly a case of over booking. Poor management. Miraculously at check out we were informed that actually we were in an Heritage Executive so had to pay more. The exchange must have happened in our sleep. The transformation was difficult to detect. The young ladies behind the desk looked at us like all of a sudden they understood no English. Can I also say that if this was Heritage executive the room was tacky. Aged and worn. The toilet seat was broken amounts the endless details that just did not live up to the standard expected. I would have thought that with such a majestic name the quality would have matched. Hate to think what a plain double would have looked like. On a plus side the chap working in their ground floor boutique was a delight and the restaurant was rather good. For the simple fact that we were ripped off I really can not recommend this hotel to anyone. India has so much to offer and very friendly and warm people. Just not at the JC Residency!

We had a wonderful experience with the hotel front desk team. Everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. They were always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. Excellent customer service ms. Varsha and a truly friendly team. We really appreciate their hospitality and would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel service and overall staff performance are very good especially mr.akash great service . The team demonstrates a professional attitude and provides friendly, respectful, and efficient service to guests. Staff members are attentive to guest requirements and make genuine efforts to ensure guest satisfaction. Communication between departments is generally good, and employees work together effectively to maintain smooth daily operations.

Gostei do conforto da cama, do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro, da decoração do quarto e das áreas comuns do hotel e da hospitalidade do pessoal da recepção e das camareiras.

As refeições eram satisfatórias mas acho que poderiam ter um pouco mais de opções ocidentais no cardápio. Também acho que a cozinha precisa ser um pouquinho mais limpa.

Excellent stay and good breakfast . Very courteous and polite staff . Ac in room309 was not giving sufficient cooling . Varsha from reception guided us for a good darshan in Meenakshi temple and staff kept our luggage for three hours in cloak room after we checked out .

Captain Murugan service excellent. He so humble and helpful person. Chapati and phulka so delicious. Fried rice very nice. All staff so helpful.

She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided outstanding hospitality, making the entire check-in process smooth and ensuring all our needs were taken care of throughout our visit. I’d also like to thank Mr. Ramachandran, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He was extremely helpful with our luggage, offered us refreshing drinks, and made a wonderful first impression with his kindness and professionalism. The excellent service, genuine hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay at JC Residency Madurai truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madurai, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

The only area for improvement would be reducing wait times during busy periods and offering a faster digital check-in option. Overall, it was a pleasant and welcoming experience.

Lovely hotel. Super friendly, helpful staff. They helped me get taxis, arrange visits to a hair salon, a guide for the Mrenakshi temple. The restaurant made special "zero spice" food for me since i.m unable to tolerate chili peppers. I will be back soon!

Some of the breakfast items appeared quite oily, particularly the peanuts and baked vegetables. Please consider reducing the oil content by at least one-third to make them healthier.

Shout out to Varsha, who did a beautiful henna drawing on my wife. Breakfast was good. They packed us breakfast on our last day as we had to leave before 7:00 AM. That was very sweet. Also, the AC worked very well.

We had our family get together and lunch buffet at JC Residency. Buffet had ample variety to cater wide age group, taste and quality was great. I must say the standout was Madras Netthili Fish Curry with Mango. Must say about excellent service and kudos to restaurant manager Arun and his staff made our experience memorable.
