We were assigned on the third floor and the stairs were stiffed. I was with my 2 senior parents. The room is good for 3 but the space is not that good. No hot shower. Weak bidet water. No flush. Staff forgot to give us bath towels.

Noisy due to months of construction. Water leaking in entryway. Shared bathroom etc which wasn’t in description. Dirty floors, broken toilet seat, aging decor and wood cupboards. Another guest breaks into room. Stairways too thin to penthouse. All this and staff refused a refund

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!! Banging on walls heard and felt beginning around 830 am until 7 pm. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED TO SLEEP. Booking should require the host to inform if major construction is underway. Im giving you my hard earned money so i can rest. 1500 php for a room with shared bathroom isnt great either...veranda residence nearby is lesS than 1200 and you get your own bathroom with no banging on walls.

They don’t have toiletries in the room.
