Very afforable and quality service.

Host were very accommodating. Did not know they can only accept cash or gCash for payment, which I neither had. But were okay to checkin and make the payment later. Location very ideal.as the pension house is just inside the Greenville Subd. -- location 10-min walk to the south entrances of Robinsons Place. You can always take a tricycle ride. Thru the barangay. Very safe. I once stayed until closing time having a lakatan banana shake at Robinson's Place . Decided to walk. Well lighted street and neighborhood. Not ce people in the neighborhood. My room was on the ground floor. Two twin beds, lots of space. No fridge however, but next time I will borrow an icebox, if available hehe😁 Very clean. Bath had a on-demand water heater. But never used it, the tap water was actually very warm so must come from a metal water tank. Bed very comfortable. Strong wifi. Thus place I would return again. 13 stars out of 10.!

I liked the room's size, plus it had a kitchen, a small table, and lots of storage.

The shower head wasn't fully working, but it was easy to overlook with everything else that I liked about the room.

1. I was not told that I needed to pay by cash (only) 2. Bed I slept on smelled 3. Bathroom door handle almost fell off and the front door did not feel safe when closed 4. The room needed a good paint as it all felt dirty even though the room was clean 5. Very expensive .. 3000 PHP .. for the 2 rooms in similar condition

Cozy, comfortable and peaceful. Good for couple to stay, wide parking lot that your private vehicle is safe, the staff are friendly.. and the place is near at robinson area thats why i like it. ❤️

The place was clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. There was security at the gate 24 hours. The location was walkable to Robinsons Marasbaras. You can easily hail public transportation outside. My son loved how comfy the beds were. Our room was massive. So much room for us! Will definitely stay here again when back in Tacloban.

I liked it. Was next to the big mall Robinson's. Other than that it was a bit out of the way. Not good for walking in the area I don't think but the stuff and the owner were excellent. Very welcoming and always helpful so that made it more enjoyable

No. 7-Eleven nearby and there was a strange odor coming from I think the mattress but not sure it smelt like sweaty socks and also if I have to be picky I do not like hard pillows. There is no give. Felt like I was sleeping on a brick so I'm a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit dated but still pleasant enough

We thought this would be a good stop for a quick shower and rest before our flight. Unfortunately the shower had no more than a dribble of water, making a shower impossible, and its water heating system didn't seem to work properly either.

need improvement on the water pressure of the water from the toilet and need a refrigirator, suggest compliment of 1 bottle of mineral water per person per room per day

The place is just close to Robinson and some stores. Good to stay together with your family. Safe and clean with friendly staff very accommodating. I can highly recommended this place.

I like how quiet the place is since it's located inside a subdivision. However, when it comes to toiletries, there's no provision for slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the place since overall it's quite okay....

Location was good, about 5 minutes walk to Robinson Mall or you can ride the pedicab for a few pesos. When i did not request room service, i was asked if i needed it, this proactivity on their part was overly appreciated. Also the attendants readily assist with luggages. Front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Paid for wifi as part of package deal, the entire time i was there i only had about 1 hour total of wifi/ internet availability. Was told that it was a provider issue. I had planned on spending 7 days but cut it to 5 for this reason. This is not a location if you relie on internet connectivity to accomplish daily tasks. No microwave or even a mini refrigerator in room. Plan on going yo the mall to get you some breakfast or other daily meals. Ants readily attack any food packages left slightly open. They need better towels. Towel residue left all over your skin once used. I paid 400 pesos from the airport to hotel and as per the law from the airport to anywhere in Tacloban is 400 pesos. I would assume it's the same in reverse.I appreciate them arranging my ride from the hotel to the airport but why 500 pesos vs 400. Water pressure was very low when taking a shower.

Got room 11 on the 2nd floor and it is so large. We like the room very much, old but comfortable and clean. Room has a dinner table with 2 chairs and a kettle so we can make our own tea and coffee. Tape water is portable but the smell is a bit strong. The dish sink on the long and large counter is so convenient to wash our fruits. Fast wifi. Got 2 pieces of cloth to wipe our feet so we placed 1 in front of the bathroom and 1 near the bed. The young lady at Reception is so nice to give me some information about places to visit nearby and the cost to go by tricycle and jeepney. The other 2 ladies we met at Reception are also very nice. The bucket in the bathroom is so convenient to wash my cloth tote bag. We enjoyed our stay and thanks for the welcome and thank you messages via booking.com. My husband likes the pillow cases so much that he’s still looking for that type to buy and bring home.

The beginning of the staircase up our room is wet because of the water drops from the aircon. Water dropped on my head when I walked up. Not a serious problem though. Maybe they can add a pipe to collect that water to water the plants. I wish to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang my wet underwear and wet socks. They have 1 set with 3 hooks now but if I hang my wet stuff, I have no where to hang my towel when I take a a shower.
