The location. Easy access to surrounding places. Security of the place and surrounding environment Bathroom cleanliness.

So many insects on the main bed coming from out side. I booked 2 double beds, it was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Staff is not properly trained, When I was check out I asked for the balance to be pain and I was informed 3400 LKR. I paid it and left. they were not prepared to provide me a receipt for it. After I left I was informed to pay another 500+ LKR. Booking was showing in USD and I had no idea on the conversion rate they use. After I left only I was asked to pay the other amount. The Room I was given is not cool enough with the AC. No card payments available and it was not mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! My stay at Peregrin Vila was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel's location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Staff are very nice, kind, and helpful.They assisted me with everything. The owner is really helpful and guided me to visit all the areas in Polonnaruwa. The villa is clean, hygienic, and a safe place. They also guided me to find one of the best restaurants that serves authentic Sri Lankan food in Polonnaruwa. I was able to taste the authentic Sri Lankan food at an affordable price. This place is great value for money, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place for the family at an affordable price

NOTHING. They were MISLEADING saying “Breakfast included” by the time I made the booking. As soon I reached the place and asked about the breakfast the woman there told me “yes you have to go to a separate place, we have informed them about the breakfast and you can have it there”. But when we went to the restaurant (which was a little far), the guy at the restaurant was acting he knew nothing about our breakfast. And told us we have to pay for him. (It was not a big deal to pay him 4000-5000 rupees. But since they had mentioned about the breakfast, I asked the owner) When I told the villa owner about this, she SHOUTED AT ME SAYING I HAVE A MENTAL DISORDER. 😅. MISLEADING is one thing. BULLEYING her own customer is another thing.

I had a great stay. It was excellent value for money, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They were always available to assist with anything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable. Air conditioned rooms with a very attractive location. Very friendly service and very delicious food. I think this is the best place to stay when visiting Sri Lanka.

Calm and safe place, friendly and helpful staff, very close to ancient ruins. I would recommend this place to anyone. The “Parakrama” tank is within walking distance.
