The lobby smells like mold. Breakfast was just okay. Front desk personnel were nice but the restaurant personnel were a bit like ’karenderia’ level service.

All the tvs we booked in 3 rooms are not English and it’s blurry

The single biggest problem was the bathroom floor. It’s a beautiful tile flooring but when wet (and especially soapy in the shower) it’s a safety hazard. It can be alleviated by purchasing plastic mats that are relatively inexpensive.

Location is accessible from city and tourist attractions which is not far from dauin for diving and there is short cut goin to Valencia this hotel is perfect for relaxing to stay after adventure.

I like the simplicity of things, no frills, and it's near places I wanted to go. And I like that they have a big parking space in front and inside the compound.

I didn't like the part where you enter the lobby and you can smell the fish in the aquarium. But the fish is nice, don't get me wrong, it just smells fishy.

Comfortable bed and modern room. Staff moved me to an upgraded room because the initial room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Seems like staff might be smoking right outside in stairway. Room I was checked into smelling like cigarette smoke sucked in from outside into the room via the air conditioning.

The TV in our room needed to be replaced as it had malfunctions—the sound was very unclear, making it practically useless. As Filipinos, we also couldn’t understand the language. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it difficult to focus while working remotely. Lastly, I have a phobia of enclosed spaces, yet we were initially given a room with no windows at all. Fortunately, they were able to transfer us to another room, but it didn’t feel like a deluxe room at all.

The staffs are very accommodating and kind. The room is spacious and super clean, complete with anything you can ask for in a short term stay. Their complimentary breakfast is very filling. The ambiance is superb and everything so good for the price. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely book here for my future stay.

I like the location where it is close to the shopping mall and city center.

I don't like the room tv, it's all in chinese movies and even the remote control is all in chinese written language. And the bath room drainage as well needs check up, because it is not draining immediately.

The location was average and the beds are the worst I have ever slept on. The hotel had an our booking but as we had not paid and booked though booking.com the had given our room away and had to spend an hour rearranging it. The view from our room was directly into a staff room and we were awoken to pit and pans being bashed.

Hot shower not working on arrival to our room. We got few insect bites on our stay. They asked for a 500 deposit even if we payed full already upon checking in. There is a bit of smell on the hallway lobby. Parking was also a problem. We booked this place as it is near to our family house and has parking space advertised but we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours to get our parking space on the first night. We got woken uo the 2nd night to move our car so others can parked. Hall way was not as cleaned has a noticeable poor building maintenance.

Everything from remote control to emergency plan is in Chinese. Noise from staff radios Breakfast is not good.

Good size room with nice bed. First we got a room without a window but the staff quickly had that changed.

TV worked but all was in Chinese. We where not able to connect to the wireless Internet but we did not ask for help to fix it. They ask for a deposit even if you pay the room at arrival!?! Dot like that behavior at all.

Good location, you only needs to walk 10 to 15 minutes to Robinson Palace and Ceres bus terminal. Staff is really helpful.
