I loved the restaurant up top and the staff. The bed was comfortable.

The WiFi was horrible!!!! The location was quite far from most things I desired.

It is near with stores. We can cook our meals.

The inaccuracy of the information provided by the facility reflects upon the treatment the staff shows to its customers. It was an unpleasant experience whatsoever.

The space

No one in the checkin desk to welcome us. Weve waited for hours before we were able to check in. When the lady finally came in, she said she was only tapped because the person that should have reported that day was out and cant report to work. The aircon is too noisy and did not help us to sleep comfortably after a tiring travel from sipalay.

El edificio es bastante nuevo, la habitacion era pequeña pero acogedora y el personal nos trato muy bien. Bastante limpio y con algunos sitios para comer cerca. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje para recorrer unos dias las islas.

Esta un poco lejos del centro de Dumaguete, la habitacion algo pequeña por el precio.

You can rest well because silence is strictly observed on the premises. They also saw, read, and acknowledged my request when I made the reservation—a room in the corner, not the one closest to the stairs.

Although the room is air-conditioned, I still got a mosquito bite. Please install a double lock in the room—I don’t trust a doorknob lock alone.

10/10 Next time I’m in the Philippines I won’t stay anywhere else! I came solo and they helped me throughout my whole trip.

Fantastic stay. Room was spotless and aircon was great. I rented a bike and wasn’t far from anything I needed. 7/11 is just down the road walking distance. Would recommend to anyone. Shared bathroom was no problem spotless at all times

Very very friendly staff :) Great restaurant on rooftop. Room was clean and met its purpose. The aircon was a bit loud but worked very efficiently. Towels had hair on them, unfortunately. All in all great for its price.

We were on the 3 bedroom floor, very spacious and we have the whole floor with complete kitchen. One floor up is the restaurant that has good breakfast and dinner.

The room was decent and we loved having the small kitchennete and living space. It was kind of far from any attraction, and the dining hours were sporadic and not as advertised. Kitchen staff would show up late, and leave over an hour early. We were there over a holiday, but they still told us times that wernt accurate. Very inconvenient considering theur rule of not having external food or drink in the hotel. The front desk was seldomly staffed. Good for price.

The Budget rooms are very Spartan. Comminity CR is outside in hallway. No amenities in room.

Stayed for 2 days. Great staff, comfortable rooms. Very clean.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were and found the staff to be very helpful, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. The installation of an elevator was definitely a plus. We were escorted to our room and the luggage was promptly taken to the room as well. The staff catered to our needs throughout our stay and we hope they are appreciated by the owners. However, the room we booked, a deluxe studio, didn't quite live up to our expectations Although the room was clean thanks to the diligent staff, it fell short of feeling like a deluxe studio. What bothered us the most were the numerous signs in the room, imposing charges for bringing in outside food or requesting extra bedding, making us feel obligated to use the hotel restaurant. The prices were a bit on the steep side, but at least the staff delivered the food to our room, which was considering my recent back injury. In the description on booking.com, it is mentioned that guests can relax and enjoy views of the mountains. However, the view from our window looked onto what appeared to be a squatting area. Additionally, the TV only offered pay-per-view channels, which was disappointing. We also had water from the hotel, which seemed to be overly expensive, adding to the overall cost of our stay, which amounted to ₱4,000 for two nights. Moreover, there were several security cameras located outside the rooms, which we assumed were for safety purposes. However, when my partner inquired about the pool advertised, we were informed that there was no pool premises. We had also located only 300 yards from the farmers market in the description, but this was incorrect as Valencia was quite a distance away. Furthermore, the photos featuring the pool and scenic views were actually showcasing apartments in Valencia, not the hotel itself. In all honesty, our two-night stay was expensive and had its share However, it was the exemplary staff members that made our stay bearable.

KIngswick change our accommodation ... they booked us to Jj Hotelier near the port area of Dumaguete. They said they were overbooked and a double booking had happened, so they transferred us to another hotel on a 3rd floor without a lift.
