Это одно из лучших! Это место не для пары ночей, оно для пары месяцев. Глядя в окно на пенсионеров из соседнего дома, я представляла как мы с мужем однажды будем так же тут подолгу зимовать. Я не знаю, почему оно не включено в топ 10 посещения в ЮАР. Про дом , про хозяйку . Не встречала милее и заботливее человека. Это чувствуется с первых моментов, когда заходишь в дом. Уютные пледы, подушки, уходовые средства, свечи. Все наполнено романтизмом и заботой о гостях. Она всегда беспокоилась о нашем комфорте, настроении и самочувствии (когда я заболела). Каждое утро было наполнено светом из окон - с одной стороны зелеными тропиками, с другой видом на море. Есть зал , где можно готовить и проводить время. Есть удобный рабочий стол (что для семьи турагентов было важно) . И есть балкон . Это место достойно особого внимания . Ведь в нем есть летний душ и место, для ужина при свечах . Утром , я ощущала себя как на Мальдивах, когда принимала душ на улице (на балконе) , с видом на тропики, а вечером я созерцала виды , выполненные в виде склонов холмов , где обустроились такие же уютные домики как и наш, за бокалом хорошего вина. Иногда нам казалось, что уши наши и глаза не смогут запомнить только прекрасного . В этом городе Ballito , вам будет чем заняться , тут вам об Африке будет напоминать только природа и океан, все остальное будет похоже на Европу. Торговые центры, кухня, еда, развлечения… и многое другое Спасибо Wendy!

This is a well-appointed home from home with a wonderful view of the sea, above the hustle and bustle you find on the beachfront. I especially enjoyed lying in the super-comfy bed watching the monkeys go up and down on the powerlines outside. The flat has everything you could need for a short stay (I was there for a week) including a desk, and it is located a few minutes drive from a variety of grocery shops, restaurants and the beach. The well-screened, outside shower on the balcony is lovely. The hosts are friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay here again if I were heading to Ballito.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Those with mobility issues should note, however, that there are quite steep steps up to the property.

Kevin is an excellent host. Communicative and easy to reach. There were sudden repairs required due to a neighbour's storm water pipe damaging the driveway wall that affected the entrance and gate to the property. Kevin informed me of this issue before my arrival and kept me informed during the repairs, which were successfully completed in a few days. The place is as described. The previous reviews are accurate! You will not be disappointed.

Everything far exceeded our expectations! Kevin was so friendly and welcoming and the place was breathtakingly beautiful. Every need was catered for in the flat which made our stay effortless. It was a very special visit and we will definitely be back :)

Property is located close to one of the swimming beaches( just a easy walk away). It is close to a lot of good restaurants and close to the mall.

It's close to a lot of amenities, the beach for those morning walks and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the tranquility, and I would definitely recommend it.

We received a warm welcome at check-in and helpful recommendations for local attractions, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

They could use with more pots for those that just want to stay indoors, we couldn’t locate an iron and ironing board.

if we could give Kingfisher 100 stars,we would. Host was super helpful and friendly. Venue was the best we have stayed at. Everything was beautifully laid out and so comfortable. Back up power , but it was not required , as there was always power. View of the ocean was amazing! Everything was pristene...there are so many excellent things to say .Was an awesome 'Home away from Home'. We will definitely be back!
