清潔度，床底、冷氣濾網、洗衣機濾棉都很髒。洗衣機並沒有清洗過，所以洗衣服會附著一些類似苔類的東西，浴室如果可以有暖風可以烘乾衣服就好了，因為開窗會有隔壁的油煙味

地點很好，距離地鐵只需走路2～3分鐘，去黑門市場只需5～7分鐘，早、晚餐都不必費神想吃什麼找餐廳，雖然空間有點小，但麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，很棒的住宿體驗

床頭沒床頭櫃！走了一天終於可以癱在床上滑手機滑到想睡覺，還要下床走到電視那邊放手機跟眼鏡、真的很不方便=“=

⚠️⚠️⚠️This rental property does not meet expectations for a comfortable stay, as the conditions are unsatisfactory. The building appears to need significant maintenance and cleanliness improvements. The room had a strong musty smell; the restroom was dirty and had a strong urine odor; the old and broken sofa must be replaced; the tableware and glassware were not cleaned at all; the freezer compartment of the refrigerator was filled with ice; the wallpaper was peeling; no water pressure in the shower. The location is ok, but very noisy. Also, the rental’s management team was unhelpful and provided very poor customer service.

Very good location, with a washing machine, a kitchen and much more space than a hotel room.

The room we got smelt like a very old house, a sour and dusty old smell. Kind of unbearable. Even after an hour with all of the windows and ac on it still persisted. They offered to us to buy an air refresher and they will pay for it, or to send cleaning tomorrow. But we ultimately decided to move even after the almost 90% cancellation fee.

FamilyMart ve 7/11 marketlerinin hemen yanında olması büyük şans. Mutfak ve banyo gereçleri işinizi görecek seviyede.

Excellent location. 10 mins walk to Dotonbori and Namba Station, there is also MRT exit across the street. The unit has everything you need. Great space and clean, the beds were comfortable, it looks the same as posted. It has a washing machine and I was able to wash my clothes before heading back home 😀. With 7/11 and restaurants next door. Secured place. If I go back I'll book here again.

De locatie is fantastisch. Ligt tussen de metrostations van Namba en Nipponbashi. En super dicht bij Dotonbori. Het appartement lijkt groter dan andere appartementen waar we verbleven. Is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Hebben er de wasmachine gebruikt. Er zijn voldoende kapstokken en kapstokrekjes om de was op te hangen om te drogen. Er is een handstomer om de kleren even op te stomen als ze droog zijn. Dat ding werkt supergoed. Slaapkamer heeft 2 dubbele bedden. Ik reisde met m´n gezin. Wij hebben 2 tiener van 16 en 15. Dus ietwat krap, ja, maar supergezellig. In de keuken staat een tafel met 2 zitbanken. De tafel vond ik wat te veel wiebelen en kraken. Maar da´s echt het enige minuscule puntje. Veel kastruimte, waar de koffer helemaal in paste. Badkamer en douche waren prima.

ที่พักดีมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ เดินทางมาจากสนามบินด้วยบัสรีมูซีน มาลงที่ DOTON PLAZA ได้เลย ภายนอกอาจจะดูเก่าๆหน่อย แต่ในห้องถือว่าสะอาดใช้ได้ เตียงนุ่มมาก ใครชอบเตียงนุ่มๆคือดี ร้านอาหารยาโยอิอยู่ใกล้ๆ เดินมากินข้าวได้ตลอด24ชม. มีเซเว่นฝั่งขวาแล้วก็แฟมิลี่ฝั่งซ้าย สะดวกสุดๆ ข้ามถนนฝั่งตรงข้ามก็โดทงโบริ ส่วนฝั่งซ้ายก็เดินไปคุโรมงได้เลยแปปเดียว มีที่รีดผ้าไอน้ำให้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวขอเปลี่ยนได้ถ้าพักนาน คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไป

เสียงรถพยาบาล เสียงรถเบิ้ลเครื่องมีมาเรื่อยๆทั้งคืน แต่เที่ยวเหนื่อยๆมาก็หลับไม่รู้เรื่องแล้ว

地鐵6號出口就到達，有行李能走10號出口過馬路就到，客服回覆快速。

有使用洗衣機洗衣服，但洗完衣服上都會有洗衣機內的殘留小髒點。

住宿樓下就有7-11跟family mart還有近鐵日本橋站，再走過去一點就到黑門市場，到哪裡都超方便！ 如果不想坐地鐵，坐巴士可以在Doton Plaza下車，走5分鐘就到，極方便。 床鋪十分舒適，而且空間夠大，十分推薦，下次還來！

浴室的浴霸好像不太能吹乾衣服，建議洗衣服的時候洗衣機按到”部屋干し”，不然有點難乾。 有菜刀但沒砧板，只能在灶台上切西瓜，感覺有點奇怪。

The room had a severe and unbearable smell of dampness and mold that made us cough uncontrollably. The property intentionally tried to hide this issue by leaving the windows and exhaust fan open before our arrival. Once closed, the room became a major health hazard. It was completely uninhabitable and absolutely not worth the premium price we paid.

The property is located close to conbini stores and a train station.

The property is not clean. The amount of dust discovered on the curtains and bed was enough to make both of guests get triggered by dust allergies. Not to mention a ridiculous cleaning fee forced upon me for a small blood stain on the bedsheet from an infected ear that I had

Spacious, good location.

The location was amazing, right next to a subway station, in the middle of the tourist areas, but still close to local proper supermarkets. Kitchen was usable and had the facilities you'd need to cook. Hosts were quick to respond when we had questions or issues.

The internet dropped out from time to time, we didn't stay anywhere else in Osaka, so hard to tell if that is just common there, or they are using a cheap internet provider. The fridge compressor was old and made a high pitched noise constantly while running, rather than acknowledge it as a real problem, they turned the fridge temperature right down so the compressor didn't run often and gave us ear plugs to use while the compressor was running. I don't expect them to replace the fridge while we were there, but I'd expect them to acknowledge the problem as one that needs rectifying.

Oh my, i don’t even know where to start in complementing about what I and my family got for our money’s worth. This is nonetheless one of those exemplary properties you would gladly boast to anyone who wants some reco’s for a place to stay in Osaka, primarily in Namba area. The location was indeed, true. You’ll come out of a train station and that’s it. I was shookt at how easy to get to Nara by this line just right outside the building. Another thing to point out is how clean, how our needs where addressed, the security, everything was planned out to make your stay in Osaka to be the best experience ever. Not to mention, the amenities, even the umbrella’s can be borrowed (but make sure to return), my kids had a comfortable sleep which made us ready every morning for endless adventures in Japan. Truly exceptional, just a few jumps and ur in Dotonburi Street, while leaving Japan, Doton Plaza is nearby too if you plan on taking a 1 hour bus ride to Kansai Airport (✅ for me)… I highly recommend and will surely reach out again for my next trip… Kudos to the team!!!

Éramos 4 personas y nos sentimos muy cómodos, además de lo cerca que estaba de Dotonbori y a la estación de metro, es sencillo llegar y la indicaciones son precisas. Los anfitriones contestaban rápido si tienes dudas.

夜晚街道熱鬧，有消防車、暴走族的聲音，算是特別的體驗。 窗台上方在大雨時有機會滴水，需要注意一下。

The central location

Cleanliness. Rooms were very dusty, toilet bidet has several shit stains. Curtains had a layer of dust. Toilet has mould in its corners and grooves.

Great for our family of four. Three double beds, plenty of starage, large fridge, spacious bathroom. We are used to a larger couch, but it worked well for eating at the dining table. The location is excellent, a very easy walk to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Namba and right above Nippombashi station to take you anywhere else. Two convenience stores downstairs. Previous reviews mentioned cleaning issues... we found the property very clean, well appointed, supplies always available. Double glazed windows and eighth floor meant no street noise, only the occasional siren overnight, which is expected in this area. Easy, well explained checkin. Staff were easy to contact. Would stay again.

Skulle vara bra med bättre stolar och bord för att äta vid. Ingenstans att hänga handdukar vid handfatet.

The location.

Apartment rooms were quite dirty and rundown. Laundry facilities were advertised as being present in the room and there was indeed a washing machine. However the only space adequate for drying clothes was on an outside balcony which was almost inaccessible due to the sliding door being jammed down the side of one of the beds. The balcony was also covered in a crust of dirt and a previous guests thongs left outside that had so much mould on them they had started their own eco system. I stayed with two other friends, one of which is being harassed about a melted plastic kettle, which they claim is worth $80 AUD. The kettles in all apartments were not used - in fact the one in my room was already partially melted with a plastic ring imprinted onto the stovetop and warning signs plastered everywhere about kettle usage. The cleaning lady also let herself into my friends room half an hour before the advertised checkout time, catching him coming out of the shower. No apology was offered.

The room ended up being the penthouse suite and was amazing. Location was close to Dotonbori and made it easily accessible.

The cleaner entering my room at 0920 while I was leaving the shower (checkout time 1000) followed by a request for 70 dollars for damaging a kettle that wasn't in my room. Based off the same cleaners word.

The place was nice and near the train station.

It had a false fire alarm during our stay. Which was scary, cause we thought there was a real fire. So we rushed to the fire exit. All the other guests went out the building. Some people looked like they were in the shower went the alarm went off.

Location, location, location! Very close to the metro... like 1 minute away! Dotonbori is only 4–5 minutes away. Close to everything! Walking distance to Namba, etc. The underground shopping area (at metro level) was amazing. It was almost directly beneath the building!

(1) They could have left instructions on how to operate the air conditioner in English. (2) We stayed for 3 nights and were only told after check-out (when enquired) that we were eligible for fresh towels if staying for more than 2 nights. They could have replaced them without us needing to ask. We ended up using the same set of towels for our entire stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is very near the train station and all the convenience stores. Walking distance to dotonburi and namba walk. I believe the size is the biggest in the area.

편의점이 3곳이나 가깝게 있다는 점. 지하철이 바로 가까이 있다는 점, 도톤보리와 가까워 좋았음. 필요한 비품을 편하게 가져갈 수 있어서 좋았음.

방이 엘리베이터 가까이 있었는데 투숙객들이 인터폰을 눌러서 깜짝 놀랐음. 청소가 다소 아쉬움. 충전 콘센트가 두개뿐.... 꼽을곳이 많이 없음.

Location is great The place is spacious, unlike many small hotels, we felt like we could actually live in the apartment with this amount of space. Easy check in and check out, we wanted to extend our stay and the staff allowed it with no issues. The beds are extremely comfortable and the smart tv was amazing.

The Facilities are old, (besides the bed and tv). If you like hot showers then you'd be disappointed because for me at least the water felt like they could be a little hotter. There was a weird smell in the lobby of the floor, and in the elevator. The apartment was clean but the whole building itself was not. The garbage room is messy.

Excellent location in Osaka CBD. Close to all the shopping streets. Metro only meters away, 2 convenient stores nearly.

Dining area was not comfortable.

Big clean Rooms, perfect location near to everything in namba and Dotonbori. Free laundry. Hassle free check ij and check out. Definitely be staying here next time.

Merkeze ve metro hattına yakındı.

Oda çok fazla rutubet kokuyordu rahatsız oldum.Temizlik konusunda da çok başarılı bulmadım.

De bedden zaten voor de ramen en vulde de lamer teveel. De stoelen van de keuken zakten door en je kon niet naar buiten kijken.

離日本橋站很近，無論是一日遊行程還是自己自由行都非常方便 有洗衣機衣服還可以曬在陽台，有提供掛燙機和一些貼心的小物

Location was the best!

地點也很犯規，走路約 3分鐘就到道頓堀，白天血拼、晚上黑門市場過個馬路就到，市場內有24 小時超市吃宵夜善加利用飯店的廚房煎起和牛太太太方便了，下回仍會選擇這裡

地點超級棒，距離黑門市場 道頓堀 千日前都是10分鐘以內可達

設備老舊 整潔度可以再加強

床很好睡 ,空間大,樓下就有兩間很大的超商 7-11 全家 周圍交通方便 有提行李可以從千日前線日本橋下車 -7號出口 或是10號出口 都有電梯可以到達(飯店是在2號出口)

廁所有異味 好像是下水道的味道,廚房的餐具不全 沒有盤子 ,可能是房子已較舊了 有一些地方沒有打掃乾淨

Appartement parfaitement situé pour explorer Osaka en métro ou à pieds. Quartiers de Dotonbori ou de Namba à quelques minutes à pieds. Logement très bien équipé et calme (côté cours). Lits confortables.

Propreté : Mes enfants faisaient tomber souvent leurs jouets sous les meubles, ce qui nous a fait constater que le ménage n’était pas fait sous les lits et sous les canapés.

I like it that it is close to all the key spots in osaka. Even the meeting spot for the bus tour is right in front of the hotel. 7/11 and family mart are just steps away. Rooms are big siz that you can move around. It comfortably accommodates families.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent and very convenient. It had all the amenities we needed, which made our trip comfortable and hassle-free. The location was a major highlight—being close to Dotonbori made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. We also really appreciated having FamilyMart and 7-Eleven right between the buildings, which was perfect whenever we needed to grab a quick bite or essentials. The metro station was just two buildings away, making it very easy for us to travel to different places we wanted to visit. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us lots of dining options. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and accessibility.

도톤보리 난파역 구로몬시장 덴덴타운 등 아이들과 가족과 머물기 좋았습니다 화장실 샤워시설이 좁긴했지만 소음이 들리긴 했으나 감안하여 예약한것이기에 저희처럼 4인가족 소음 신경안쓰이는 커플 추천드립니다 다만 나이드신분들은 고민하셔야될것 같네요^^ 궁금하거나 필요한 사항에 신속하고 친절한 답변해주시는 직원분들도 감사했습니다 아이들과 첫 일본여행을 기분좋게 즐기다 갑니다

지하철 역 바로 앞이라 교통 너무 좋고 방도 더블베드 2개라 편안하게 잘 잤습니다. 화장실이 조금 좁다는 평이 있는데 그럭저럭 씻을만 했네요

ที่พักทำเลดีมาก ใกล้กับโดทงโบริ ข้างล่างมี7-11 ใกล้ๆกันมี familymart และร้านยาโยอิ ซึ่งเปิดตลอด 24ชม ครอบครัวเราไปพัก 8คืน ทานอาหารเช้าที่ร้านยาโยอิเกือบทุกวันสะดวกมากๆครับ ภายในห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน สะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย มีเครื่องซักผ้าและน้ำยาซักผ้าให้ด้วย เราซักผ้าและตากผ้าในห้องน้ำซึ่งมีระบบลมร้อนและราวตากผ้าให้ด้วย ตากผ้าตอนกลางคืน ตอนเช้าผ้าก็แห้งแล้ว ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่กว้างขวางเมื่อเทียบกับที่พักโรงแรมในทำเลเดียวกัน แอดมินตอบข้อสงสัยได้รวดเร็วครับ

The location is very convenient

The hot water supply is insufficient, and everyday one of our family can’t take shower. Not to mention take a bath, it’s very ridiculous. The service only provides a simple check for our hot water supply system, and say sorry every equipment is normal.

การเดินทางมาที่พักค่อนข้างสะดวก เนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟมาก สามารถขึ้นทางออกหมายเลข 10 (ทางออกที่มีลิฟ) แล้วข้ามถนนด้านบนมาที่พัก หากเป็นบันได ขึ้นทางออกหมายเลข 6 ค่ะ ที่พีกอยู่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และร้านอาหารมากค่ะ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ครบครัน มีเตารีดไอน้ำ เครื่องซักผ้า และที่ตากทั้งด้านในและนอกห้อง ดีมากๆค่ะ สามารถแจ้งดปลี่ยนผ้าเช็คตัวได้ สามวันครั้ง ผ่าน wechat ได้เลยค่ะความสะอาดห้องพักถือว่าค่อนข้างดีค่ะ

จะมีเสียงรถจากภายนอกเข้ามาค่อนข้างเยอะค่ะ อาจจะต้องใส่ที่ปิดหูหากเป็นคนหลับยาก และเตียงที่ค่อนข้างนุ่มนิ่มไปหน่อยค่ะ นอนไม่ค่อยสบายเท่าไร

Location one stop from Namba Station and 10 min walk to the busiest section of Dotombori. Metro entrance few steps from hotel entrance. True to photos. Comfy beds, kitchen facilities and washing machine is a plus.

Because right on main street it is very noisy. Awakened few times through the night by siren, go carts revving....heavy traffic.

We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 adult-sized teens. The flat we had was on the 8th floor. I was sent all the info on checking in online beforehand, which was great and very helpful as it was all step-by-step guides. There was loads of things like tea, toothbrushes etc available in the lobby to help yourself to. The flat itself was nice with a separate bedroom area, which was lovely and made it not as cramped as when it's all in one room. There was loads of storage too, which was great to put our coats as well as luggage away. The beds were comfortable too and the blackout blinds worked well. We also had a balcony! Location was unbelievably good, so close to Dotonbori and Namba, generally super central. It was a 10mn walk or less to Namba, which takes you straight to Shin-Osaka for the shinkansen. Overall, it was great!

The cleaning wasn't the best, as in there were some hairs here and there but frankly, it didn't bother me much and it was clean enough for us, so a very minor thing. It was on occasion very noisy. Being next door to the highway, we had one night where there were a lot of ambulances with the sirens on for ages (they don't seem to turn them off in the dead of night?) which woke us up. But out of 4 nights, it was a problem for one night, so again, it was a minor inconvenience.

The shower/bathroom was small and not high enough for anyone who is 180cm tall.

我住802號房是一間小公寓，地點非常好不論是交通,飲食,逛街,購物都非常方便，幾乎每到晚上都會有改裝車拉轉油門呼嘯而過聲音大到就算你住在巷子內還是會聽到，10點過後就比較沒有了，雖然房間較老舊但沒有網路上看到的清潔不當或異味問題，不過確實有些電器設施是壞掉的，因熱水器容量不大要時時注意是否處於滿水位，否則容易遇到洗澡沒熱水，所以只要顯示沒有滿水位我就會按下加熱開關，住宿點附近都是餐廳很香但很多油煙，洗好的衣服不適會晒在室外或陽台，基本上都晒在衣櫃中，因冬天較乾燥經過一整天大多會乾，可以多付一些衣架晒衣服用，整體而言住宿體驗是好的。

不算討厭只是單純分享,住宿空間是狹長形寢室無法放行李只能放在廚房，因廚房空間有擺桌椅開三個行李箱已是極限，且會會影響走路動線，建議可換成可收納式桌椅改善此問題也比較方便。
