The room was a comfortable size for one person in Osaka and I felt the Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba was a little nicer then the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba-ekimae which is also close to Dotonbori area we stayed at last year. Everything felt a little newer and cleaner at the Grand the aircon in the room was great and the newer air purifier worked brilliantly to cool off and breath fresh air after a day exploring. I would be very happy to return and look forward to seeing what it looks like once the front reception renovations are finished.

I would have loved a common area to meet my friends to talk about the day and share a little food and drink before going out for dinner and a chilled filtered water dispenser in a common area would have been brilliant.

The walls were a bit thin and it was easy to hear people talking in the hallways.

The location was great, quite but close enough to everything

The rooms were slightly on the smaller side and the bathrooms felt like they were cabins from an airplane.

雖然知道日本的大都市 這些類型的商務房 空間勢必都沒有那麼理想 依大阪地區來看 這間飯店所提供的房型 對於有空間需求的遊客 可能會有失落感 略顯美中不足 但這方面的問題卻是因人而異

위치가 주요 관광지 쇼핑 스팟 버스투어 집결지와도 가까움. 비와서 신발이 젖었을 때 신발 드라이어 대여해서 쓸 수 있어 유용했음.

The location is super good right across dotonburi street. They lend straightening iron, curling hair and provides daily essentials, night wears are provided as well. When it rains, umbrella is available at the reception.

Rooms are The rooms were incredibly small. The street noise was so loud that we couldn’t sleep at night.

位置超棒的。非常近地鐵站去各區都非常方便。黑門市場及道頓堀步行數分鐘就到。附近也有直去機場的巴士非常便捷。房間都足夠開28寸行李箱。

冰箱不制冷。我訂了兩個房間，空調有一間不太冷。另外床鋪偏軟。

ホテルに呼ぶマッサージの案内が部屋に以前には部屋にあったが今回はエレベーターの乗る所に案内があって分かりにくかった。

The location of the hotel is wonderful! Only a minute walk to Dotonbori, so plenty of easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff were also very friendly and the check-in process was seamless.

The room was a little cramped, but you get what you pay for. The toilet was the same and you could not move around much but it does the job. Not a place I would spend my whole trip at, but a good short stay location in my opinion.

La ubicación del hotel, al lado de Dotombori. La amabilidad del personal. El desayuno bastante completo, aunque había pocos platos occidentales, nos gustó mucho. Aire acondicionado en todo el hotel, muy importante si vas en verano.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Un inconveniente sobre todo si llevas maletas grandes . No hay armario para guardar la ropa. La bañera muy alta, peligroso para personas mayores.

L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de dotombori, le personnel est souriant, la chambre est agréable.

La société de livraison de bagages présente dans le hall représentée par une employée ni aimable ni souriante et non aidante. Ce qui a été très déstabilisant et a terni le séjour .

- location - The room was clean and althoug small, well set up

We stayed in many large hotels chain during our trip to Japan, and unfortunately this was the most disappointing one, especially considering the high rating and recommendations from other guests. The entrance area is not particularly welcoming. We arrived just 2 hours before check in at around 1pm, and although our room was already ready, we were asked to pay ¥2,000 for the early check in. We understand that this is the hotel’s policy, but after staying at several large hotel chains in Japan where early check in was offered free of charge whenever the room was ready, this felt unwelcoming. Staff felt cold and not as welcoming as we are use to in Japan. Unfortunately, there was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the hallway and in our bathroom, which really affected our overall experience. Perhaps we were unlucky, but based on the high rating and recommendations, we expected a much better experience.

駅から近いので迷う事なく直ぐに行けました コンビニも近くにありよかったです 今回コンサート遠征で使いました 京セラドームにも遠くなく行けるので荷物を置いて身軽で行けよかったです 部屋はこじんまりとしてますが、清潔感もあり良かったです　 チェックイン　アウトも機械で行いましたが、操作も難しくはないですしスタッフの方も声を掛けてくれました

The staff was great and location was ideal

I was very disappointed with the room I got. The air-conditioning was very limited. The hotel gave us a extra portable air con but it didn't work much. I asked for a room change but was told all rooms had the same issue. This is a massive disappointment for me. I stayed at 3 different hotels and the other 2 had great air conditioning. It was during summer and the heat was uncomfortable as it was. Returning to a room which was not different from outside was really disappointing.

Top.. about everything.. strategic place in city center .. clean.. organized..very kind employees

It is situated right near Nippombashi Station and is just a stone's throw away from the famous Dotonbori neon lights and street food.

Despite the advertised square footage being larger than our hotel room in Tokyo, this room felt significantly smaller and less functional. The space is not strategically planned at all. It features a bulky, unnecessary table that eats up valuable floor space. The television sits on top of the furniture instead of being mounted on the wall, which would have instantly freed up much-needed room. The layout is so restrictive that we were unable to open even a single bag and still walk comfortably to the toilet. In our Tokyo hotel—which was technically smaller—the clever interior design allowed us to open three bags simultaneously and still walk around. Here, the poor layout makes the room feel completely claustrophobic.

El desayuno no es nada internacional . Es totalmente asiático . Como dulce solo había unos croissant de paquete , les falta fruta fresca y algo más de dulce . Pero reconozco que era abundante . Las habitaciones al estilo Japón son diminutas

한국인 직원이 계실때가 있어서 좋았습니다. 시설이 깨끗하고 침구류가 편안했습니다. 셀프 체크인/체크 아웃이지만 잘 안되는 경우 직원분들이 적극 도움을 주십니다. 체크인 전 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡길수 있습니다.

위치가 조금은 애매하기 때문에 공항에서 난바역으로 들어올 경우 캐리어를 가지고 걷기에는 조금 멀게 느껴질수 있습니다

Really good location next to Nipponbashi station and Dotonbori area. The room was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was great, we didn't have it included in the price, but it was eady to purchase from the self service machine and was great value for money. Staff are super polite and helpful.

洗衣機跟烘衣機是一體的總共只有4台，有些人衣服洗完沒有烘到很乾會繼續烘，變成要等非常久，我從晚上5點多入住等洗衣機等到11點多左右才換我洗，洗完都半夜一點多快2點了，房間雖然有螢幕顯示現在機器的使用狀況，但因為太多人在等了你沒有坐在現場等可能坐電梯下來就已經有人在洗了，到晚上九點多只好直接坐在機器前面等，希望飯店可以多買幾台烘衣機。

It’s convenient. A walk to Dontonburi street and train station. I had a lovely stay.

Most important things forme is closeness to areas and closeness to metro stations when I travel around the city. And to rest comfortable. Sotetsu Grand Fresa is located so center, most of the time i didnt take any metro. Otel is generous with amenities and offer pijamas as well Staff is very helpful. They helped me to store my luggage until checking in.

シングルルームに泊まりました。 綺麗に掃除されていたし、テーブル、冷蔵庫、加湿器、ケトル、時計、スリッパ、姿見… コンパクトながら必要な物は揃っていて充分でした。 チェックインの際外国人グループ等沢山の人が居ましたが、私が泊まった階にはグループのような人達はおらず静かに過ごせました。 アメニティが自分で取っていくスタイルなのは、私は無駄なゴミを減らす為にも良い取り組みだと思います。 全ての水が浄水なのも良いと思いました。ただやはりトイレの手洗い場の水を飲むのは抵抗があるので、せめて一階にだけでも飲料用に汲めるスポットと言うか何かあったらとても嬉しいです。（各階が理想ではありますが） スタッフさんも感じ良い方が多くホスピタリティを感じました。また利用したいと思います。 日本橋駅からは、6番出口が一番近いですが階段のみです。出てから道路を渡る必要がありますが 10番出口からだとエレベーターがあります。

Recebemos um upgrade de quarto, mesmo assim ele não era tão espaçoso, mas conseguimos deixar 2 malas despachas abertas no espaço. O Hotel é muito bem localizado, super proximo da area de dotonbori. Tbm conta com lojas de conveniência, farmácias e lojas bem próximas. Outro ponto positivo foi que enviamos nossas malas de tóquio para osaka uns dias antes do nosso check in, e eles foram super solicitos e guardaram nossas malas até o dia do nosso check in sem nenhum problema.

O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais espaçoso, mas não sei como é o padrão de Osaka.

A little bit of a weird smell in the corridors

The hotel itself is nice and well-kept, and the location is honestly hard to beat, it is right in the thick of Namba, steps away from Dotonburi and excellent public transport links. If you want to be in the centre of the action, this is it.

Being right in the thick of Namba does come with a trade-off: noise. Expect to hear sirens, traffic, and general city sounds well into the night and through the early hours of the morning. The room temperature was another small issue for us, the air conditioning didn't cool things down as much as we'd have liked

The location is amazing! Right across Dotonbori street and near subway station. Convenience store is just a few steps away. Overall, it is extremely good value for money!
