Reviewed Sep 14, 2025My family are very happy with the house... The house is spacious.. Great accommodation with all the facilities fully utilised. The host also very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. Stay for 1 night. Will come again in future.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2024This house is very nice and charming. We love that it maintained the original home design, especially the kitchen. Very, very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the linen/pillows were clean. Large kitchen with full sized fridge, electric kettle and toaster oven. There is also a water filter by the sink which is very convenient. The bathrooms are especially well designed, separated toilets from showers. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. Great water pressure and a double sink area.
Perhaps the managemant can clearly indicate the parking spaces. We were told we had the left side parking space and even a reserved sign, but when we arrived in the evening, there was another guest parked (they moved the reserved sign) which left a very tight space for us to park and exit the car. Yet there was empty space on the right (in front of their own rented unit) perhaps they didnt know the other gate could be opened.

The fact that we are booking the whole house but sadly the "house" is sharing with several other units and so the parking is shared and we were affected with other tenants smoking outside and the smoke enters our aircond. At night we were also affected by endless noise from baby crying. This is definitely not fulfilling our definition of booking whole house for a homestay. Will not book again as we had less privacy as family.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2022Location is nice at the corner lot. The house, toilet and kitchen r clean. Comfortable beds, pillow. Living room is fully utilized as TV is functioning well. Dining hall is huge for 7 of us. Air-conditioned really cold. Easy check in and checkout. Easy to park our car too. Toilets r clean wt good water pressure. N gotnwashing machine too. After water play at lost world of tambun, we washed our clothes n dried up overnight. So convenient.
2 out of 4 toilets, the door knob cannot be locked.
