Ottima posizione per visitare Bari vecchia ed in generale la città. Soluzione ottimale sia per una permanenza breve, sia di qualche giorno. Apprezzata la convenzione con un garage custodito proprio di fronte all'abitazione, comunque costosa ma utilissima per lasciare la maggior parte dei bagagli nell'auto, in sicurezza.

Durante la nostra permanenza mancava il condizionatore in una delle due camere da letto, pur essendo presente la predisposizione

Mooie accommodatie op een goede locatie net buiten het oude centrum. Fijne communicatie met de gastvrouw. De parking om de hoek is ook erg praktisch met goede service. Hou er rekening mee dat je je comfortabel moet voelen om je sleutel achter te laten

Omdat je nabij het centrum zit is er redelijk veel omgevingsgeluid. De kussens van de bedden zijn vrij stevig. Wellicht een optie om per bed zachte en harde kussens te bieden?

Notre logement était côté cours et calme durant la nuit. Logement très propre. Centre accessible à pied en 15mn. Climatisation très appréciable.

Matelas et oreillers très peu confortables. On entend pas mal les chambres voisines, si les voisins sont bruyants ça peut être compliqué, on a eu de la chance, les nôtres étaient respectueux. Peu apprécié aussi le fait que l'on nous propose une réduction de 20% pour le prochain séjour en échange d'une note de 10 sur Booking, cela compromet la logique d'une notation intègre et honnête.

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable. The location is great, within 10min walking distance of the historical Bari city center and surrounded by many restaurants. Having access to paid underground parking was a great convenience, especially for those traveling by car. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Quizás como todo en esa parte antigua de la ciudad llegar con las valijas se complica un poco.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere. Nice coffee for the mornings and loaded mini bar at good prices. The location was very comunicative.

The windows do not isolate very well the street noise, but is bearable.

Very well located and theres is parking nearby - pricey but safe option for rented cars. The beds are comfy and the AC works very well.

On the positive side, the location is decent—a 20-minute walk to the train station, a large grocery store very close by, and a bus stop right outside the main entrance of the building. And very efficient check-in.

The standard apartment differs slightly from what is shown in the photos: there is no mirror, and the second bedroom lacks air conditioning—only exposed wires are left on the wall where it used to be. The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear the neighbors' conversations. ​What’s more, it seems this is the only room with a balcony, because every day while we were out, someone would enter the room to hang up or collect laundry. Even the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle didn't help. This was definitely the biggest downside, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. ​Some of the towels, although they smelled fresh, had stains that hadn't washed out or were so worn down that they were on the verge of having holes in them.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Cazarea este foarte bine poziționată, aproape de centrul orașului. Un mare avantaj este supermarketul aflat chiar vis-a-vis de clădire, foarte util pentru cumpărături rapide. Apartamentul a fost curat, confortabil și bine echipat, iar comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelentă. Recomand cu încredere această cazare pentru un sejur în Bari!

Llegamos por la noche y muy difícil se nos hizo el ingreso con instrucciones poco claras del anfitrión. Se retiran las llaves de acceso a la habitación desde un candado, pero no las de acceso al edificio (que nunca nos explicaron como era). Además se refería a que nos debían cobrar un cargo extra de 35 euros por llegar de noche que por excepción no se cobro justificando todos los problemas que tuvimos para ingresar (nunca se había mencionado este tema). Tengan en cuenta que los menores no pagan tasa de impuesto local, pero en un principio sino reclamas te la quieren cobrar igual. Si las calificaciones en la que ven son mejores, es porque a la gente le gusto, o porque tal vez te ofrecen descuentos en tu proxima visita si los calificas con buen puntaje.

We spent few days with the family at Bari, great accommmdation , very close to the city center and in walk distance a lot of good restaurants . Accommdation was clean and well stuffed.

Die Bettwäsche schien nicht sauber, da waren Flecken und Haare. Wir haben nicht gern in den Betten geschlafen. Gott sei Dank waren wir nur eine Nacht da.

Very close to center and restaurants. Car “hotel” San Francisco parking house very close to the apartment. 30 euros pr. day and rhe car is secure. Supermarket next door.

La posizione ottima , camera top , pulizia impeccabile ma la differenza che mi fa dare 10+ in tutto e per tutto è stata la disponibilità della titolare a risolvere un problema non causato da lei. saluti Lucia e Caterina !

Emplacement. Un supermarché au pied de l’immeuble . Taille de la chambre agréable Balcon Salle de bain bien équipée ( sèche cheveux) Machine à café, bouilloire, micro onde, frigo super propre Check ou très simple

Les oreillers sont très mauvais … il y en a des vieux tout boulochés et asymétriques Il y en a des neufs très très durs et épais Il faut changer les vieux , ça gâche vraiment la qualité du sommeil , alors que les lits sont bons par ailleurs . Pas mal de bruit de la rue dans la chambre qui ne donne pas sur l’arrière, isolation pas bonne. On peut réserver un parking valet avec un prix négocié pour la voiture , le parking est à 50 m de l’hôtel. Mais malheureusement ce n’est pas vraiment expliqué sur le site ou alors je n’ai pas vu. J’avais envoyé un mail à l’hôtel la veille mais pas eu de réponse … donc j’ai payé cher le parking.

Logement très bien placé. Le personnel a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et requête. Ils nous ont même gardé les bagages lors de notre dernière journée à Bari en attendant l'avion On recommande.

Très bien placé : à quelques minutes de l’avenue Vittorio Emanuelle et à moins de 15 minutes du vieux Bari. Suite très propre et au calme.

Пристигнахме много рано в Бари и за жалост валеше проливен дъжд.Но нашият домакин беше така добър да ни осигури ранно настаняване,за което сме му безкрайно благодарни.Локацията е перфектна,на 8 минути от замъка Castello Svevo di Bari,всичко е на пешеходно разстояние.Стаята беше чиста,просторна с всички необходими удобства.Препоръчвам!

A szállásadó azt kérte, hogy hívjuk fel ga odaértünk. Majdnem 1 órán keresztül próbáltuk hívni, de hiába. Az volt a szerencsénk, hogy pont jött a takarítónő akinek egyből felvette a telefont és ő végre be tudott minket engedni.

Je n' ai pas apprécié de perdre plus d Une heure pour avoir les clés car personne ne répondait au téléphone sinon le reste c'est bien passé.

Curat, aproape de centrul vechi, de magazine de muzica si de cumpărături. Stația de autobuz 16, de la aeroport, e chiar in fata locatiei.

Chambre tres pratique pour dormir a 4 personnes. Lits confortables. Emplacement en face de l'arret de bus vers l'aeroport.

Pokój wyposażony zgodnie z opisem. Dobra lokalizacja do spacerowania na miasto. Brak problemów z zameldowaniem. W takiej cenie na jedną noc było jak najbardziej ok.

Jak ktoś nie lubi hałasu miasta, to tutaj musi wziąć zatyczki do uszu, ponieważ balkon wychodzi na ruchliwą ulicę. Z korytarza też słuchać dźwięki. Drzwi i okna mogłyby by być lepiej uszczelnione. Byliśmy w styczniu i grzejniki nie pracowały zbyt mocno. Na szczęście pościel była gruba.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. W tym samym budynku dostępny sklep spożywczy.

Las almohadas me parecieron un poco incómodas, pero todo lo demás estuvo perfecto, la atención, la limpieza y la habitación en general.

The hotel is ideally located.

We paid extra for parking without a discount.

The room was clean and nice. The location is great but is not so close to the train station as advertised. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. No complaints about the room.

It is common in Italy, to get a room with bathroom in an apartment shared with other people, which we did not like but everywhere is like this, so I cannot complain only for here. There was a lot of noise from the other renters, the owner is not responsible for this but I am writing it, so the future renters now that if they need it to be quiet, it will not happen. My issue is that the owners were pretty pushy to cancel my reservation with booking and book with them directly and to pay in cash. We declined before our reservation and again the pushed us on the first night and declined again. Another thing is that they wanted us to pay 18 EUR tourist tax and it is 12 EUR, so we demanded our money back and they refunded us. If the things mentioned above (mostly about being pushy to cancel our reservation) were not like this, I would've given 10.

Excellent accueil, emplacement idéal place Garibaldi, à 10' à pied du centre historique et la gare centrale et vis-vis de l'arrêt du bus 16 vers l'aéroport. Chambre spatieuse avec une literie de qualité, machine à café ( et minibar avec boissons - prix résonables). Possibilité de laisser quelques heures les bagages le jour du départ. Un grand merci aux adorables personnes qui nous ont accueilli et conseillé.

La habitación tiene microondas, quizás dejaria en la habitación 1 o 2 juegos de vajilla, cubiertos, platos, etc. Por el resto todo muy bien.

Dobra opcja na krótki pobyt - lokalizacja blisko centrum, pod budynkiem bezpośredni autobus na lotnisko. Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne łóżka.

Brak klimatu - kilka apartamentów obok, słabe wyciszenie. Brak udogodnień.

Tuvimos que cambiar hora de check-in (que era las 24h), avisamos n y no conseguimos contactar con la responsable, ni por teléfono ni por mail. Cuando llegamos al apartamento no había nadie esperando ni nos dieron instrucciones de cómo acceder al apartamento. De casualidad nos abríó el portero el portal y accedimos al edificio, entramos ya que la puerta estaba abierta y las llaves colgadas en el interior. Por medio del portero, conseguimos hablar con la responsable y nos colgó , sin entender nada. Si no llega a estar el portero no hubiéramos podido entrar. Nos cobraron 12€ euros de impuestos, cuando lo establecido eran 8€.

Malgré avoir prévenu du retard on nous a d'abord refusé l'ouverture de la porte. Réceptionniste pas très aimable. La femme de ménage laissait toute grande ouverte notre porte de chambre lorsque nous étions absente pour étendre le linge sur notre balcon! Sans notre accord. Machine à laver programmée à 3h du matin qui est collée à la chambre...bruit!! Refus de me donner une couverture....sous prétexte qu'il faisait chaud!!

Nice clean rooms. Parking across the road was easy and very secure.

Area felt dodgy when we arrived late on the Saturday night. Most things close by are closed on Sunday’s. Although the accom is a short walk into the town where you feel safe and everything is open.

Świetna lokalizacja,czyste apartamenty.Zalogowanie się do nich nie sprawiło problemu.Łóżka były bardzo wygodne.Byłoby idealnie gdyby była możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wylogowaniu.

W jednym z wynajmowanych przez nas apartamentów przez całą noc było słychać odgłosy ulicy.
