Totul vechi. Nu merită banii care i-am dat, în balcon picura de sus nu putem să stăm. Au intrat în cameră nu pentru a face curat a intrat să întrerupă lumina deși avem cheia la ușă..

The room was cozy and clea, and the hotel is close to the tram and the bus station. The best thing is the seaview from the balcony. It compensates for the small room size. The hotel is a few minutes from the sea front, you just need to cross the street to be at the park by the sea. There is a nice airport shuttle office two minutes from the hotel.

The balcony was not clean but as soon as I asked the staff, it was taken care of. The only issue was that I communicated with the property before going to confirm the availability of having a breakfast box takeaway as I had to leave before the breakfast time everyday, and they confirmed that it was okay, but when I went there, it wasn't actually done. So I had actually paid for six breakfasts included in the price, but only had one.

La limpieza y el trato del personal al súper amable y colaborador en todo, muy familiar. Tiene una terraza donde sirven el desayuno con vistas al mar. Está al lado de la plaza Sultanahmet, muy bien comunicado. Un buen lugar para alojarse

Es un hotel pequeño y muy familiar al lado de Sultanahmet. Está muy limpio y el personal al es súper amables. Un buen lugar para alojarse.

The view is great, of course, but the room layout is also convenient to use.

A szállás Istambul óvárosának szívében helyezkedik el. Számtalan látnivaló, mint pl. A Kékmecset, a nagybazár, élelmiszerüzletek csak pár perc sétával, könnyen megközelíthető. A tengerre néző szoba kilátása és a terasz nagyon szép.A szállásadók mérhetetlenül segítőkészek, udvariasak. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, felvágottak, friss kenyér, sajtok, vajkrémek és zöldség- gyümölcsfélék is mindig frissek voltak az asztalon. A szobàk jól felszereltek és tiszták voltak, az ágy kényelmes az ágymemű és a törölköző tiszta. Tökéletes volt minden. Köszönünk mégyegyszer mindent a személyzetnek.

La posizione è eccellente, poco sotto Sultanhammet. Da consigliare. Anche l'accoglienza è ottima: ci sono dei ragazzi molto cordiali e disponibili.

Si tratta di un'accomodation MOLTO MOLTO basica; struttura vecchia e mobilio vecchio. Ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Sulla colazione meglio aggiungere qualcosina di dolce, anche poco: pane e crema di nocciola? Il primo giorno c'era, il secondo no.

We enjoyed our 3rd stay at Seahouse Suits! Great location, so close to the city center and all the sightseeing places. Breathtaking view from the room and balcony. Very caring staff, who helped with all the questions. Breakfast at the roof includes not only cold appetizers, but also hot omelet on request, having which is important for us. Thank you very much for an amazing stay!

Adding a clother hook in the bathroom would be very useful.

Excellent location within walking distance of the sights, friendly staff, efficient air conditioning, breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus

You have to ring the bell at the front desk; you don’t have a key, and at night (and sometimes even during the day) you have to wait for the receptionist on the street. Breakfast is the weakest aspect of the accommodation. It’s a very basic breakfast, and it’s the same thing every day. The staff is friendly, but completely unprofessional. There’s no salt or pepper anywhere; you have to ask for everything, and the staff has to search all over the kitchen for it right in front of you! All they’d have to do is put salt and pepper on the tables… there are only four tables, so it wouldn’t be much of an investment. The warming tray, which is supposed to keep food warm, is always left open even when almost no one is there for breakfast, so everything gets cold… the staff is scrolling on their phones and it doesn’t even occur to them to close the tray, which is why everything is cold… The terrace with the view is neglected; the flowers are dry and unkempt, yet it would take only a tiny bit of effort to make everything—even if it’s old—contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. I’m not writing this because I’m dissatisfied or disappointed, but so that the owner of this establishment will reflect on it and make use of the potential that’s right here.

Location is so great. It’s just a walk distance to almost anywhere. It’s close to historic sites, restaurants, shops and etc. However, the most important thing in my opinion is the great staff, Hasan and Mohammed were there for you whenever you needed anything whether from the facility or outside it. This is the very reason why I will choose Seahouse Suites every time I visit Istanbul.

The only thing is that the facility doesn’t have a large reception area. This wasn’t a problem for me as the neighbourhood is full of cafe shops, restaurants and many options for you to sit or spend quality time.

Staff very nice and helpful.

Расположение отличное, в пешей доступности от всех главных достопримечательностей. Завтрак однообразный и без заморочек, но перекусить можно, чтоб не искать утром где поесть. Ну и терасса с видом на Босфор прекрасна.

Предоставлять хотя бы платную парковку.

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal , fueron excelentes conmigo , me lo pusieron todo muy fácil , el personal es muy amable para que te sientas como en casa . En la habitación me dejaron 2 pares de zapatillas , agua .

Beautiful view from the balcony, great localization (everything in walking distance) but still, calm in the evening and safe even late at night. The staff was very kind and helpful. And of course, the rooftop terrace where the breakfast can be found, was amazing!

Everything was great, the cold cuts for breakfast could have been a little better.

Хорошее расположение с видом на Босфор в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от площади Султанахмет, персонал дружелюбный, балкон большой, а терасса на крыше (где проходит завтрак средний и однообразный, но вполне себе нормальный) вообще с шикарным видом, мало номеров, а значит и людей.

Из крупных минусов нужно отметить уборщицу, которая как нам сказали новенькая и не знала, что нельзя оставлять открытым балкон (типа проветрить, чтобы душно не было), забралась кошка и испортила белье на кровати и покромсала новую ночнушку, и это было два раза (не кошка, а открытая дверь балкона, во второй раз видимо была чайка, ибо перья были на кровати), то есть с первого раза она не поняла, в конце она же чуть было не выкинула наш пакет с вещами, посчитав его за мусор, в общем очень неприятно, из мелких минусов можно отметить пару неработающих розеток и старый душ, а также минибар который еле-еле охлаждал, проблемы с вай-фаем, неработающий из-за этого телевизор и пульт от кондиционера, который тоже не работал, конечно все было заменено и белье, после кошки и чайки, и пульт и вообще персонал всегда шел на встречу, но слишком много проблем из-за этой новой сотрудницы и соответственно общее впечатление снижено.

Velmi milý a vstřícný personál. Byli jsme spokojení a moc jsme si pobyt užili. Lokalita perfektní kousek pěšky k památkám. Istanbul je nádherný, určitě doporučuji návštěvu. I když je pod okny balkonu trať a rušná silnice, v noci nebylo nic slyšet do pokoje.

Jedině možná snídaně trochu chudší, ale výhled z terasy to bohatě vynahradí.

Bardzo przestronny pokój z balkonem i wspaniałym widokiem na Bosfor. Bardzo blisko do najważniejszych zabytków. W okolicy restauracje i sklepiki.

The only thing i liked was the location and that it was possible to check in for 24/7 and they let me checkout 1 hour later. Also that they contacted me the day before of the arrival and offered airport pick up

Everything was too old, the bed sheets were ripped off at the corners, floor from linoleum had holes, everything looked too poor and they didn’t have water in the room and also neither at the reception. Breakfast was really horrible, coffee was not drinkable

The location is excellent. Hassan was very helpfull.

The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic, both at the reception desk and in the kitchen.Additionally, the cleanliness in the room was at an adequate and satisfying level.Our room with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus was definitely worth its price.

Отличное местоположение в исторической части Стамбула. 6 мин. пешком до площади Султанахмет, а там на трамвае можно передвигаться по городу. Очень понравился просторный балкон с видом на море, со столом и креслами. Терраса для завтрака тоже с видом на море. Персонал принимает и заботиться как за родными. Нет официальной стойки ресепшн и это создаёт дополнительный уют, как дома. Рекомендуем. Спасибо!

Staff was fantastic, easy check in and very helpful. Location is great in terms of being close to the sights and beautiful views from our room.

Location is also not great if you’re a light sleeper because the hotel is right off the metro line and highway.

Super lage direkt der an der tram und der hahia sofia. Die Marmaray um auf die andere seite zu fahren ist auch in der nähe.

The staff was so nice and friendly they made our stay feel like home. The location was great near to the Arasta bazar and near shops.

Great locatipn in the heart of the old city. Just few minutes from the Hagia Sofia and other ' must see" attractions as well as T1 tram for further commuting through the city. Fantastic service and help at reception desk.

Ground floor apartment has a " camper style" bathroom, with no shower cabin.2sm max. Breakfast tasty, but homogenious, what may be disadvantage if you stay more than just few days.

I didn’t like anything about it.

I was really shocked when I saw the property. It is not a proper hotel. The reception is about 1 square meter and the room we were given is around only one meter a way from the receptionist. The room is small and the whole building is old. We count stay and we changed our stay. When I booked it , I thought I booked something amazing with a great offer when the price for 7 nights dropped from 1400£ to 430. I was really in shock. We left and we booked 5 starts hotel for 600£ for 7 night.

The staff were great, location is 10/10, very cleanm we would stay again.

Cicho, kameralnie, wręcz rodzinnie. Miły, uczynny, uśmiechnięty personel. Widok z okna zapiera dech o każdej porze. Wygodne łóżko, ciepła woda, ładna łazienka, internet śmiga. Czegóż chcieć więcej?

Небольшой отель для недолгого проживания. Расположение отеля очень удобное, в плане посещения туристических достопримечательностей. Площадь Султанахмет в пяти минутах ходьбы. Вид с балкона на море, классный вид. Завтрак на террасе также с видом на море. Сделали ранний заезд без вопросов и без лишних доплат. Ранний, это в 6 утра, после долгого перелета, это очень большой плюс, отдельная благодарность персоналу за это!!! . Я понимаю, что это зависит от наличия свободных номеров, но в другом отеле, с меня сняли половину суточной стоимости за ранний заезд, хотя номера свободные были. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Отель достаточно старый. Где то ручка отвалилась, где то плинтуса). Мебель не первой свежести. Маленький санузел, совсем маленький, в душевой только по стойке смирно, к раковине только боком и одной рукой можно дотянуться. Сантехника изношенная сильно. Прикроватные тумбочки липкие, неприятно. С освещением не очень, лампочки не все работают. Завтрак, ну как сказать, из завтрака понравилось только одно, вид с террасы). На один два дня можно перекантоваться, только исключительно из за вида с балкона и близости к площади. Как- то так.

Hôtel super bien positionné, proche de la mosquée bleue, la citerne basilique et sainte Sophie. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Las escaleras por las que se accede a las habitaciones son un tanto incómodas. Hay que moverse con cuidado al llevar equipaje. Por otro lado, nuestra habitación en particular tenia un baño ultra pequeño, al abrir la ducha, se mojaba todo, ya que ni cortina había.

5 minutes walk to aya sofia. The view from window and balcony overlooking sea is stunning. I was met at the reception as i arrived. The breakfast is ok and breakfast place is rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Room was comfy and heating was nice (that was in March).

As it is facing the road there is a little noise. But windows protect.

Расположение очень хорошее, в пешей доступности до площади, много кафе и рестаранов. Обслуживающий персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Завтрак однообразный и скудненький. Но цена соответствует качеству.

Не советую брать номера в цокольном варианте. Фена нет, душевой кабинки нет, вода из душа на пол, на унитаз, потом все мокрое.

Location was great- could walk easily to water and to Blue Mosque/Aya Sofia area. It was quaint and staff was super helpful, kind and friendly. And liked you could have breakfast on food terrace and could see the water. And we had dinner at the restaurant next door and it was excellent! So so tasty, friendly staff, could see the water and good price.

Really could not think of anything- for a good price, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there.

The property was in a great location, clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant, the room had everything needed, comfort. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace, lit by the sun, with the sounds of seagulls and a view of the sea. The hotel staff is highly commendable, very kind people and always at your service. The position of the hotel is excellent, close to Aya Sofia and other sights. The surroundings are interesting and unusually beautiful. Below the hotel is a promenade to the sea. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel 🫶

Locația foarte bună, cu vedere la mare, foarte aproape de atracțiile turistice principale (5 minute de mers pe jos pana la Moscheea Albastră sau până la Hagia Sofia, 10-15 minute pana la Topcapi, 4-5 minute pana la statia de tramvai), curățenie asigurată zilnic, pat confortabil, baie nouă, apă caldă cu presiune bună, personal amabil, micul dejun asigură strictul necesar. Hotelul nu este de lux dar acoperă toate necesitățile (curățenie, confort, aproape de centru) la un preț bun.

I had the room with ocean view and it was absolutely gorgeous to wake up to that view. The terrace also had a nice view. Mohammad was an amazing host; he went above and beyond to help me. Even kept my luggage for free as I traveled to Cappadocia. I really appreciate the hospitality. The location is excellent, very close to Blue Mosque and tram station.

The bathroom is way too small with the tiniest basin I have seen in my life, for staying there three days it became a nuisance. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet style. Apart from boiled egg, there was sausage curry and fried dumpling thing, which were actually good for filling the tummy. There weren't many guests in the hotel, but still, they would run out of fried dumplings when I arrived a bit late. Also, boiled eggs seem a bit low-effort, since there is a kitchen and the breakfast lady can easily fry an egg.

El desayuno penoso. Mala calidad y escaso. Dos mesas en la cocina. El suelo de moqueta verde sucio y viejo. Las fotos que aparecen en la página web no se corresponden con la realidad. Mucho peor. Se aprecia falta de mantenimiento en general. La terraza sucia y con óxido en barandilla y techo. Una desastre. Muy, muy decepcionado.

La ubicación está bien y las personas en la recepción son simpáticas.

Me decidí por ese hotel filtrando "excepcional y fabuloso" pero no lo es. El sofa cama no es nada cómodo y el desayuno es malo. No vale la pena tomar el desayuno incluido.

The receptionist Hassan was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure that we have smooth check-in and helped to answer many of our questions. Fantastic level of attention and support on all aspects. Beautiful room, clean and comfy
