I like the fact that it's like a traditional bed and breakfast where guests can mingle in the courtyard and the owner was really friendly. The wifi was straightforward to connect and fast and there was drinking water in the common kitchen.

The paths back to the hotel was kind of quiet and dark so that could be a problem for solo travellers.

Ήταν σε πολυ δύσκολο σημείο..οι δρόμοι στενοί, πλακόστρωτα) δεν μπορείς να μεταφέρεις αποσκευές εύκολα) αλλά μάλλον αυτό είναι το χαρακτηριστικό όλης της πόλης τελικά

Our hosts were very friendly and offered us good coffee on arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and everything is as described. Erdem communicates in English quite well. Otelia is very close to the port, the last stop of the C50 minibus that starts outside the main bus station (otogar). A less than 10 minutes walk L shape route, through outdoor market, you can pay the minibus with credit card.Cunda island is 15 minutes away by minibus C10

We loved everything about our stay! This is a wonderful family-run establishment, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing couple who run the place. They were having a meal in their beautiful garden when they immediately invited us to join them. They welcomed us with the best coffee and made us feel at home right away. Later, they showed us our room, and it was absolutely perfect — super spacious, exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and equipped with amazing amenities. It was honestly one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. Throughout our stay, we also had the best conversations with the Amca, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location is perfect — close to everything and within walking distance of Macaron Street, as well as the bus stops that take you to Cunda. All in all, this family-run place is absolutely wonderful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayvalık!

The neighbourhood is… quite unexpected. Dirty streets and bad smell, probably from the sewage system. We could not breath while walking around this house.

Πολύ ευγενικός ο οικοδεσπότης μας βοήθησε πολύ με ότι χρειαστήκαμε, πολύ καθαροί οι χώροι, πολύ ωραία αυλή.

Posizionato all’interno di Ayvalik dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, percorrendo le strette vie lastricate di sanpietrini continuamente osservati dai tantissimi gatti presenti e da qualche abitante di queste case completamente in pietra. Da lì con pochi passi si arriva sul lungomare, dove trovi tutto ciò che ti occorre. Molto bello e da vedere è il mercato all’interno di queste vie, dove ogni bancarella ne riempie di colore. Il gentilissimo signore che ci ha seguito dal check-in al check out è una persona deliziosa premurosa e malgrado non parla inglese riesce a farsi capire molto bene. La colazione è molto ricca e preparata direttamente da lui con molte cose salate degli ottimi fichi provenienti dal suo albero sono l’unica cosa dolce che ci si può aspettare. La struttura è accogliente pulita e immersa nel silenzio. Chi la vuole raggiungere in auto, però deve fare i conti con queste vie molto strette, ove non si può assolutamente lasciare l’auto, ma va portata nei vari Parking che ci sono a pochi passi dalla struttura

Nice rooms. Good communication. Five minutes walking distance to the center. Narrow roads, atmospheric environment. There are areas to park (with payment). Helpful and polite owners.

If you aren't familiar with eastern culture, try something else ( I'm referring to the spot of the guesthouse).

The host is very welcoming and friendly, and the room has all the amenities, even though it isn't very spacious. It is quite close to the center. It was fine for a one-night stopover, although the price is rather high.

The location is quite difficult to find. The streets are narrow, and parking is very difficult.

La struttura è molto ben tenuta e il proprietario è un signore molto carino e disponibile. Ci ha accolto con calore, offrendoci un the nell’attesa venisse pronta la camera comunque prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in

Nice boutique hotel close to the center. It is in a calm area, perfect for a good rest. The room is well equipped with nice bathroom. There is a small fridge in the room. There is also a shared kitchen if you want to cook. The host Evren and his father are so kind. I really enjoyed my stay here. Totally recommended!!

Maybe the price could be lower. But I think it is a normal price for Ayvalık.

At first we could find the right location, in Google and on booking was wrong location. People on street helped us to find it. Also we didn't like the toilet, it was shacking

Мы впервые были в Айвалыке. Спасибо большое Хозяину Otelia Pansiyon за радушное гостеприимство! Внутренний дворик с оливковыми деревьями и цветами обеспечивал нас комфортной прохладой, и можно было с утра наслаждаться свежесваренным кофе в тени листвы. Нам понравилась атмосфера этого прекрасного места и уютный чистый номер со всеми удобствами. Мы обязательно вернёмся в гости вновь, если у нас будет такая возможность. Рекомендуется. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt ein kleines bisschen versteckt, ist aber trotzdem schnell auffindbar. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit und dem tollen Personal. Alle waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns ganz hervorragend geholfen und wir haben sogar einen Kaffee aufs Haus bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, καθαρά και περιποιημένα δωμάτια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός, πρόσχαρος και εξυπηρετικός.

Δεν υπήρχε εύκολη επικοινωνία στα αγγλικά. Υπήρχε επίσης έντονη μυρωδιά από τον υπόνομο, αν και δεν γνωρίζω αν αυτό είναι κάτι που εξαρτάται αποκλειστικά από την ιδιοκτησία. Επιπλέον, η πληρωμή ζητήθηκε σε μετρητά, παρότι η κράτηση έγινε μέσω Booking, κάτι που δεν με διευκόλυνε.

Mayıs başı, sezon kapalıyken kaldık. Tek müşteriydik. Ev sahibi Erdem Bey ilgiyi sınırların ötesine taşıdı: istediğimiz odaya geçtik, kahvaltıyı istediğimiz saatte ve istediğimiz şeyle yaptık. Dost-akraba sıcaklığı gördük. Ayvalık tavsiyeleriyle Macaron Sokağı ve Küçükköy'ü keşfettik, güvenli/ucuz otopark bulduk. Konum mükemmel: denize ve merkeze 5-6 dk yürüme ama tamamen sessiz. Odalar yeni tadilat, temiz, ne rutubet ne sigara kokusu var.

Tek sorun fiyat: Sezon kapalı, pansiyonlar boş, buna rağmen günlük 105 USD çok yüksek. Fiyat düşerse kesinlikle 9-10/10. Yine de güzel bir tatildi.

Accoglienza del gestore, posizione buona vicino al centro, sebbene difficilmente raggiungibile in un dedalo di viottoli.

Nous avons reçu un accueil incroyable de la part d'Erdem. Les chambres sont très propres, les lits confortables. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est tout simplement exquis: typique, fait de produits maison. Nous l'avons pris dans la petite cours intérieure, sous l'olivier, au soleil de novembre. Magnifique! Allez-y, ça vaut le détour.

Erdem the host, helped me so much with my transportation worries. He and his wife were welcoming with the true hospitality ethos of Turkiye

Not so sure if the kitchen was a shared kitchen or not, but I know you can use it with their assistance

Personalul, proprietarul ne-a oferit informati utile, ne-a îndrumat ce avem de vizitat cu toate ca noi aveam un traseu deja stabilit, cu ce putem vizita, ne-a îndrumat de unde si cum sa facem cumpărăturile in siguranta, foarte deschis la conversații.

Close to center of Ayvalik. You're greeted with an army of adorable kittens at the portal. Our room was ready when we checked in at 9, so much earlier than the advised check in time. Really comfortable beds. Our host was very sweet and most hospitable, offering olives, coffee or even some juice/nectar his wife made. He also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport from the guesthouse.

Breakfast was not a great value for money in comparison to other places we stayed at (€7.50 and you get some bread with spreads, a boiled egg, some veggies and cheese, tea/coffee). Shower cabin really small. Aircon temperature indicator sheds a lot of light at night which made the room quite bright. Communication can be a bit difficult if you don't speak Turkish.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed being in their lovely little courtyard. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was fun to be in an older part of town. It was convenient to explore some of the sites and the town on foot. I would highly recommend Otelia Pansiyon.

Very nice host that offered us tea and coffee and gave us advice. Very forthcoming host, very flexible with check-in and -out. Not the most cozy rooms but spacious and clean and calm. The water pressure a little weak. And they let us make a wash load for free!

The location was excellent for seeing the old town and walking to the waterfront. Our host at Otelia was absolutely outstanding, He was kind, caring and went out of his way to help us find car parking and to give us directions. We appreciated being given a coffee on arrival. Хороший чистый номер. Матрац, подушки - все отлично. Хозяин очень внимателен. Вызвал такси. Жаль, что не связалась с ним до поездки, легче добралась бы из аэропорта. Хороший кофе при встрече.

Το wifi δεν έπιανε στο κάτω δωμάτιο στο υπνοδωμάτιο, έπιανε μόνο στο μπάνιο αλλά ο ευγενεστατος ιδιοκτήτης μας έδωσε λύση αμέσως στο πρόβλημα και μας άλλαξε δωματίο. Εξαιρετική βοήθεια εκ μέρους του. Όμως στο πάνω δωμάτιο που μας έβαλε για να πιάνει το wifi παντού, μύριζε το σύφωνι βόθρο. Επίσης όλα ήταν καθαρά αλλά θα μπορούσαν να ήταν και λίγο πιο καθαρά. Δεν φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης όμως, αλλά το προσωπικό. Οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες δείχνουν κάποιες μικρές ελλείψεις τέλειας καθαριότητας. Όμως δεν ήταν βρώμικα. Γενικά όλα ήταν υπέροχα και ο,τι ζητήσαμε το είχαμε. Θα ξαναπάμε με χαρά.

La camera è nuova e molto pulita. Letti comodissimi. Si trova in centro. Nonostante la camera fosse al pianterreno era molto fresca. Comunque vi era aria condizionata. Il proprietario è molto ospitale.

Fate attenzione alla strada per arrivarci. Sono molto strette e auto non ci si arriva. Noi eravamo in moto. Le strade sono disconnesse.

The welcome we got from the host was very warm and welcoming. The location is in the Old part of Ayvalik, so the streets are very narrow, and parking wasnt guaranteed. However, the host had a very suitable alternative close by. The room was one of the best we had stayed in, with everything we needed. If we come back to this part of Turkey we would stay here. My suggestion for anyone arriving with own transport would be to contact the host before entering Ayvalik to get directions to the car park, then its only a small 5 minute walk to the property.

Piccola pensione a gestione familiare molto graziosa. Camere ben arredate. Ho apprezzato la pulizia anche se la mia camera era molto piccola. Silenziosa e non ho avuto difficoltà nel parcheggiare l'auto a poca distanza. Nel complesso bene.

Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e ci ha aiutato in tutto. La struttura è molto carina e arredata con gusto

Exista parcari in imediata apropiere a hotelului nde va puteți lasă masina(aprox 400lire/noapte) . Camera mare , curata cu tot ce ai nevoie in ea .

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Pension mit schönen neuwertigen Zimmern. Tolle Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen; alles fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner gepflegter Innenhof; man kann sehr ruhig schlafen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Bequeme Betten; Sauberkeit top und als großes Plus gibt es einen kleinen Safe im Zimmer. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Unser Strand- Favorit war der Sarimsakli Plaj. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen; tolles Wasser. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Innenstadt mit den engen Gassen ist nicht für den Autoverkehr ausgelegt und die Pension ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben aber in der Nähe zum Fußballplatz immer einen kostnefreien Parkplatz gefunden und sind dann 5 min zu Fuß zur Pension gelaufen. Sollte man wissen... für uns aber kein großes Problem. Für den Preis hätte durchaus ein Frühstück mit dabei sein können.

Ήταν μια όαση! Πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, υπέροχη αυλή για χαλάρωση! Η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!

De kamer was prima, heerlijk bed. Echt een heel gezellig Pansiyon. Wij hebben samen met de eigenaar Mehmet een gezellige avond door gebracht in de tuin. De straatjes zijn heel smal, dus parkeren is een probleem. De afstand tot het centrum, kun je lopen, os dichtbij 10 min. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

The hotel is closed to center.If you wanna walk around it is a good choise to stay,thanks to Evren and his father...Maybe if I go Ayvalık near future I would stay there..

Ci ha accolto il proprietario ed è stato molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha offerto un drink di benvenuto e ci ha permesso di anticipare l’orario della colazione, cosa fondamentale per noi che essendo in moto volevamo partire presto per evitare le ore più calde Colazione buona
