Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The apartment was very spacious and would be a great deal for a couple or small group. As a solo traveler it was more than I needed but that's no complaint. I liked that a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board were all provided. There was also dishware and a coffee machine but I didn't use those. The location pros: I get the impression (despite the posters, see below) that most people in the area are still very fine with tourists being around, eating and drinking and shopping in the area, as long as you obviously try some polite interactions in Greek and show respect. (Booking a room in the area vs hanging out there may be perceived differently, I'm not sure, it didn't come up fwiw. All I know is all my interactions were quite nice.) The proximity to Omonia for the metro is decent, and in general I felt I was in walking distance to everything I wanted to do, though I have a high tolerance for walking.
Checking in without staff required more online steps than should really be necessary, you already have all my info from the reservation! Furthermore the lack of onsite staff meant I really had no recourse for any issues. My shower had both a handheld and an overhead rain spout. There was a sign that said "in case of flooding, use squeegee" which I thought was curious. Sure enough after not even 3 minutes of using the overhead spout, water was pouring outside of the shower. There's no physical barrier between the floor of the shower and outside of it and I guess the overhead spout is just too high of pressure for the slope of the floor to keep up. So... Why include it? That's a crazy thing to saddle someone with on their own. And I couldn't get any staff to check out if something was wrong with the pressure or anything, because no one is around! You're also supposed to clean and put away your own dishes (so I just didn't use any) and take out your own trash, yet I couldn't find a designated external trash can. I used a public one outside the building (I didn't have much trash thank goodness) but that seems ridiculous. The noise level wasn't too bad but it wasn't perfect either; street sounds only woke me up once, but the sounds of other guests getting to their rooms in the middle of the night woke me up many times. That was disappointing and made my daytime very difficult. Location cons: Travellers should know that Exarcheia is plastered in posters that say "tourists go home" and they are particularly upset about rooms like these displacing the local residents.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026la propreté les équipements mis à disposition la literie et la disponibilité des serviettes. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement même le quartier est sécurisé et calme, proche du centre ville. La climatisation en période chaude de l'année est sans faille. Un studio superbement aménagé pour deux personnes. je remercie l'hôte pour ses recommandations très précises.
Juste laisser un petit seau et une serpillière pour donner un coup de chiffon à la salle de bain après utilisation. Sinon tout est parfait pour des touristes.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Es ist alles sehr neu und funktional eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist groß für 2 Personen. Kleiner Balkon, Waschmaschine, Schließfächer.
Es fehlt ein bisschen Flair. Es ist recht lieblos/ spartanisch. Zudem muss man wissen, das in der Gegend Tourist*innen etc. nicht gern gesehen sind. Es geht um die klassischen Folgen der gentrification. Es gab eine Sabotage an der Codebox während unseren Aufenthalts. Ich würde empfehlen, eher in ein Hotel zu gehen, weil diese Häuser, in denen nur Ferienwohnungen angeboten werden, natürlich die Preise auf dem Wohnungsmarkt befeuern. Was mich noch gestört hat: die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen für die Ventilatoren waren leer, eine Nachttischlampe hat nur sporadisch funktioniert und es waren alte, offene Lebensmittelreste im Küchenschrank. Das sind meines Erachtens Dinge, die nicht vorkommen sollten, wenn man sich um seine Appartements kümmert.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026En general todo. Que tuviera ventilador y aire acondicionado fue estupendo para sobrellevar bien el calor. El apartamento está en un barrio de estudiantes con muchas librerías y bares y opciones de comida. Buena relación calidad-precio.
La presión del agua en la ducha no estaba bien del todo pero quizás sea algo del edificio.

I choose the 3 days Turist transport option that includes unlimited transport inside the city and one round trip from/to airport. The property also have many lockers to keep the luggage in case of early arrived or late departure, very convenient for the customers. In addition, next to the property there is a shop/market and two blocks there is a restaurant that sells very good falafel.
The window was left open and we found many mosquitos in the apartment. There was no TV. Besides these small things everything was good. The apartment is small but we were satisfied.

El alojamiento en su muy bien pero fatal muy fatal la entrada 1 hora y media para entrar, cansados de un viaje, la calor tan horrible y la ññjura que era ni es justo. Y bueno nos quedamos en casa a voenr unas pizzas y llamaron 7 veces saltando alarma de sonido y lo único que hacuamos era hablar

Чистота 0. Постельное белья в ужасном состоянии были. Интернет пропадало часто. В ванной комнате купаться было не возможно потому что топило водой ванную комнату когда открывали душ. Фото фена который был опасным для использования.

Preziosa la disponibilità del deposito bagagli nella struttura. Molto molto vicino abbiamo trovato la Taverna Lesbos che è una meraviglia in tutti i sensi! Da non perdere.
Nel complesso andava davvero tutto bene. A cercare il pelo nell'uovo metterei qualche altro oggetto di decoro (alle pareti per esempio) e non chiederei agli ospiti di portare via l'immondizia alla partenza. Ma se non ci fosse stata la domanda esplicita non l'avrei comunque riportato. Poca cosa...

Reviewed May 11, 2026Pros: The apartment itself is excellent and very well-equipped. I must highlight the cleanliness, as everything was spotless and in perfect condition.
Cons: However, there are a few things to keep in mind. Disposable slippers are not provided, and the management does not respond to requests regarding this. The biggest issue was the lack of flexibility. We arrived at 9:00 AM after an early flight. Even though our room was already cleaned and vacant, they refused to let us check in even an hour or two early (official check-in is at 3:00 PM). It was quite disappointing that there was no human consideration for our situation; we spent 6 hours waiting in the reception, completely exhausted.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Le bâtiment est situé très proche du centre ville (20min de tout), néanmoins il faut savoir que le quartier est un peu particulier (beaucoup de tags etc). Les appartements sont spacieux et les équipements top
Nous étions un groupe de 20 qui avions réservé 4 appartements et nous avons trouvé des punaises de lits dans 2 d’entre eux. Il ne semble pas que ce soit réellement infesté mais l’hôtel devrait prendre des mesures afin de régler le problème

La qualità delle lenzuola era pessima.. Dopo cena abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio sul cellulare dai toni troppo duri riguardo al fatto che un sensore sonoro aveva rilevato un superamento sonoro. In sincerità non ci sembra di fare una confusione tale da essere così segnalati. Per i prossimi ospiti: Ricordarsi di attivare le macchinette per le zanzare perché ci sono!!

Το κατάλυμα δεν θα έπρεπε να δέχεται παιδιά ( τα οποία αν είναι άνω των τριών ετών χρεώνονται κανονικά). Με πολύ συχνή διαμονή σε ανάλογα καταλύματα πρώτη φορά δέχομαι παρατηρηση για φασαρία ( κυρίως όταν έκλαιγε το μωρό και όταν έβαλα πιστολάκι, αλλά και πέραν των ωρών κοινής ησυχίας,) πράγμα που κατέστησε ολόκληρη την διαμονή μου υπερβολική αγχωτική. The toilet seat is broken. The water pressure was low. The mattress was AWFUL! the crib for our baby was a subject of availability and the day before I asked about the crib after 7 automatic messages they told I could get the crib from the basement. I complain a lot and then they set it up. on top of that when our baby was crying there was an automatic message that sent in my phone about noise.. and they would take action about it. This was very unkind and put a lot of pressure on us about the baby.. I DON'T CARE THAT IS AN AUTOMATIC MESSAGE YOU SHOULD DEACTIVATE IT WHEN A BABY IS STAYING

La struttura è dotata di un rilevatore di decibel, per evitare urla e fastidi, la cosa è bella da un lato, ma un po’ troppo “selettiva” dall’altro. Avendo per esempio noi dei bambini, qualche acuto ci scappava e puntualmente arrivavano messaggi sul superamento dei decibel.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025דירת קרקע נעימה ומרווחת, מושלמת לזוג עם ילד. סלון וחדר שינה נפרדים המעניקים פרטיות ונוחות. מיטה נפרדת לילד – יתרון משמעותי למשפחות. מטבח נוח ופונקציונלי עם מקרר בגודל טוב. מרפסת חביבה שמשלימה חוויית שהייה רגועה ונעימה. שימו לב לקחנו את הדירה מספר 1 שהיא היחידה בקומת קרקע. יש להם כמה דירות אם חשוב לכם כמונו קרקע אז תוודאו שלקחת את הדירה הנכונה.
חסרון משמעותי עבורנו היה היעדר טלוויזיה בדירה. בנוסף, השכונה אינה ממוקמת באזור מרכזי, וההליכה לאזורים מרכזיים פחות נוחה עם עגלה, במיוחד עם ילד קטן.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025Spacious, clean and stylish apartment. Very well cared for a well equipped in terms of the kitchen crockery and cutlery etc (many apartments have just a couple of plates, bowls cups etc, this place had multiple of everything and it all matched and was good condition).
It’s not that easy to get in touch with anyone, it’s all done through an app. One evening, we returned to the apartment to find someone trying to enter the door code to get in, but it wasn’t working for her. We also tried a few times, still nothing. Then another guests showed up and he tried, all to no avail. Luckily someone who was staying in the building came down to let us in, otherwise we would have been there all night. I reported the fault to the company and just got an automated reply saying ‘entry is by using the door code’. No personal message or acknowledgement of the issue, we didn’t know if this would happen again or how the fault could be resolved. Having said that, all was fine and we would overall highly recommend the apartment. Oh, the area isn’t great for light sleepers- there is always a lot going on outside! not an ideal area if that bothers you.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025Ο εξαερισμός σε ξυπνάει μεσα στην νύχτα σαν ταινία τρόμου. Ποτέ μου δεν έχω γράψει κάτι κακο αλλα εδώ μιλάμε για εξαίρεση. 2 βραδια κλεισαμε 2 βραδια αυπνοι..κάντε κατι δεν ειναι δυνατον ολο το βράδυ να βρυχάται αυτο το πράγμα.

היו בעיות קלות עם הזרם והברזים במקלחת, לא משהו קריטי אבל היו חסרות לנו מקלחות מפנקות בסוף היום. וגם- ממש חסר מייבש כביסה! המכונת כביסה נוחה ממש אבל בלי מייבש ומצאנו את עצמנו כל בוקר הולכים לייבש בגדים לכל המשפחה במכבסה אחרת

район самый опасный в афинах, ночью были слышны взрывы, запах газа в квартире. на окнах нет сеток, полно комаров, вечером на улицу лучше не выходить, небезопасно. отвечает робот в переписке, фена не было , кульков для мусора не было, чай кофе только на 1 день, хотя мы были 4 дня, квартира тяжелая энергетически, у всех болела голова 4 дня, вода горячая то есть то нет, сначала не работал холодильник , потом мы сами разобрались. хотелось бы общаться с человеком , который бы сразу решал все вопросы, а робот рассказывал, что передает информацию специалистом и с нами свяжутся , но никто так и не звонил . в 7 утра начались громкие строительные работы у соседей . робот ответил что это норма так шуметь, в выходной день и соседей он не знает , чтобы с ними связаться и попросить перенести работы на пару часов позже. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДую

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. The apartment was one floor lower than expected, and several things inside were not in good condition. In addition, every time I tried to enter the access code, the alarm went off even though the code was correct — I had to enter it several times before it worked. Overall, the apartment did not meet my expectations.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Very nice clean modern apartment with all the facilities you need, good location 20 min walk from Monastiraki Square, 2 toilets both with showers was great as there was 6 of us staying, entry to buiding and apartment with digital key codes was good as didn't have to worry about carrying a key for 6 people, great free facility with lockers to leave your luggage after checkout, would definitely recommend staying here.
Stairs to the upper floor were a bit steep and upstairs toilet shower head needs replacing but apart from that nothing at all
