Really lovely owners and staff. Good location to restaurants, bars and beaches. Rooms were spacious and clean and with a good view.

Felt breakfast was expensive for the money, however that’s personal preference and the food served was all delicious.

Beautiful hotel with many thoughtful touches including beach towels to borrow, blackout blinds, moveable shade for the balcony, and a free water and coffee station. The staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and well designed. The location is a short walk from all the main restaurants and beaches in Santa Margherita Ligure.

Wonderful quiet and picturesque location. But best was the staff who made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. They had many recommendations for activities, food, and transportation. I loved how walkable the area is and how easy it is to get a bus/train/ ferry to other towns . But every day it was a pleasure to return to Albergo Minerva and relax in the pool. 10 stars🩷!

Todo limpio. Atencion excelente. Desayuno riquisimo. Me atendieron federika y el señor andrea. Muy buena atencion y a la mañana que no habia taxi, el señor andrea procedio a llevarme a la estacion de tren. Realmente de los mejores hoteles que fui. Lo recomiendo 100%. Muy buena hospitalidad

Everything. It was above and beyond in every way. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely bathroom stocked with soaps and hair product. The roof top pool was a dream to dunk in after a hot day. The breakfast was unbelievably, anything you could imagine was on offer. I would definitely go there again if I was in Santa Margarita. Book this hotel you will love it.

Great location in a lovely area! The staff were super friendly, and the roof terrace had a great view. The hotel also offers free beach towels, which was a big plus for me.

Some of the breakfast things were not included in the breakfast’s price and had to be paid extra which was a bit weird. Eg. No ham was offered at breakfast and had to be purchased. Nevertheless the selection was still quite good.

The hotel staff were exceptional. They were very helpful in advising and organising any trips I was interested in. My room was serviced daily. Very clean establishment.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - creating a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The building has a lot of charm and character, is well maintained and clean - views on the sea included. The breakfast is rich, fresh and very tasty (including several home made cakes). There is a rooftop terrace with a pool and breathtaking views of Santa Margherita and sea. Overall an exceptional stay and we hope to visit again.

I loved everything about this property starting from its location, facilities, breakfast etc but mostly the staff and of course the rooftop area with the pool! Made my time there truly relaxed, enjoyable and unforgettable!

Cannot think of anything I didn’t like!

The property is extremely well managed, the location is a few minutes away from the beach and all the attractions. But what stood out was the care and support by the staff and management. They make you feel at home from the first minute.

Für 3 Nächte war pro Nacht €200 eher teuer im preisleistungsverhältnis. Allerdings darf man nicht vergessen, dasa Ferragosto war und somit komplett in der Feriensaison. freie, nicht zu bezahlende Strände gibt es nur wenige und abschnittsweise

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Secure car parking. Great aircon in a lovely spacious bedroom, always cleaned regularly. We loved the rooftop terrace with pool - that was brilliant! The hotel was conveniently close to the marina, restaurants etc.

The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was no proper fruit juice and the seating area was not air conditioned (it was very hot when we were there). Car parking was a bit overpriced we felt. The hotel could also do with better signage.

I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place for my vacation. This hotel is an absolute dream. Everything is designed with so much love and attention to detail. The entire property is immaculate, peaceful, elegant, and incredibly well cared for. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The kindness and warmth of everyone here made my stay even more special. For me, this is the most beautiful place in all of Italy. Every single day felt like a little piece of paradise, and leaving is much harder than I expected. Thank you for making my vacation absolutely perfect. I will do my best to come back every year. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

This property was full of the nicest people! They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special for us. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us with recommendations prior and during our stay. Breakfast had a good assortment and you got to enjoy it in the beautiful garden.

Fantastisk läge, nära till goda restauranger och fina badplatser. Otrolig personal som alltid var till hjälp, välstädade rum trevligt terass perfekt efter en dag på stranden. Rekommenderar att hyra moped för att ta sig lätt bort mot portofino och andra vackra ställen.

We loved our stay at hotel Albergo Minerva! The staff was super helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing, well worth the price of 15€/day. The facilities were always clean and well kept after. Extra points for the lovely roof terrace. We recommend this hotel!

No complaints!

The staff went above and beyond to help me plan my days and transport (very much past what was in their job description). I arrived in the area last minute so I really saved me. Special thanks to Frederica and Andreas. It was about 20 minutes from the town center but I liked that it was so quiet and peaceful. Close to the nice beaches

I wish there was a little bit more options for food by the pool

Great location. Really friendly and helpful staff who gave great recommendations. Room was a good size (albeit the bathroom was a tad cramped) with a really comfy bed and aircon.

Having to request access to the rooftop terrace / pool was a bit of a faff which meant I didn't use it.

A bit soulless

One of the best places I ever stayed in. I was worried that the bed will be too small since I had a room for one, and that there will be only a window - but the bed was actually quite large - 1.3 m and I even had a balcony! The rest was also perfect - the staff is super helpful, the terrace and the view, and there is also a small spa area that you can book in advance. Such an attention to detail in all regards - this is what I expected from a boutique hotel and they delivered it.

The rooms are not very big and the floor layout is quite dense, but I expected this, so it’s fine. Maybe not ideal for someone who looks for more privacy

Everything about this hotel was divine. The rooms were simple and had everything you would need, felt very clean and the beds were comfy. We felt very welcomed and looked after by Federica and Andrea. The staff were all lovely. Hotel location is perfect, in the slightly more relaxed part of town but a quick walk into the centre. The attention to detail in every aspect even down to the beautiful crockery at the breakfasts made our whole experience top tier. The rooftop pool was such a gorgeous little spot.

Staff were incredibly welcoming & helpful. Location was on quiet side street but only 5-10 minutes walk to nearby bars & restaurants. Easy to walk to station, ferry & bus stop also. View from roof terrace was amazing.

Clean and well-organized room. The location was perfectly situated, only a few minutes' walk from everything. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming; It felt like a home away from home.

Lovely, friendly staff who can’t do anymore for you! Hotel is spotless, safe, perfect location. Comfortable room with cute little balcony. The pool area is lovely with stunning views, a small warm pool and a steam room and sauna. Food is lovely, drinks also lovely! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Everything! Excellent location, Amazingggg staff, I can’t express how helpful they are and making sure the guests are happy and feeling comfortable. This place is truly a hidden gym, the vibes, the atmosphere is beyond your expectations. I booked it when I read the reviews and I would come again and again. It really felt like home, breakfast was so good as well.

Staff was totally exceptional in availability and helping out where to go for restaurants, sights, how-with trains, bus to portofino, breakfast was very good-decent value-15 euros, extra if you want cooked eggs/omelette. Room was pleasant, bed comfortable.

they have been very polite and so nice to us! they even accepted my little chihuahua because he is very clean and polite and never barks, I really appreciate the spirit of the people there. The location is pretty good and close to the center, the rooms are a little old style in the furnishing but after all comfortable and clean. Recommended

La jacuzzi è veramente una chicca, si trova all'ultimo piano e ha una vista panoramica piacevole. L'albergo è facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro, e non si sente alcun rumore del traffico. Apprezzatissima la scelta degli oggetti di design per l'arredamento all'ingresso.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, struttura davvero ben curata e attenta all'ospite. In una sala comune disponibili caffè e acqua ad ogni ora e staff sempre disponibile. Camere non grandissime ma ben curate ed accoglienti, con un bel terrazzino da cui poter godere di un po' di relax. La zona colazione disponeva anch'esso di uno spazio esterno con giardino meraviglioso e ben allestito.

Abbiamo usufruito della colazione a pagamento. Parte dolce ben assortita e di ottima qualità. La parte salata è risultata invece un po' limitata. Gli affettati non erano inclusi nel buffet ma disponibili come extra.

The terrace was my highlight

Luigi, one of the property managers, was so incredibly helpful and kind. Came to get us from the train stations at midnight when there were no taxis. Angel sent from above!

Breakfast was phenomenal for what it was. A very good value for the location, and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Even with train strikes, they made sure to get us in good hands and safely to our stay from several hours away.

It was slightly unclear what the amenities procedures were, particularly around the rooftop and rooftop hot tub.

Very central and yet quiet. Frederica and the rest of the staff were very accommodating! Really enjoyed our stay
